Nice observations. This man has a realistic understanding of Nigeria's politics. ![]() |

A friend who worked in a top IT firm in Abuja back then was under this rule every time I tried to reach him. |

What Sanwo Olu has done is still within the law. Please stop blackmailing the government with the failed EndSARS coup. ![]() |
Allahu Akbar Kebira. We will show them Our signs in the universe and within themselves until it becomes clear to them that this ˹Quran˺ is the truth. Is it not enough that your Lord is a Witness over all things? Holy Qur'an 41:53 |
The uncertainties being put on the system could also wake us up to a new reality from a totally different quarters. ![]() |

Buhari to the cabals: your game is up! Everybody, oya fall in line! ![]() |
LASTMA should have directed him to face front and go straight to his TBS campaign ground which stood desolate instead of causing obstructions everywhere. ![]() |
The problem is that even if the deadline is extended beyond tomorrow so that people can continue to spend their old notes, CBN cannot supply enough new notes for those who have banked all their old notes and now want to withdraw new notes even at the reduced withdrawal rate of twenty thousand naira per day because they simply lack the capacity to produce even at that reduced scale. |
Always stay on the lane of truth. You will be vindicated in the long run. Up Jagaban! ![]() |
Even Bilal, R.A. had an accent problem in reciting the surahs, and the holy Prophet, S.A.W., urged the people to understand that with him. I think it is you oga Farooq trying to make a mountain out of a mole hill out of this. It is also understandable that when you campaign in a region, you appease them along the line of their sentiments for the regions. Tinubu cannot be talking about the IDPs while campaigning in ekiti or osun na, haba!. Updated: I think you are trying to use this write up to douse Tinubu's quietly rising popularity among the undecided voters for being the first to speak out among the top contenders in favour of the people by entrenching sentiments against him in favour of Atiku, not cool, Kperogi. |
1 naira = 2.68 won |
Nice to boost our military capabilities against all state agitators. But make the terms no come turn our country to a conflict zone that need to be managed by external interests in this emerging battle for the oil of the modern era: solid minerals. God help us ![]() |
I hope that it is not debris from their tampering with the natural ordering that hit Akure back in 2020. Just wondering. ![]() |
Honestly this picture manipulations need to stop. I counted from bottom left up, then toward right of pic 1 and only the heads of 50 people took more than half the image size. ![]() Updated: Sorry, I thought it was from the usual suspects, obidients. |
See those small small boys that used to post fake large crowd pictures coming to the front and bending their phones to take the usual fake large crowd pictures again. Though this is an impressive outing by Obi's standard, it is still a distant cry from a crowd that is worthy of a presidential level campaign. The upside is that as huge party crowd is routine for seasoned politicians, let's enjoy Obi's small shows as the entertainment spice of the campaign season. ![]() |
OBJ is using a subtle way to heat up the polity after sensing that things are not going his way. It was a strictly party affair and APC has moved beyond that. Even Buhari appears to be more neutral than him OBJ going into this election. Not good for someone who is supposed to be looked up to as an elder statesman. ![]() |
I hope you are not one of the so called Nairaland kids and that you have endeavoured to read from the posted link. Buhari was in the thick of the Biafra war trying to secure the Awka-Abagana-Onitsha axes for the Nigerian troops when the famous ceasefire happened. victorazy: |
The day Pele stopped a war https://www.marca.com/en/football/2022/12/30/63aef349268e3e71198b45d0.html As if he knows who Pele is The Buhari we know don't know who Pele is, talkless of knowing say person dieBuhari no be your mate. |

We may assume his behind the scene work is yielding results if it's behind LP's flopped presidential campaign rally in Kogi state. It showed that the wind was knocked out of PO's sails momentum before it crossed the River Niger. Good job Bello, if so. ![]() |
Well, at this rate, He is doing everything he can to turn all the muslim voters against himself by rubbing it in our faces. Let's see how it pans out. ![]() |
Slawomirr:I find above comment very irritating. Calling these people who personify the bridge that connect us together morons? Common! ![]() |
Many people misunderstand this man. He is preaching determination rather than savagery. He demonstrated this himself when during his period of a minor health challenge he went all out making due consultations far and near because those were tasks must be accomplished at those points and did not allow small issues to weigh him down. He could have sat back and expect his party to put everything on the plate for him but he understood that, in every thing, you need to dig deep in order to bring out the pearls when you truly desire excellence else you risk falling short of meeting expectations. ![]() |
It's quite unfortunate that those who cannot define leadership nor having held a leadership position before are the ones who now want to jump in front of the queue to teach Jagaban on what leadership is, typical hot air of over 'sabiness': When you realize that the true meaning of leadership is the ability to inspire others to do in order to achieve the common team goal then all of una body go calm down because that is what Jagaban just showcased in practical terms to you all. Hope you've learnt your first lesson at being a successful leader from the Asiwaju himself. ![]() |
In all of these responses below, the question that is still begging for an answer as asked by Taiwo Akerele remains: What investment has Obi made into the Nigerian democratic project since 1993 and today apart from laying claim to being an ex-Governor? The question is where was Peter Obi when men and women were fighting to restore democracy in Nigeria? The simple answer is: He was no where to be found. It is only a comparison of bragging rights in politics and it should not be hard to stomach and move on. After all nobody is asking for him to be disqualified based on this? safetyInspector: safetyInspector: safetyInspector: |
Replied or deflected the concerns that were raised. Aisha, try to counter facts with facts and not trying to be clever by half by appealing to emotions. ![]() |

 Keyamo Harsh bitter truth. |
The most bigoted presidential candidate religion wise. Never hesitating to give a political undertone to Christian missionary programs. This is worse than picking a same faith ticket. ![]() |
