Well you just have to learn to manage it..there is no cure for it..
But you can reduce the pain by avoiding sugary drinks a week to your period.
And when you notice it has started take hot water with ginger it helps..
Ibroprofhen or Panadol helps but it's not advisable.

My only advice for you is not to rush into marriage with her yet..
Talk to her about the situation and sort things out with her then continue dating until you're confident enough to get married

Some there menstruation comes without pains and it's hard you notice they're menstruating..
