@Debrief, it is well with you IJN. I, Self have been strong for some days now and was advised to give myself some break from every strenuous activities and that's one of the reasons for giving myself some break even on NL. Our God who is our creator has all our spare parts with Him and He will surely heal and replace every weak part of our bodies. It is well with you and all of us. |
@mod, please, this thread should not hit the FP o, the ridicule, insult, attack, etc, would have been too much for her, because she's a human, there is no way those insults will not either directly or indirectly hit her. I believe that God who made a way on the sea will surely make a way for her, even beyond her expectation papaa. And @op, also, if I were you, I will ask the mod to please hide this thread and believe solely on God, for with God all things are possible and I'm very sure that its just a phase and it will soon pass and become history. It is well with you IJN. |
This issue should have been resolved before marriage, but now that it's obvious that it's not, then, both of you will have to reach a compromise. May God help you and all of us. |
@op, do you relate well with her folks, especially her mum or whoever she is closer to between them, if yes, involve her mum, confidently tell your MIL your wife's attitude towards your folks, especially your mother, and ask her to help you inquire from her why she behaves like that towards them, a daughter confides in her mum or dad, whichever the case, more, especially when married, so, come back to hear what he/she will have to tell her mum about the matter and start taking the necessary steps in resolving the issues between them. Please and please, handle the case/matter with care, because at the end of the day, your wife might be justified for her actions or inactions. And lest i forget, this is not an issue to start thinking of parting ways with her, just find a way of resolving the matter, i believe that there is no smoke without fire. May God help you both and uphold your marriage. Amen. |
@op, with due respect, please check yourself, you seems to have a lot of problems with this your wife, are you sure you are a right partner yourself? Are you sure you people married for the right reasons? May God help you o. |
Na wa oh! |
@onila, no offense please, thank God for the type of person your mum is and may God reward her accordingly. The bible says he who lend to the poor lend to God and He shall reward him but my question is, can you do the same? |
In my honest opinion, Using love portion to keep anyone to yourself means such a person does not belong to you in the first instance. |
@RR, I saw your pm, I so much appreciate it, thanks for your love and care. Nothing so much jare my brother, only that I've been so very very busy lately and I promise to make up when I'm less busy. Thanks very sincerely. @everyone.........Hi all. Love you all, #winks# Sincerely yours, Greatgod. |
Amodsun: Good day folks,am really intrested in your opinion about this issue.I don't and I will never believe this. |
jidegirl12: I believe they sweat when they're in warm region ..... And I guess that explains your own too, you do know your system will react according your environment it's subjected into? An Eskimo up North will not sweat as much if his environment is cold. Thanks, thanks, thanks. |
jidegirl12: Do you know people who live up North ( eskimos, aboriginals ) here are indeed cold blooded humans ?These people you are talking about, do they sweat, if no, then our anatomy differs, because I sweat a lot, but then, even if I'm sweating profusely, it's still warm water, except I'm taking a soft drink or fruit juice, which I prefer cold, but water, it must be warm, so used to it. Back to my question once again, is it healthy or not? |
sholay2011: Madam , you will be the first person that I've heard say (s) he loves warm/hot water for drinking byvan: Madam is sure the first person I ve heard say that tooI'm not the only person, I tell you, I know about 2 people who are like that. I've never been worried about it but my son now refer to me as a rare and special specie of human being, hence, my question: Is it healthy? So that I can either be able to educate him or change, if possible. #teamwarmwater |
jidegirl12: Depends on the weather. Thanks, sis, as for me, I no get weather o, everytime, every weather, it's warm/hot water, thank God you are in health line, is it healthy? Does it have any health implication or hazard? Thank you ma. |
Abu Mikey: Water for EbaFunny enough, you think you're being sarcastic, but I tell you, to let you know how I love warm/hot water, I can drink water for eba. |
byvan: I prefer my water iced, even when am down with cold.Warm water makes drinking a punishment for me.You are my opposite, even when I'm coming from a very hot sun, it's still warm water, is it healthy? |
ayobase: -Iced or ordinary Cold water: we are proned to cold water due to heat generated internally or externally as the case maybe when we are hot, or when we have been beaten by the sun, or after vigorous exercise, or when exhausted!Thank you. As for me, any weather, be it hot or cold, it's warm water and that's the essence of this thread, to know if it's healthy. |
Hi my wonderful fellow nairalanders. I'm the type that love to drink a lot of water, I take more than 4 litres per day but I always prefer warm water, hence I always have water inside my flask for mixing up, while some agreed that it's better than iced or ordinary water, some others believe that iced or ordinary cold water is better for drinking, so, I'm putting it to you good people............ Warm or iced or ordinary cold water, which is better for drinking? Thank you. |
ifyalways: Nowadays,I sit and reflect honestly first then apologize. I try to analyze "what went wrong, how we could have resolved it and how to avoid same scenario from repeating itself" .You and kpekus, ehn....... But you really made a lot of sense. |
Ezeibe: mmmmm.... Wait make i go ask my tailor,**** bia baba nkem come helep me check this two girls*****(goes back to the toilet).and what did your tailor say ![]() |

May God help our country. I have always known that the release of this man has a purpose and the purpose will soon unfold. |
Candyrain: Lie. This can never happen.inasmuch as i dont believe in the authenticity of the news, nothing is impossible. Remember they are both humans and humans will always remain humans. So, dont conclude yet. May God help us all. |
The burial of the late Ondo governor will be a three-day program. The Ondo State Government has fixed October 4 for the interment of the immediate past Governor of the State, Olusegun Agagu, who died on September 13. In a three-day burial programme announced by the State’s Commissioner for Information, Kayode Akinmade, the burial events will kick off at the International Conference Centre, University of Ibadan from 11 a.m. On October 3, the body of the late politician will leave Lagos to arrive the Akure Airport by 9 a.m., while he will lie-in-state at the Democracy Park in Akure, the state Capital Another lying-in-state cum wake -keep will take place on the same day from 5p.m. at the Civic Centre, Iju-Odo, Okitipupa Local Government Area. A burial service will hold for the deceased on Friday, October 4 at St Paul’s Anglican Church, Iju-Odo, also in Okitipupa by 11 a.m. while the remains of the deceased will be interred at the same venue and reception would follow at Manuwa Memorial Grammar School in the same town. http://premiumtimesng.com/regional/144964-ondo-bury-ex-governor-agagu-october-4.html
This life! Never consider anyone as a sworn enemy. This is worth learning from. Agagu and Mimiko were sworn enemies when he(Agagu) was alive, but now, he(Mimiko) is the one fixing burial date. Let us always learn. Ma his soul RIP. |
raytony: Modest. I just love the simplicity about the burial arrangement. Indeed, Iju-odo has lost a true son. Wish I could be there to pay my last respect to this great man. He was a Governor for all and not a particular region.really ![]() Typical human character. Everyone is nice, only after death. |
The only thing that is common to both the poor and the rich=Death. |
The end of everyone=Death. |
With all respect, i see some posts being directed at op here and im not comfortable with them at all, the op wasnt rude at all in his presentation, why some posters are now raising abuses on him, i dont understand. Infact, im beginning to sympathise with the op because he is being taken as another poster. Olorun ma je ka je iya oniya o. Amin. |
