I am looking at this from another perspective, how are you sure they are even your parents,is it because they told you,guy you might even be adopted.Because how will a parent dump their child at that young age like where is the human feeling and motherly love..Don't accept them back, and cut ties with them, if not they will keep on bringing bad memories to you.

Here is your original post

Carr to explain to @bolded.

They run shifts so the work 3 to 4 hrs daily. That means 6 to 8 shifts every day.

You are a complete bufoon. It's because of imbeciles like you who are quick to type from thier hatred addled brains that social media bill was even discussed.

O.d if you have read my comments you should be able to tell I dont suffer fools. I dislike stupidity particularly when the stupid person fails to realise he's an idiot.
lol, I won't reply you, I noticed you insult too much.. so I won't trade words with you.. Every one is entitled to talk on this platform and you picking up their post and insulting them doesn't make sense, if you have to make a point, make it independently than quoting ppl and saying hurtful words.. Have a nice sunday Sir, God bless you.

DrWhizy:

I really wasn’t going to do this but just maybe I should.
Firstly, complications can arise from surgery in any part of the world; that doesn’t really say anything frankly. An example that should be quite known is the unfortunate death of Stella obasanjo.
Secondly, sorry about the experience You and your mum had. While I can’t speak authoritatively about what happened, I simply want to infer from my own experience. Most government institutions in the country like the police, military and even schools are understaffed and the hospitals are not left out. This is worsened by a dearth of facilities that could have saved manpower and time coupled with a pay not commiserate with work done. These are usually the crux of protests of healthcare workers. Unfortunately, Nigerians wouldn’t support such protests but rather turn against the health care workers and still come to the hospital and demand that a health care worker for example work extra shift to attend to ‘just one more’ patient when there could have been enough personnel on ground as benefits of a successful protest. In addition, you should realize the danger of a fagged out health care worker attending to you or anyone else as so much can go wrong at that point and this a lot of ‘smart’ health care workers avoid by simply excusing themselves when their calls/shifts are over. No patient would understand your reasons should anything go wrong and in most cases court proceedings could follow all because you attended ‘just one more patient’ while being mentally and physically exhausted; not even the medical council would understand because as taught in medical school the first rule is ‘’to do no harm’’.
Finally, I’m hopeful that some day we can realize that the government is the problem not the healthcare worker who can only do as much within his/her capacity and start to demand more. Be reminded for example that the basic health care provision fund meant for the 774 local governments of the country has a budget of 25 billion while the renovation of the National Assembly has a budget of 27 billion.
Cheers ma.
No problem Sir,It's alright,we are fine now.

I said Nigeria is bad....medical Doctors earn more than everyone else I knw what m saying... They will still strike again even if their demands are met... Nobody is treated fairly in dis country.. But doctors own are jst 2 much... Last 2 years I lost a blood sister because of one of dis useless strikes.. So m not ignorant I knw what what m talking about
you are not ignorant my brother, I know many ppl that have been lost due to surgical complications, I even remembered a day my mum went to the hospital, and she desperately needed to be attended to, but you know what some of the federal workers called doctors were saying that their shift was over, just to attend to one patient more.damn!!. But God took control at the end .

Hmm don't they pay them well ni, or which money are they looking for again?, most of the federal hospitals even run shifts, so they just work for 3 to 4hours.and they still need increase in their pay.. omo this life no balance!
