1. First getting the time it takes the first ball to be thrown upward..using V=u + gt (when an object is thrown upward, u is maximum and v(final veloc. is zero) and g is 10m/s2 (negative when going up.)

Then 0= 12-10t.......t = 1.2sec. (time to move up from the initial point which is the top of the building.

Then use it to get the distance travelled..(H = ut -1/2gt^2.). or rather directly by using

V^2 = U^2 -2gh

12^2 = 0 - 20h .....h = 7.2m....(i.e the distance to move up from the initial point upward. or from up to the initial point ( i.e top of the building).

Total distance (s) = 24m + 7.2 (to reach ground floor).

S = ut + 1/2 gt^2. (moving down, u is 0)


31.2 = ut + 0.5gt^2

31.2 = 0 + 5t^2 t = 2.5sec (I.e the total time to reach the ground..)

So, time for second ball to reach the ground will now be 2.5-1.2 = 1.3 sec.

I want to number my word document on my Microsoft word 2007, but I have been finding it difficult to do so.

I want the first five pages (excluding the front page) to have roman figure numbering format eg i , ii, iii, iv, v, vi, vii........ etc.

Then the rest of the pages to have the normal figure starting from 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6...... etc.

Please any help to go about this will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Settle down and make research on your chosen course of study then, invest your attention on it.

Don't have an idea on the best part-time program you could opt for...

My world outlook is to be good to others, and treat people the way you want to be treated. If there's heaven, then you will make it.

Microbiology as a course is diversified meaning you can specialise in different fields e.g industrial, pharmaceutical medical....but if it's for medical, I think MCB graduates now do a professional medical course for a period of two years ( you can make research) before being licensed to perform the role of MLS in hospitals..
That's why they don't accept MCB graduates directly.

x = 94 molecules of Oxygen.



2. It involves H2O and Methane so you will be relating their moles.


If 1 mole CH4======= 2 moles H2O

Had a brief experience with him during admission seeking days ....back in 2014... University of Ibadan.

Kindly assist a sister cos am just confused. Since my life I have passion for academics but issues of life (incapacitation) couldn't allow me to achieve my highly targeted FIRST CLASS. I finished NCE in 2009(3:62 Credit),got DSA marketing job which I quitted bc of their unrealistic Target and pressure. While on the job, I did my first degree in Imsu(Econs) but didn't attend any lecture for one day, only Exam bc of my work and distance (Lagos),so at the end,am not convinced with the kind of result I will get and I equally repeated 2 sessions.

My confusion is, considering the cost of paying my huge debt(school fees 4 sessions, other fees) in Imsu, should I abandon the Imsu stuff and apply for a fresh degree with Jamb and not Directly Entry again in Lagos or should I just clear the debt in Imsu,do Postgraduate studies,then masters.

Am still incapacitated at the moment but bc the zeal for Academics (FIRST CLASS) is still burning inside me, I just want to help myself out. pls advice sincerely

What's your current state as regards academic performance?

If you're to continue, will your current performance and academic status be worth investing further years of pgd and master (considering your goal) on?

Else, if you don't mind the age , you can start afresh with a greater focus and serious planning.

Also what's wrong with DE?

Who knows if the OP has already learned his lessons...

First work at improving those setbacks that stopped you in the first trial, then give it a try. At least you won't be killed.

But if it's otherwise, face your life here mehn... and apply the lessons learnt here.
