I think the guy was stupid having his life savings at home. We should always have money at home for transactionary and business purposes but not as savings.
I withdrew 150k for lockdown, it was my not savings, if it got stolen or burnt I wouldn't be hurt like when it's my life savings.

This is very commendable. But I think it's not necessary. Don't be surprised those with more credit than you will still try to collect from you. Selfish people.
