If Nnamdi Kanu is going to sneak into Lagos, take a few pictures and disappear is what you mean, then that is a different matter. Criminals are known to be sneaky like that.

A warm reception is waiting for him in Lagos. Let him come and address his followers in Lagos. He should also display his "bravery" by saying all those things he said on radio biafra. I know he is a coward but he will put a stamp on it if he cannot come to Yorubaland to repeat that "the only good Yoruba man is a dead one"

Lagos is not part of Biafra, it is not the capital of Nigeria. Ipobs should restrict their madness to iboland. Any attempt to cause trouble in Lagos will amount to provocation, not even Amnesty International will defend that.

Hate Yoruba? I have nothing to hate yorubaa for. A Biafran hating a yoruba is like a jew hating an Arab, for what? What's your significance on this earth for me to hate you? What do you produce or manufacture? You are not a threat.
Delusions of grandeur.

If Kanu wasn't there and those group of Army and police met a smaller group of ipobs, it would've been a different story.

The flattie soldier in bright camo and that fat Auchi Mopol would've released some rounds on the crowd of people.

This group need to be careful. They can claim that they protesters were disturbing public peace/traffic flow and aggressive to the security team.

That IPOB man was taunting the Army and police to shoot. That wasn't proper.

I didn't see much difference between El Zazzaky group and this group.

They had no weapon and if the Nigerian Army/police had shot at them, I believe the crowd would've dispersed and nothing would've happened.

They need to be careful how they confront these mad men. Those arrested and put in jail might be killed and no one would know or even ask questions.
They are looking for props to further their propaganda. It is straight out of Ojukwu's play book. Provoke the security guys to shoot so they can have a video to show Amnesty International. Ojukwu also starved children for the same purpose.

Yeah bro. After that Angelique Kidjo discovery, I went on a search and found that a lot of musicians from Benin republic sing in pure Yoruba and their songs are rich in all the attributes of good music cheesy

There's one that sings "bolojo". Very beautiful and gifted lady. I really wish I know where to get their CD's and DVDs

Despite the fact that you are educated, you have still decided to be an illiterate
Can you even read? Please provide where it is stated that igbo is an official language of Equitorial Guinea. Mind you, a recognized regional language is not the same as official language.

You dey mind the skull-grabbing ewedu-drinking elements and their 'make me happy" tales. In Equitorial Guinea, Igbos is recognized as an official language, yet Igbos are not throwing nylon-shiit everywhere in celebration and chest-beating rituals likes these obomosho smellos. grin grin
Why do you folks lie so much? Igbo is not an official language in Equitorial Guinea.

Why are you guys always like this? is it ignorance or sheer misinterpretation... EU is like the AU, why are u comparing it with a country? besides apart from wanting out of the EU or the UA, a member nation can be suspended from the union, but in this case, can Nigeria suspend the Igbo nation, the Yoruba nation or the Hausa nation? this is the difference bro
I'm tired of these ipobs. They don't seem to have a good grasp of what they are agitating for.

Comments like this usually cause me a lot of discomfort. I'll tell you why. Nigeria, as these pictures show, was a very lovely country. This was when the British were still here, but they left us and our leaders messed everything up.

Lugard may have made some mistakes - he was only human after all - but if our leaders had built on the pedestal he had placed us, I assure you we would not be where we have found ourselves today.

All hope is not lost though. If we start now to do the things our ancestors could not do (rather than laying blames on the dead), we could make things better at least for future generations.
Don't mind him, it was Lord Lugard who shot civilian leaders and upturned a carefully negotiated federal structure and replaced it with chaos.
Yes, it was Lord Lugard who looted billions from the treasury and kept it in various banks all over the world rather than invest in the development of the country.

The good thing is that Kanu has made those who claim to be deaf and dumb to the injustices in Nigeria to suddenly wake up from slumber and start talking about national issues.

Who would have thought? In a bus filled with supposedly decent people, it takes one mad man to disrupt the peace. Abacha, IBB, OBJ, Yar'Adua, GEJ wasted billions in National Conference. But Kanu's restructuring has generated more awareness than the efforts of all the looters combined.

Kanu has earned a place in the history of Nigeria. Hate him or love him.
\\
Kanu never asked for restructuring, even up till now he categorically rejected restructuring saying he want total secession from Nigeria.
He is a hate monger and nothing else.

Do you know people don't like Ronaldo just because of his goal celebration style? Note they don't hate that he scores goals ooo they just hate how he celebrates it. And Ronaldo does not even top it by saying he will dominate or that he is dominating.
I know in a deep experiential sense how one can be the best, create competition amongst others, inspire and motivate them without creating needless the animosity generated when one begins to think in terms of dominating others. Why do you guys want Biafra? Is it not because you feel rightly or wrongly that you are being dominated? Why the perennial, unceasing cry of marginalisation?
then why look at everything through the prism of dominate or domination?

That's why I say we can have the best, be the best without trying to dominate others if being the best is what we truly seek and not domination.
This is one of the best insights I've read on this thread. If you dominate everything where then is the marginalization you complain about? It doesn't make sense.

Me humbled? You must be joking. Have you checked out to see the Igbo kids are heads and shoulders high in STEM courses while the Yorubas are wanking over leading in mickey mouse courses.

This is a university in the heart of Yorubaland where Igbo student population could be less than 30%.
You are shifting the goal post again. Your initial narrative was Igbo students dominate Covenant University 1st class list. Now, it STEM courses. It doesn't hurt to be honest.

There you go again. You are the one who made the accusation that there were no real hard products. What I saw apart from "hard products" on the thread were a lot IT companies.
The facts doesn't support your claims.
