Enkidu:You're a big fool. So is any other useless man with this kind of mentality. If you feel murderous, then kill your whorish WIFE! The man has NOTHING to do with it for goodness sake. Your wife wasn't raped. She willingly CONSENTED. So why are you directing your misplaced anger towards an innocent man? Men will be men! Random men would always try their luck with random women. The onus is on the woman to say yes or no. If your wife didn't say no as every responsible and self respecting married woman should, then why are you placing your anger on the man? Loser. Na Ogun go kee you there. If your body dey pain you, kill your useless wife. Na she dey cause the pain, no be the man wey dey on hin own. |
Nigeria and its useless government. A country/government that delights in majoring in minors. We have all kinds of problems, but banning sachet alcohol is a priority. Very useless country. |
Nowhere in Lagos is like this. Not even their Banana or Eko Atlantic. |
All these Kogi people just look somehow to me. Make dem carry one side abeg. |
No time for court case or whatever. Just waste the bastard before they start taking about amnesty or no amnesty. |
Sweetest news this month. Bloody useless bitch. |
Wasky101:That must have been many years ago. When I served too, being on the NYSC uniform or brandishing your NYSC ID was enough to instill some degree of fear or restraint in these motherfuckers. They would quickly leave you alone as per say you he 'government pikin'. Apparently times have changed. These days corpers are prime targets for these kinds of extortion. Sad. |
BafanaBafana:But Katsina governor had a right to grant amnesty to murderous bandits, at an elaborate ceremony attended by army officials? What such of rubbish double standard is this? |
Mobi47:Why some of you insist on being supremely stupid, I just don't understand. Try to remove the lump of mucus blocking your brain so that you would think clearly. Which "stupid talks" are you talking about? So your Oyedepo is a god that should never be questioned or disagreed with? And if you disagree with Oyedepo on a scriptural matter, that is automatically insulting and disrespectful? Mr Man do something fast before you run mad and end up naked in the marketplace. |
They're not mentioning the kind of figures that make sense in the context of the allegation. $44m, $16m..... How much does one of Air Peace's planes cost (some were bought almost new)? How many does the airline have (or how many did they even start with)? Let's begin from there. |
Sunsets:The idiotic so-called pastor even denigrated Freeze's profession, denigrated the entire broadcast industry, saying 'what does he do, he is a common broadcaster, does he have a good job?" I can't believe people are keeping quiet and even applauding this animal. In decent societies this outburst is enough to get him arrested and charged for criminal defamation/slander, threat to life (he threatened to kill and 'tear apart' Freeze) and breach of the peace. This is enough to get him to step down from that nonsense church and bury his head in opprobrium for life. But this is Nigeria, so gullible idiots would support him and cheer him on instead. |
Youngzedd:I tell you. It is so annoying. |
Just look at the useless, foul mouthed thug parading himself as a 'pastor', yet some despicable people are going to that cursed church? Unbelievable. Horrible words coming out of a pastor's mouth. Threatening to kill, tear apart, arrest someone else. Is this the sort of animal that someone can address as a so-called man of god? Things are truly happening. End times. |
Abokkis fight for their Allah. Nigerians don't fight for God. Get it correct. I don't know any Southerner or Christian that has fought for Jesus Used the Bible to justify violence. Never ever.... It's 101% abokki elements wreaking violence in the name of their Allah. Don't generalise nonsense. |
We have a VERY long way to go in this country walahi. This kind of bonanza to useless 'traditional rulers' in this pandemic period where the masses need all the help they can get? I don't get it. Why do our leaders all fail at prioritising? How is this nonsense a priority at this time? I can understand a private citizen using his own private funds to do whatever he likes, but here we are talking about government. How can you spend government money so arbitrarily on nonsense that doesn't benefit the masses in any way? |
Obinnau:Not necessarily true. If you're doing well here in Nigeria ,the kind doing well whereby you can even travel to that Yankee or Jand to ball for a week or two and return to naija, these fake friends would definitely clinch to you. I know them well. They only form busy and 'too much responsibilities' for naija based people who they see as losers or potential leeches. Don't even argue. Facts only. So in all your doings, do well. It will help you avoid knowing who amongst your 'friends' are fake friends. |
Was only a matter of time. The fat, lousy fucker is clearly an irritant. |
Everybody isn't meant to be rich or even 'comfortable' Use your tongue to count your teeth, open your eyes to see what is happening around you, open your ears to hear the sound of music, and widen your nose to sniff the reality... And then come to a conclusion about where you belong, what you can deal with, and what the rest of your life would/could/might/should/shouldn't/ look like. Okwu okenye. End of. |
Na wa o. Who raises these kinds of useless girls of nowadays? Ogbeni run for your life. |
Laghima:If you are a medical doctor or other professional with a sense of entitlement waiting to be paid millions every week or month, then you are quite silly. There are dollar billionaire medical doctors, lawyers and engineers. It all boils down to being SELF EMPLOYED and using your unique skills and acumen to create wealth. Google Patrick Soon-Shiong for some perspective. All these uncreative, dull brained Nigerian employee salary earners (including doctors but especially lecturers) expecting to be remunerated like business tycoons are unbearable. That's not how the world works. |
jayworld15:Well, this is not 100% true, but I would grudgingly admit you are right because it is at least 90% true. There are a few outliers who got successful and uber rich without any UNHOLY or illegal activities, but that is only a minuscule minority. Be wary of these fools who shout legit legit all over the place, but are quick to mix fake/defective products with real ones and sell to unsuspecting customers, or manipulate documents/records to underpay taxes, or even do under the table deals in their offices (for those who are employees). They are all the same as the yahoo boys they love to hypocritically malign... And it goes all the way to the big guns (our popular billionaire businessmen, CEOs, etc). There are, sadly, very few 'clean' role models in Nigeria. I don't know any, because I can't vouch for any. |
helinues:You're such a senseless idiot. Why not take your foolishness elsewhere if you cannot squarely address the issue raised by the OP? Even if you must be stupid as part of the job requirements for being a zombie or Tinubu online miscreant, , you should have some shame and restraint while at it. Despicable characters like you diminish this forum. Seun needs to take note. |
The gate sef resemble winch. |
The reason for the visits is 'private', yet you travelled with a contingent of journalists and photographers. Who does that? Be deceiving yourself. It's not by all these ones. |
I don't believe this. A whole Shoprite can't run away because of a mere $10m judgement debt. If so that means their operation in Nigeria was child's play. $10m pere, then you hurriedly run? Means they weren't profitable and the entire operation was only waiting for an excuse to exit. |
What if Seun drops dead today (God forbids though) what happens? Will Nairaland automatically die with him? Is there a succession/continuity arrangement? Considering how important this forum is for many of us, this is a valid thing to ponder about. |
ebby9z:These overpriced eyesores are a sad and ever-present reminder of Nigeria's iron-clad matrimony with corruption. Ninety-nine percent of these supposedly high value real estate were/are purchased/built with black money....Political/business corruption, drug dealing, grand fraud, and everything in between. That explains the head turning prices you would hear for properties in these awfully overrated locations. It's not real market forces at play, so you might see crooks like the Elephant of Bourdillon and his many thieving minions building hundreds of "luxury" apartments in these areas with less than 10% occupancy. And they wouldn't flinch because they aren't depending on or even looking forward to rental income to recoup their 'investment'. |
Nickshrapnel:Post traumatic amnesia, aggravated substance abuse etc. |
ORIENTATION101:Don't be silly. Who is Lagos "catering for"? Does the state pay unemployment benefits or welfare or provide free housing or free anything to anybody? People fend for themselves wherever they are able to, so stop saying absolute rubbish. Besides you seem to think that the so-called resources Lagos boasts of is extracted from thin air. In case you're too dumb to know, the population of Lagos is central to its relative economic status and the resulting economic opportunities. So before you talk about decongestion, better ascertain where the rain started to beat you from. |
Facts about Alberta, Canada :Meanwhile compare these figures with Nigeria... Population: 200 million people Annual Budget:.$35 billion (vastly exaggerated) GDP: $397.3 billion dollars Yet some people say Nigeria is a rich country? |
Lol. Quite true. Some even clip the thing to the belt holder on their trousers, and strut about the lounge/beer parlour like Idi Amin the Conqueror of the British Empire. It's always in my pocket abeg. Just like my phone. Too many lousy people everywhere. |
Angelfrost:He has every right - just like everyone else that meets the basic requirements - to lead the nation. But chance? Who would vote for him? You people are quite mad. Who exactly apart from some silly Yorubas would vote for this corrupt, druggy eyed thief? If you are determined to present a Yoruba candidate at least put forward the Osibanjo that is already there now....Since the likes of Akin Adesina and other correct people wouldn't have the 'chance' according to you. The fact that you hired fools prefer to prop up a damaged and unmarketable entity like Tinubu means that you are simply doing the dirty job that you are paid peanuts to do. No neutral, even a Yoruba neutral would ever talk in favour of a Tinubu presidency. It is belittling to the Yoruba race. |

. There are many opportunities that can catapult “a pauper to a zillionaire” in those countries but in Nigeria, well, ask others with oldie belief like one BBQ rat and mosquitoes “MannaStupid”: Nigeria will be great again in our time, when the same Nigeria is retrogressing in all areas, when his forbears have been saying it. There’re no opportunities in Nigeria except unholy, wrong and fraudulent ways are used.Imagine epileptic electric power, bad road network, dilapidated structures, decayed political system, dying educational sector, poor economic policies, etc affecting the nation. My people, don’t use these Americans as your inspiration, otherwise, you’d grow old in your waiting. A land where CEOs make 5billion dollars in one day is no joke.
