I think I have dealt with this part before.
Those women who travel for market wares do so whenever their merchandise runs out. They don't travel everyway.

And for those petty traders, who have stalls and shades, they don't have bosses to contend with. It's a complete different environment. Time is of importance here.

She comes and goes as she pleases and is answerable to none.
And she is at her stall from morning till evening or in some cases night. The only plus is she can break away for other activities easily than someone that has to go through many protocols before doing same.

My point is since you prefer such women then go for them. Leave the career- oriented ones for those who don't mind

Sure they do, but I find the blue-collar woman would make a more interesting read!

They both have their con/pro, but self employed women are always available domestically-- that's not what we can readily say of her blue-collar counterpart.
You really don't get the grasp of what you are saying. Like doveda said, you probably mean those petty traders selling stuffs in front of their house. Many of those traders travel to buy their merchandise. I can remember my grandma gisting me about how she would travel to Onitsha, Lagos etc to buy her goods and how my grandpa (of blessed memory) would set out with his car whenever the bus she boarded gets too late at night, and he would count her proceeds and arrange her stuffs for her cos she was fatigued. Talk more business women that travel to Dubai, SA and all. But I agree they might be a bit more available since their work is relatively more flexible as compared with the protocols and all of office work etc but this doesn't mean it's less demanding.

I don't know what the issue is really. If you ain't comfortable with career women, go for the petty traders in your area. Don't go and ask out a banker and expect her to conform to your whims.

Still searching for the point of this story. Let us see Kunle as the victim here right? What of women with husbands that come home just on weekends or probably see their husbands couple of times in a month? Or women with husbands with strenuous and long hour jobs. Can we justify them cheating?
I'm sure Jane isn't working for her sake alone but for the good of the family. So he couldn't be bothered to discuss with her, rather resorted to going back to an ex. I just don't get. Even if a man that would cheat has a stay at home wife, he would still find a reason to.

All the kids in the hood where i grew up were all spanked if they did something crazy ... Why didn't she state the reason behind the fight , she just jumped into Domestic Violence as if there are ladies who don't beat their Men and another thing is ... This is Africa not Europe , we spank kids here ...maybe we aren't the same but I'll tell you what ; If I've got a kid tomorrow and s/he does something "I'll deal with the lad in the way I was corrected . Spare the rod and Spoil the child .
Remember , diff strokes for different folks ...
So you are free to beat your young ones, then also try to justify a younger bro beating up his elder sis?

Such a guy will beat his mum up sef. People are saying she could have pissed him off, if their mum slaps or insult them, I guess they return it with slaps.
From the tone of the write up, I guess the guy had joined a bad group or even into drugs already.
But the sad thing is some men will always try to justify and blame every damn thing on women. It is cos he knows he is physically stronger he dared it. An elder sis is an elder sis, whether it is just two years between .I want to believe the guy was high when he did such but seeing men trying to justify such is just terrible.

If I fall into such (which I can't), that will be the end of whatever relationship existed between us after I get him arrested for at least a week i.e, so he can be able to practice his kung fu skills well. She shouldn't have brought this to social media though.

Very hilarious piece!
But why would a guy need to borrow a suit just to approach a girl?
How many Nigerian students even wear suits on regular days on campus?

That part was either a lie or OP is one very weird fellow. Whichever it is, it sure did make me laugh my heart out. grin
Lolz, seriously hilarious, I can just imagine that 'don't forget to return Obinna's suit part' . OP is obviously lying, it's fiction
