@op, madam, please comfront him humbly and peaceably, tell him how he's hurting your feeling everytime, tell him how you know about his playing away games and why you have decided not to talk, and more importantly, ask him why he think you deserve the way he's treating you, ask him if he will be pleased with you if the table is turned around and you are the one in his present way of his life. Ask him how he want things to turn around, ask him if he's willing to change or he want you also to change, let him know that your child is seeing what is happening, ask him what he would do if his daughter comes to report her hubby to him as being randy, and so on. All these questios are in a bid to allow him see himself and know that he is just hiding under one finger, with this, hopefully, he will come to his senses and change. Please, do not ignore him, he might think you are unaware, or know that you're fearing him. Perfect love cast out fear. Lest i forget, always protect yourself when you're with him, no condom, so s ex. May God uphold and restore your home. |
I see some comments here very disturbing, (apologies). Someone is being severally cheated on and beaten up and she is being advised to do everything the man wants for him, later he will come to his senses. Can this types of advice be given to a man if it is the woman that is cheating and inconsiderate? Personally, i dont think i can love anybody who cheat on me and beat me up, my own please. |

sammy329: lies from the pit of hell ![]() this meat is not soft, yet, they refuse to throw it away. They wont miss them, yet, they talk about them everytime. |
The Peoples Democratic Party has said it will not miss any of the seven rebel governors, especially five of them who defected to the All Progressives Congress. The party therefore asked President Goodluck Jonathan not to entertain any fear concerning the party’s future. The National Chairman of the party, Alhaji Bamanga Tukur, said this in Abuja on Tuesday when the executive members of the Sokoto State chapter of the party paid him and members of the PDP National Working Committee a courtesy visit at the party’s national secretariat in Abuja. There were seven aggrieved governors in the PDP, out of which five had defected to the APC. The seven governors are Rotimi Amaechi (Rivers); Sule Lamido (Jigawa); Abdulfatah Ahmed (Kwara); Aliyu Wammako (Sokoto); Babangida Aliyu (Niger); Murtala Nyako (Adamawa); and Rabiu Kwankwanso (Kano). Aliyu and Lamido are yet to defect from the ruling party. Tukur, who was outside the country when the governors defected had earlier said he was shocked with their defection, but had also said he would not stop anyone from leaving the party. But while speaking on Monday, Tukur advised President Jonathan not to entertain any fear, saying that Sokoto State chapter of the party was solidly behind him. He said he was sure that the defecting rebel governors would come back to the PDP. Tukur said, “Goodluck Jonathan, no fear. Sokoto is behind you. When the Caliphate is behind you, believe me no fear. No fear, no shaking, PDP is our party, it’s a party of choice. “People can defect, it’s their right, but soon they will found out that it is not cool in the place they are going. They will soon come to the embrace of the PDP. “Sometimes when people have eaten and are satisfied, you know what they will do? They will tell themselves let’s try another place to see whether there is a better food. “We experienced it before, it’s not new. Many of them left PDP before, it’s not new, but my advice is that people should not forget that no matter what they do, if they want to sit, they should learn to sit on their bottom. “They know that there is no other way, PDP is the party, if they go… they have done so before and we saw them coming back. “If they believe they want to go they will not be missed, we cannot miss them. They enter a wrong party and when they take the wrong party, they will end up in wrong places.” He said he was sure that the party remained inclusive and promised his guests that the party would accord everyone of them respect. In his speech, the leader of the delegation, who was a former Minister of Communications, Alhaji Arzika Tambuwal, urged the NWC members to immediately constitute a caretaker committee to organise congresses for the election of new party executives at all levels in Sokoto State. He said members of the party in the state had observed recent political developments in the country and what he described as the over heating of the polity. This, he said, was created by the PDP aggrieved governors. He said, “In the last six years, he (Wammako) victimised most loyal PDP members he met in the party, managed the party like a one man sole proprietorship, and looked upon the national party headquarters with disdain. His recent defection is therefore not surprising.” In his reaction, the National Publicity Secretary of theNew PDP, Chief Chukwuemeka Eze, asked members of the PDP to hold Tukur responsible for the expected crashing of the ruling party. He said, “Tukur should be held responsible if the PDP eventually sinks. Don’t forget that it was because of people like him that we abandoned the party’s sinking ship. “President Jonathan is not helping anyone, including himself, by keeping Tukur as the national chairman of the party. Anyway, their doomsday is near.” http://www.punchng.com/news/we-wont-miss-amaechi-wammako-others-tukur/ |
Contagious ![]() No!!!? Never!!! Every of your action and inactions are from within, that is, from you. Nobody can transfer such to you if you dont allow it.it's your choice. The word or actions that comes out from us are like seeds in us, which grows and bear fruits. May God cleanse us from evil thoughts. |
No! Not even with a non-stranger. |
First of all, thinking about or carrying out divorce signifies that one ends up with another wrong person, which if not carried out may prevent the right person from emerging. For example, (with sincere apology), Debrief's story. Not saying i support divorce o, but some divorces are inevitable and advisable, especially when they're life threatening. May God help us all. |
@op, even if you want to marry 30, you will get them, but the unfortunate part there is that, you wont know which of them really loves you and you may even end up not being loved by any of them, and in that case, you yourself know that you aint safe. May the gods help you. |
As a man thinks, so he is. This is the position of your thinking pattern, i never thought about such thing, and therefore dont know what to do. May God help you and all of us. |
Has anyone watched the movie "child's play" ![]() |
bigtt76: This is totally ridiculous with every semblance to the colonial days when the slave masters keep slaves for pleasure. Point is did he need to insult the poor woman and only retract steps later after being bashed nationwide on social networks? Return wetin ![]() God turned the poor woman's reproach to glory and you're here saying she should return the blessing, if this is not prayer answered, i wonder what it is. What God and love has joined together, let no age difference put asunder. |
May His soul rest in peace. |
And may i even ask what the SANU is doing without both ASUU and the students in the school? |
The FG and ASUU better do something faster about this issue before TUC and NLC also join the strike. |
One of the painful thing about our educational system is that, our students no longer read to acquire knoledge, but only to pass exams. |
I'm not in position to say anyone is going to hell or heaven, but what i know is that they have to practise their profession in such a way that it is acceptable to both man and God. @op, i've seen a lawyer who told his client that there is no way he could win a particular case, that what he would only ask for in the court is for the judge to tamper mercy with his judgement, can we say such a lawyer is a liar? |
Finally, the book of Roman 12:8-21. That passage contains the principles of living that is generally acceptable by God and man. May God help us all. |
I love the boks of proverbs, it's philosophically based and full of wisdom, i.e wise teachings. Anyone who is versed in this book will surely be wise in every area. |
Every chapter and verse of the book of Ecclesiastes. It always remind me of the vanity of this life. |
I wish you everything you wish yourself. |
Twenty-five-year old ex-corps member, Miss Anu Omotunde-Young, has said there is the need to imbibe reading culture among the youth. She stated this at the inauguration of a library she built for the pupils of Ilupeju Secondary School, Ilupeju, Lagos. Omotunde-Young, a graduate of Business Economics from the Lancester University, United Kingdom, who just completed her National Youth Service at the school, noted that she took delight in reading novels and other books, which attracted many of the pupils to her, and this later promted her to build the library. She said, “Before I built the library, I set up a shelf in the ICT room where I arranged some of my books that I brought from the UK. “Without any announcement to the pupils, I saw about 20 of them coming to meet me and saying, ‘Miss Young, can we read some of these books, and I said, ‘Why not?’ That was how it spread round the school and whenever I was around, I told them to come and read. “On the average, every week, about 50 pupils come to read during break time and even after school hours.” She explained that the plight of a pupil of the school who could not read struck a chord of sympathy in her. She added, “One of them came, almost in tears, when she approached me and said she could not read. I had sessions with her and we read together. Within a month, she had started reading well. “Then I told myself that I needed to build them a library, so that this will be sustained when I am gone.” Omotunde-Young who got commendation from the people in the community and government officials at the event, said friends, family members and well-meaning Nigerians, supported her in actualising the project. The Abeokuta, Ogun State indigene, said she was compelled to carry out the project by the need to impact the society and not desire for any reward. She said, “There’s never been anytime I craved for NYSC award. I only used the scheme as a platform because it makes it easy for me to do this, in the sense of getting approval. This will not be my only project, it’s only the beginning. My plan is to begin with Lagos, and move beyond Lagos to other parts of Nigeria.” The library became ready for use in November 25, 2013. The representative of the Tutor-General, Mr. John Idowu, described the project as an incomparable legacy. He said, “Building a library is one of the greatest projects anyone can embark on because it will outlast the giver and will always be there as a reference point.” http://www.punchng.com/education/pupils-plight-moved-me-to-build-library-ex-corps-member/
Same way they called off the strike after the 2009 signed agreement by the same GEJ? Are you guys for real?
did the president meet with them and negotiated with them then? This is the first time ASUU will bring down the president into meeting with them PERSONALLY, not sending a representative, and with that alone, they have achieved a lot in their demand, atleast, it will be in the records. Hope you get my gist sha. |
Spencer63: looks like you are on your owndont mind him, his mates in private schools are graduating and he's insistng on resuming back to school next year. Does he want to spend 10 years for his B.sc ![]() |
Don't mind the insincere bigot! He thinks he's the only one who has access to channels tv! Keep feeding lies to the public for your selfish needs. Channels could easily reach the Judases among ASUU members but couldn't reach the chairman or any other member of the exco ![]() Nonsense!
not all that were present that supported the FG 100% but the general consensus is that, the ASUU had gone too far, they should have called off the strike after the president have met with them and made their negotiations. |
Channels handpicked those lecturers that are non-sympathetic to the plight of their comrades; datz all! In every 12, their must be a judas. Let channels keep gathering the Judases to run their mouth. Awaiting the FG to do their worst!
are you a lecturer? Why didn't you go to Channelstv to volunteer yourself to talk about the face-off between ASUU and FG. |
Goodnews::: with this, we are optimistic that the sttike will be or have even be called off. |
It's time to go back to work, because we have actually made our point and for the fact that the president is involved when making our negotiations, we should be rest assured that we will get what we are demanding for, therefore, we need to go back to work.- one of the lecturers. |
