Marginalisation cries would continue, even with a South East only Biafra. Even now Igbos from other states see Anambra people as too domineering and arrogant. The big Igbo states downgrade Ebonyi and its people, etc. Anambra and Imo look at each other with suspicion, etc. Ebonyi people, for example would never feel like they are getting a fair deal in a Biafra that may be dominated by Anambra, Imo, Enugu and Abia, and so forth.

There are fundamental issues that need to be addressed in order for Biafra to happen and to make sense, but these issues are too vexed and too complicated to satisfactorily address in the near future. That's why I have always insisted that there is no need for Biafra, Niger Delta Republic, Oduduwa Republic, etc.

A Republic of Southern Nigeria is sufficient for now. Just cut off the Jihadist Fulani/abokki North and trust me, the rest of Nigeria would blossom in spite of its numerous ethnicities. That is a more practicable option than disintegration into several micro republics.

And the Army's only response is to warn its officers to be wary of road trips. Welcome to the dysfunctional shithole called Nigeria.

The SARS problem has been there since decades in Nigeria. Then there was no SARS, the problem was simply the Nigerian Police.
Lets face it, there are a lot of criminal elements in the Nigerian police and these idle minds use the opportunity to harass and rob and kill innocent citizens.
Banning SARS will encourage robbers and kidnappers to have a field day. What is best that can happen is a complete re-orientation of the police force and a watch dog within the police system that deals ruthlessly with erring officers.

The conventional police and mobile police are more than sufficient to tackle armed robbers and kidnappers. How many armed robbery and kidnapping gangs have the SARS tackled lately?

Some of you know nothing about the reality on ground. These SARS fools are not interested in fighting armed robbers or kidnappers. They are all interested in bullying and extorting random people anywhere. Don't get that twisted.

You're very daft. What is the duty of SARS? If the issue here is cybercrime, what does SARS have to do with cybercrime? Does Nigeria not have agencies whose responsibilities cover Internet crime (e g EFCC)?

And you talking about ritual killings and so forth shows you're a clumsy buffoon. Any ritual killing is first of all a killing. Murder. Murder is a violent crime, and the police should deal with that as what it is - murder. It has NOTHING to do with cyber crime.

The best way is to mandate members of the public to report sightings of SARS or any tactical units anywhere doing patrols or mounting roadblocks, and for the immediate dismissal of the commanding officer/DPO/Area Commander overseeing that unit.

We don't want to see SARS or any special unit at all at all again. All policemen on routine duty should wear their uniforms with name tags.

Them plenty for Abuja and Lagos at least. Go to some random houses in middle class or high brow neighbourhoods on any random weekday morning and afternoon, you will see full grown ladies, men and women lazing around in their air-conditioned living rooms, watching Netflix, Dstv....and BBN of course, lol.

Those who have actual jobs (who have to work hours everyday for their daily bread) simply cannot have time to watch this nonsense all day long.
