sidonlook: *Emir Sanusi Lamido Sanusi To President Buhari:*
A Soldier salary is 49,000 forty nine thousand naira, some no accommodation they rent house outside the barrack no risk allowance instead they sleep inside bush fought to defend the Nation.
A classroom teacher with degree certificate receives 49,000 (fourty nine thousand) approximately accross the nation without good housing accommodation, acces to electricity, potable water, health care facilities and means of transportation yet you expect them to produce good engineers, bankers, lawyers, economists, architecture etc that will compete favourably with foreigners to fix the country.
Where is the change? Change should start with the National assembly: = A Senator receives N36,000,000 (thirty-six million Naira) monthly. If this is divided into two = N18,000,000 million (Eighteen million Naira). The second half which is N18,000,000 (eighteen million Naira) can be used to employ 200 Nigerians, each earning a salary of N90,000 (ninety thousand Naira) monthly. When you multiply 200 people with the number of Senators (109), this will give 21,800 Nigerians gainful employment. In short, 200 Nigerians will be able to live a comfortable life on half a Senator’s monthly salary. A member of the House of Representatives receives a salary of N25,000,000 (tenty-five million Naira) monthly. If this salary is divided in two = N12,500,000 (twelve million and five hundred thousand Naira). The other half, which is the sum of N12,500,000 (twelve million and five hundred thousand Naira) will be enough to employ 135 Nigerians with a monthly salary of N92.500 (ninety-two thousand and five hundred Naira) each. Nigeria has 360 Members of the House of Representatives, half of their salaries can employ 48,600 Nigerians who can live comfortable lives.
So, Buhari’s Administration can employ 70,400 Nigerians with monthly salaries ranging from N90,000 to N92.500 accordingly. This is just by dividing the salaries of Senators and Members of the House of Representatives. Half their present salaries is more than enough for them in a country where majority of Nigerians live on less than a dollar a day. (Now think of all the other over bloated salaries and allowances of Ministers and others)
You may try this idea Your Excellency, the President...
Nigerians, spread this message to Senators and Members of the House of Representatives and others Cutting what by half? Divide by 100 abeg Pls, all NASS members are civil servants and should be paid MINIMUM WAGE only just like all civil servants. Only when the monthly takehome salary of a Senator is 350k will we have genuine people in the chambers who have the people’s interest at heart.

Car Talk › Re: Help:someone Is Using A Duplicate Of My Car Plate Number by Greystone: 11:11pm On Aug 31, 2020 |
mekus80: Hello guys pls I am facing some challenges as par my vehicle dicuments.
I renewed the documents earlier this month but a check on niid.org for my insurance policy, showed that my car plate number is already on the platform but with a different car make and chasis number.
I called my insurance company to verify the genuiness of the policy that I have and it was confirmed to be OK,also checks on verify.autoreg.ng and nvis.frsc.gov.ng showed my vehicle details.
I have contacted niid,my insurance company and even FRSC but the response I am getting is not encouraging so I decided to bring it here kindly suggest the next line of action or if you have experienced duplicate plate number how did you sort it out. I had the exact experience with my last car. I got an Abuja plate number back then but didn't get it registered. (I assumed it was automatic) Then one day my father was getting original tint permit for his M Class and among other things, his car particulars and insurance, car plate registration, etc were checked and the police HQ discovered that his number was valid but not assigned. He was able to get it registered at the FRSC office. He called and told me to check mine on FRSC's website. Prior to that, I had never known this could be done. Na so I confidently checked online only to discover my car was assigned to a Toyota Highlander. ( My car then was a Honda Civic) Omo, i go FRSC office the next day. Same thing showed up on their computer. The FRSC officer even called the owner of the Highlander and put it on loudspeaker so I cud hear. It so happened that he got his number just a few months earlier (more than a year after i had gotten mine) but he was smart enough to register his immediately so automatically, my number became the fake one. I couldn't suffer myself nor risk being flagged down with my plate number so i just respected myself and got a new and different plate number altogether. |

Autos › Re: My Experience With Vulcanizers by Greystone: 5:04pm On Aug 30, 2020 |
Born2conquer: Short and Brief.
My Tyre pressure sensore light came up and i visited a vulcanizer to help pump all the tyres to 35, after the pumping, the sensor light went off.
I traveled immediately yesterday after the pumping only to wake up this morning with the sensor light up again.
Since i am in another state, i went to another vulcanizer and i asked him to check the pressure on the tyre and he replied “50, 45, 35 ,30,” the same tyres i pumped yesterday
He pumped everything to 50 (which I already know might be false or his readings are wrong)
I asked a simple question which was; What is the recommended pressure for Highlander and he replied 50 50
Lol, i al currently on 50 even though the recomended is 30. Why? Because i know it is hard to get a vulcanizer wey sabi e onion If you keep ur tures overinflated, u run the risk of blowout from simple pothole. Learnt the hardway. Keep the tyre pressure at the amt written on the tyre. |
