fr3do: who is saka to be offered the post of minister?nothing is impossible. |
If this is actually true, then, this man has credibility and integrity. |
Hafiz Oyetoro also known as Simply Saka has turned down the appointment given to him by his excellence, President Goodluck Jonathan as one of his ministers. Saka is said not to be happy with Mr President because he has not improved the lives of many Nigerians who really needed the help, but rather than helping the needs, Nigerian government is adding to those who are absolutely living better. Though, this act is very rare in this nation. According to Saka's tweet on his twitter account last September 14th "Please ignore any rumour of me being made a minister. Yes, president GEJ called me and I declined for personal reasons". This tweet was retweeted by a Lagos based stand up comedian, Omobaba that same day. http://m.naij.com/news/54161.html?short

Aare Musiwa, so what is the meaning of Obasanjo in Igbo language? |
And what does that signify? To me, it's mere coincidence joor. |
This is pure politics. What happened there at Nairobi does not rule out the fact that they are not in agreement with each other, they may just decided not to wash their dirty linen in public, especially in foreign land. |
![]() hehehhehehe, i laugh. As if we don't know that Kashamu is a drug baron, but Obj never saw anything wrong about it when the going was good, when he was funding the political campaigns in Ogun state, he didn't say anything, when they were wining and dining in each other's sitting room, Obj never knew, abi? Now, "ija ti de, orin ti d'owe". "awon agbalagba to nse langbalangba". Ok, Let them go to court jare, Baba Obj used the letter to make himself relevant again, Kashamu also want to make part of the contents of the letter to also make himself relevant again. What a way of being relevant in politics ![]() I'm watching. |

Do Premium times believe that they are the only one who can have easier and faster access to such information ![]() |
This is a Nigeria bashing thread. I will not join you people because "t'eni nt'eni, t'akisa ni taatan". Nigeria is my country and i believe that Nigeria will still be better. We may not be giant today, but we'll definitely get there. All other countries in Africa too have their own shortcomings too, but it shall be well with Africa. |
georjay: fellow nairalanders please support my ambition in advance ....i will deliver dividends of democracy to all nigerians...i will be fair and just ....i will clamp down corruption....i will manage resources judiciously ...i promise.....May God help us all..... yours truly APPLE JUICEfirst of all pray to God to spare your life till then. |
Ewuro707: Really?many, many, many, and not all. did you see many in my post. Thank you. |
@op, let's wait and see. Abi, is it the APC we have now, that is controlled and manipulated by a man? May God spare our lives till then and even beyond. |
Everyone is corrupt! The contractor must have thought this is how they can have their own shares of the national cake, but unfortunately, they're also making the country and the state uncomfortable and inhabitable for their own children too in the future. |
@op, it is good that you're worried for your baby's sake, but it's high time you stop your worry. There is nothing wrong with your baby, your baby is growing. When any growth wants to take place in little children, it tends to make them uncomfortable, some may have high temperature, some may have cough, some, it is skin rashes, some it is just sneezing, some will just be fractious,(crying unnecessarily), some will be aggressive and obsessed with you(they wont allow anyone to touch them, not to talk of carrying them, it's only their mothers)etc, but the good news is that, even if nothing is used on them, all these symptoms passes away themselves, once the growth takes place. And sometimes too, it may be due to teething, i have seen couples of babies who reacts to teething with boils and rashes, and when the teeth erupts, the rashes dissappear. My second born who is 5+ now had all the symptoms you described up there, initially, i was worried, one day, i even went to 5 different hospitals in a day, because i wasn't satisfied with their prescription, seemed all were giving the same prescription, which i was already using, you can imagine what i went throgh, until my MIL explained to me, that if i had observed enough, i should have known that, these rashes happens prior to any of her physical growth, i observed keenly and i discovered same thing, since then, i've not been worrying myself again whenever such things happen. Now, she has completely outgrown it,she no longer have any rashes, and even yu can't know that she has ever had any skin rashes. So, op, he will defifitely outgrow it. One more thing, go for natural oil, like coconut oil, olive oil or sheabutter. It helps in making your kids' skin look radiant. It is well. My regards to him. |
Wonderful thread! Babyosisi, you're doing a wonderful work here. How i wish the mods can make this thread sticky in family section, it will go a long way in refixing many marriages. May God bless you and all of us. |
Since your visit is once in a while, i guess, if that what it is, then, there is nothing bad about it. As per finding fault in everything, let me ask a question, WHAT IF SHE IS YOUR OWN MOTHER? You said your hubby cherishes her alot, do you remember she's the major instrumentalist of what your hubby is today, if you cherish your hubby, why can't you cherish whatever/whoever he cherishes. Remember, every DIL is a potential MIL. May God help us all. |
"iromi to njo lori omi, onilu e wa labe omi" someone somewhere is seriously deceiving/distracting that "little girl" with "buruji" and she seems to have forgotten that "nt all that glitters are gold. @op, not everything you hear that must be told/said, so, face front, because it may later backfire and you will be in the center. |
kulyie: reminds me of michael bolton's song # how can we be lovers if we cant be friends, how can we start over when the fighting never ends, how can we make love if we cant make a mess, tell, tell me how can we be lovers if we cant be cant be friends#you talk well jare, my sister. It just amazes me when the forumites, especially the singles are denied the opportunity of benefitting from educative thread like this. Well, well, well............. |

Idole or Bamboo Charcoal soap. Any of the two works magic on my skin. |
This world sha. I will not be surprised if it's politically related. |
Sorry if i came hard on you. We all know, this is Africa, once you see people asking some questions that seems ridiculous, that even a kid can provide answers to, it is usually in an attempt to find excuses for their actions. As per you last question, it depends on your believe and conscience. If you believe that after engagement, you're already one, your ther half agrees to this, and your conscience does not go against having intimacy together, so be it, but if your believe and conscience is against it, why don't you complete every necessary arrangement for you to be together, so that, you wouldn't feel guilty within. As per co-habitation, if after living tgether for about 3 months, during which she get pregnant and you now discover some attitude you don't like or you can't cope with in her, what will you do? Ask her to abort the baby and go her way, or let her have the baby and later send her away after she might have put to bed. My opinion, please. |
Even though i don't want to believe this story, but since someone have highlighted that it's a custom acceptable in certain regions of the country. I will suggest that you run more and more. It is very very strange and for your wife to even be part of it make it stranger. So, your wife wants you to be banging her together with her mum, very strange indeed. Remeber the bible says...."flee all appearances of evil, so flee and don't look back. May God help you out. |
apoti: ******* update *********congratulatios! |

Holuwahphemy: And Me too"eni maa kuure, owo ara e lo mafi waa" |
Safe journey to our president, but he shouldn't forget to emulate late President Mandela in selfless service to our dear country where he has been elected to serve his people. |
chaircover: There is always one recurring decimal . .(or decimals) LOLwell said. I just hope our singles learn from your posts. |
Chillisauce:i'm not a fo ol, neither am i stu pid, also, i know i'm in God's image, but i don't like to be referred to as "the wise one". |
