Christianity Etc › Re: How To Ask And Receive From God Always by GreatManBee: 5:25pm On Oct 16, 2016 |
Pseudonymous: It is a common thing for Christians to wonder whether God still answers prays, and if He does, why does it seem as if He answers only some people. Christians need to realise that you don’t learn how to pray by praying.
You need to find out ‘the how’, if you are to receive from God always. The disciples of Jesus realised this and asked Him to teach them to pray (Luke 11:1). God longs to answer all our prayers, that’s why He said bmphatically, “ask and it SHALL be given you”. Now, How to ask and receive.
1. Know what you want. And Jesus answered and said unto him, what wilt thou that I should do unto thee? The blind man said unto him, Lord, that I might receive my sight–Mark 10:51 God truly knows our needs but He wants us to specifically tell Him what we want Him to do for us. The blind man didn’t ask for money, so Jesus didn’t give him money but gave him exactly what he wanted, which was his sight back.
2. What does God say about your want Put me in remembrance: let us plead together: declare thou, that thou mayest be justified–Isaiah 43:26. God listens for His Words in pray. For you to ask and receive from God always, you need to pray God’s words. So search out what God says concerning that want or desire of yours before you pray.
3. Meditate and believe the scripture This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success–Joshua 1:8. Meditation enables you to truly believe and act on Gods word. It makes the scriptures real to you and helps you not to doubt no matter the challenge you may be facing.
4. Come boldly Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need–Hebrews 4:16 God is your loving father, so go to Him boldly in prayers. He is not a tyrant. He actually enjoys fellowshipping with His children and loves blessing them.
5. Enter with thanksgiving and praise Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name–Psalm 100:4. This is an important step on how to pray to receive from God always. No matter how pressing the issue may be or how much you cry, you can’t enter God’s presence without thanksgiving and praise. They are the only way to get God’s attention.
6. Ask according to God’s word And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he heareth us–1John 5:14 For God to hear you and then answer, you need to pray in line with the scriptures you have meditated on concerning your desire. Also, you must ensure that there is nothing that will hinder your prayers, for example unforgiveness. And of course you must pray in the name of Jesus Christ
7. Believe you receive Therefore I say unto you, what things so ever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them-Mark 11:24 This may be the hard part but it is the proof of your faith. You have to believe that God has answered you even before the physical manifestation of the answer. For you to ask and receive from God always, it is “believing is seeing” and “not seeing is believing”.
8. End with thanksgiving and praise And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen–Matthew 6:13 Thanksgiving and praise at the end is also an expression of your faith that God has answered you. Always start and end with praise and thanksgiving.
9. Declare what you believe For verily I say unto you, that whosoever shall say unto this mountain, be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith–Mark 11:23 Now, that you are through with your prayers, there is need for you to start declaring that that issue is settled. People may mock you but as you refuse to give up your confession, the same people will surely return to witness the physical manifestation of your answer.
10. Be patient and stand in faith For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise– Hebrews 10:36 Our timing sometimes is not the same with God’s timing. Therefore, there is need for us to wait patiently for our desired answer to come. Also, majority of the time, the enemy will try to stop the answer from coming. This is why you must not quit believing until you receive your answer. Remember Abraham didn’t quit believing until he received the promise (Isaac) 25 years after the promise was made to him.
Can someone ask and receive from God always? Yes, if the person knows how to pray. As you follow the above. |

*Get Kepcox, Vazuril or any other Toltrazuril based drug. Vitacox is the best of them all as it's a vitamin based cocci drug. It contains Vitamins K, A and E that helps with the intestinal healing as well as general healing of the affected bird. Try the best you can to get it.

Agriculture › Re: Resources For Organic Farms by GreatManBee: 11:51pm On Oct 10, 2016 |
organicfoods: This thread is a resource center for organic farmers. I will be providing many ideas and solutions to farmers experiencing difficulties with their farms..
Definition of organic farming: Organic farming is a sustainable farming methods that takes care of the environment. It enhances biodiversity, protect the soil, the plants, animals, ecosystem and promotes safe farm management for healthy farmers, producing safe crops for human consumption.
Organic farming are regulated by international certification. Several bodies in different countries provides certification for organic farms in compliance to certain standards the farmers must adhere to. For certification, it's the land and sustainable practices of the farmers that's subjected to standards. In Nigeria, there are no known regulating standards excepts for efforts of body like NOAN and other NGO.
Nigeria do not export organic foods because of lack of standards and certification. Countries like Benin Republic, Togo, Ghana and South Africa earn billions of dollars exporting organic foods crops to Europe and America.
Why Farm Organically? The main reasons farmers state for wanting to farm organically are their concerns for the environment and about working with agricultural chemicals in conventional farming systems. There is also an issue with the amount of energy used in agriculture, since many farm chemicals require energy intensive manufacturing processes that rely heavily on fossil fuels. Organic farmers find their method of farming to be profitable and personally rewarding.
Why Buy Organic? Consumers purchase organic foods for many different reasons. Many want to buy food products that are free of chemical pesticides or grown without conventional fertilizers. Some simply like to try new and different products. Product taste, concerns for the environment and the desire to avoid foods from genetically engineered organisms are among the many other reasons some consumers prefer to buy organic food products,
Organic Certification When considering organic certification, know the requirements and accreditation(s) needed in the marketplace where your products will be sold. When comparing certification bodies, make sure they have the certification requirements and accreditations needed to meet market requirements. Some markets may require accreditation or equivalency agreements with countries in the European Union, or with the Japanese Agricultural Standard (JAS), Bio-Swisse or other international organic certification systems to be able to export organic produce to such country. |

Haleonet: INTRODUCTION
Snail farming means heliculture. Snails belong to a group of invertebrate animals known as molluscs. Most molluscs carry shell. Other examples in this group include Slugs, Mussels, Squids and Cuttlefish. Snail meat is high in protein (12-16%) and iron (45-50mg/kg), low in fat (0.5-0.8%) and contains almost all the amino acids needed by humans.
A recent study has shown that the glandular substances from edible snails cause agglutination of certain bacteria; this could be of value against a variety of ailments, including whooping cough. Edible snails also play an important role in folk medicine. In Ghana, the bluish fluid obtained from the shell when the meat has been removed is believed to be good for infants’ development. The high iron content is considered important in the treatment of anemia: in the past, it was recommended as a means of combating ulcers and asthma. Please go ahead. |

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: 10 Powerful Words That Will Get You A Job by GreatManBee: 11:28am On Oct 06, 2016 |
Mykel4God: With the job market getting tougher and tougher, jobseekers need to go the extra mile and be as thorough as possible regarding their job search. This includes pinpointing details that seem meaningless but have an important role to play in getting you a job. Each word you choose to use in your resume, for example, can carry its own meaning and can have a great impact on your success – if used effectively. Such words are regarded as must-haves for every professional who wants to convince employers they have what it takes. If you include the following words in your resume and use them during your next job interview, it’s guaranteed that your chances of getting the job will be greatly increased. Check them out:
1.COMMITMENT Employers will only hire people who can show their dedication to the company so they love words that can express that and ‘commitment’ is one of them. When used on your resume it demonstrates your passion and willingness to work towards the business goals. On the job interview, explain how committed were you at your last job and how this helped the company meet their targets.
2.MANAGED Not many would agree that ‘managed’ is a helpful word to use on a resume but I would say it is. Job descriptions usually say they are looking for someone who can ‘manage time effectively’ setting priorities and meeting deadlines. Therefore, this is perhaps the only skill that remains relevant throughout the spectrum of jobs and it’s desired by employers universally.
3.ACHIEVED This word indicates that you’ve done something well. It shows that your efforts have had a major impact on the company’s performance, and it’s used to promote positive language when used in your resume and as part of the job interview.
4.NEGOTIATED The word ‘negotiated’ highlights your negotiation skills and your ability to work as part of a team. When more than two people are working together, it is only natural there will be opposing views on a subject. Thus, being able to talk with others effectively and resolve conflicts is a pretty big deal.
5.IDEAS Who doesn’t need creative people working for them? The word ‘ideas’ refers to creativity. People who can brainstorm and come up with unique ideas quick are needed in any work environment and especially in business where innovation is the key to success.
6.FLEXIBLE Being able to show flexibility is extremely useful in fast-paced environments. It essentially demonstrates your ability to adapt to any given situation, to stay relevant and change if need be so that you can keep yourself up to date.
7.PROFITS Big companies want to get their hands on the big money. This means that words such as revenue and profits are more likely to get their attention. Whenever you refer to profits, make sure that you also get down to specifics with an actual number so that you are more convincing about the impact you’ve made.
8.VOLUNTEERED Anything that involves volunteering adds value to your resume and personal profile. It shows that you are an individual who’s not afraid to try something new and embraces out of the box thinking. Also, it shows that you are willing to give help without expecting a reward and that you probably care about the company you work for.
9.RESULTS Nothing impresses employers more than this word. When you are talking about results, it means that as an employee you get the job done and that you are resourceful and ambitious. You are not only doing what you are told, but you are also capable of producing results that are valuable to the company.
10.SOLUTIONS Apart from generating great ideas, employers want to see solutions. This means that they want to see how you implemented these ideas in practice and how they helped the company to develop. It essentially suggests that you are an excellent problem solver who can resolve issues on the spot. While these words are powerful enough to help you make a great first impression, they cannot give out the message you intend unless used appropriately. When preparing for your next job interview, try to infuse these words into your introductory speech and interview answers to appear more sophisticated and professional. With only ten seconds available for every resume they get, employers are scanning the documents for keywords to find the kind of information they need. Thus, you should carefully consider what kind of words you are using to ensure that it catches their attention. So how many of these words have you included in your resume? Take a look at your resume and replace the weak words with these ones.

Properties › Re: Recession: 7 Proven Ways To Locate And Buy Houses From Desperate Landlords by GreatManBee: 7:42pm On Sep 26, 2016 |
househunterman: Are you serious about buying your own house during this recession with little money down? Are you confused as to how to go about it? Kindly take your time to intimate yourself with these pieces of advice and you are on your way to adding more cheap and quality houses to your property portfolios. -You can write neighborly letters to property owners around the location you wish to have the property. This narrow down your search for desperate landlords who are your main target. These ones are no longer emotionally attached to their houses. They want to sell because they need money badly.
-Taking local ordinances into consideration, place I-buy-houses-for-cash signs at targeted area. Follow this up with distribution of flyers around the location of your choice. Your intended audience will get this message and respond almost immediately. I have been using it for years now and its working perfectly well for me.
-Position yourself as a new property investor in town and write to financial houses, lenders and creditors of your desire to buy up seized or liquidated houses with no litigation/legal encumbrances involved. Request to have access to these houses. Trust me, you will be in-undated with different properties from all over the country. Then you can choose and price accordingly. You could also get words around to practicing real estate agents, home builders, surveyors and real estate investors about your specific needs (Type of property, location, features, pricing, construction materials used & ambience). Request to meet landlords one-on-one. They will bombard you with different options. Ask them to whatsapp more media info of these houses to you.
-When utilities are in a state of disrepair, when roads, electricity, water and even security of an area is nothing to write home about: Then, there are inherent opportunities present in this instance you may wish to consider on the long term. The truth is, many desperate landlords who hitherto have been in the area for many years may want to dispose these houses and relocate having been tired of waiting for government intervention that is not forthcoming. Thereafter and unexpectedly, government may give such an area needed attention it deserves. Prices of houses in these areas could sky-rocket to high heavens. Then you are bountifully rewarded for your foresightedness. The fact is, there are many of such areas in our country of today. So, put on your thinking cap and get smart!
- Avoid relying fully on online property listings and adverts as majority of landlords you meet there are business minded people who have invested considerable amount of their earnings with eyes focused on making huge profits. Their offering and net prices for houses are often way too high for a smart person like you to stake your scarce resources.
-Capitalizing on custom, ignorance and tradition: It’s been established time and again that an average landlord in this country is proud, secretive and highly reservative when it comes down to selling his house. He sees his house as iconic, historical and a family treasure that should continue to be bequeathed to his unborn generations. Hence, he’s unwilling to sell the house in question even when it is clear he can no longer address the dilapidation issues associated with such. Moreso, he doesn’t want to be seen as prodigal. He dislikes any form of advertisement of his property. He knows this will rub badly on his ego. This is one single reason while it’s difficult to locate good, desired and available houses for sale even with money-bag investors walking around looking to buy same. These categories of desperate landlords prefer secretive selling options. Yearly hundreds of such houses are being sold through this option. But when he’s hit with debilitating economic conditions due to recession like we’re having it now, then he succumbs. Also loss of spouse , divorce, relocation due to transfer, retirement, payment of fees of children in ivy league schools at home and abroad are some of the many factors that could economically handicap a landlord to want to desperately want to sell his house. As a smart and focused person, this is where you cash-in considering the location and structures of the house you are interested in.
-In conclusion, hone your negotiating skills. Do not allow your emotions to interfere with your ability to obtain the best price on your new house. Slash the offering or asking price down considerably. Don’t be in a hurry to close the deal. Politely, tell him you have other options. Point out all the grey areas in the structure and location, water the property down. Pretend to walk away. If he’s truly interested in selling, he‘ll call you to offer better prices. Applying one or more of these non-exhaustive steps could go a long way in assisting you to meet up with your yearnings of becoming a landlord or real estate investor during this recession. Should you require further assistance. Kindly check my signature. |
