That second Niger bridge is a complete scam because it wouldn't reduce traffic on the existing leading to the first bridge, the bye pass to the second bridge is almost at the mouth of the first bridge thereby defeating the purpose of building the second bridge, there's need to build a new bye pass to the second bridge from the Asaba market thereby diverting traffic away from the road leading to the second bridge, very important.
