Dear Hama

Thank you for all you do for us. I personally appreciate your effort.

I am currently in a delinma of 3 jobs

Company 1
A start-up company after being jobless for about 6 months and they are barely less than four months in this current location and I happen to be the defacto IT officer, operations manager and finance person. It's fully onsite, you go off once a month.
Working days Monday through Saturdays, 9-5 full time, but I don't work on Saturdays
Salary is $118
No benefits.

Company 2
In a month of working in company A, I got a fully remote with them. The working days is same Mondays through Friday.
Salary $35.
I am less than a months of working with them and they are planning on giving me 13th month and Xmas bonus.

Company 3
Truth is, I am on the verge of or as a matter of fact already have a third remote job which obviously would be a bit difficult to handle because the first job is really demanding, & the job role for company 3 is operation manager (OM)

Summary
Benefits in Company A
No HMO, No Pension ONLY bereavement and birthday allowance

Company B
It has prospect as they have a strong partnership with a company in USA. No pension but if I push for it, they could make it happen.

Company C
It has data allowance, they are willing to pay for a workspace if I choose too, travelling allowance if need be, all expense paid trip either within or outside Nigeria.

I am confused 🤔 as to which should I choose or do just the first two jobs (A&B) and ignore the first job or do all the three jobs.

First collect your employment letter from the new company and have it at hand.

Regarding your loan, you need to apply for another loan from another loan provider and move the liability to them but don't remit the fund yet, let the money remain in your account.

On the day of resuming the new job, send your initial employer a letter that you're not feeling fine. By day 3, send them letter that due to the state of your health and work load, you won't be able to continue the job. At that point, they will request for the loan balance, then you can transfer their balance to them.
Be humble when writing.

Ensure you resume the new place, work three days before sending the email.

Use the strategy well.
