Only simpletons would believe that a president and commander in chief like Jonathan, with a raft of security intel, classified info, and state instruments at his disposal, would just talk based on rumours or conjecture. Of course he has his facts and he knew what he was saying when he accused the likes of Muazu of betrayal.... One example of betrayal was receiving massive sums of money meant to mobilise key stakeholders/electorate, and instead of doing that, you cornered much of the money to yourself and even channeled part of it to Buhari and the APC. Muazu and many other Judases were guilty of this. Nonetheless, Jonathan has only himself to blame. He was too naive and too obtuse to do the needful, which is sad considering that you couldn't accuse him of inexperience.... Having been president for 5 long years prior, and having floated in the dizzying heights of the presidency even longer (as vice president from 2007 to 2010). He should have accumulated enough knowledge of the workings and dynamics of presidential power and used it to his own advantage. He didn't understand the concept of carrot and stick.... He flooded the market with carrots without accompanying sticks, which gave traitors the audacity to disrobe the emperor and instigate the collapse of the empire, with unprecedented impunity. In any case, Muazu wasn't Jonathan's biggest mistake. In a sense, he was inconsequential in the ultimate scheme of things. Jonathan's biggest mistake was not putting his trusted loyalists (from the South South, South East, or Christian Middle Belt) in the critical positions of INEC Chair and NSA at least a year before the elections. I believe this cost him the presidency. |
So the only evidence and basis for the prosecution is the girl's mere claims to the police? That can't be right. |
MILF Alert. Major key. |
SalamRushdie:He is indeed a sore loser, and it has nothing to do with his financial status but more to do with his toxic attitude. He is clearly envious of Tuface, and the way he keeps on showing his deep envy makes him a loser.... If he has legitimate issues against Tuface there are more mature ways to go about them (including Court action, if necessary) without making a public show of his pettiness, emptiness, jealousy, and stupidity. |
Homers123:Well, that summarises everything... And just to add, it's not hard to see where Shina's sympathies/allegiances lie between the parties involved. |
Lol. Boboyi shaaaa. |
nnamdi1998:You're the typical buffoon that gets employed by our armed forces. Such a pity. Idiotic bastard showing off on social media, when your mates in saner countries are too disciplined and too busy to exchange words with anonymous people on Internet forums. Why not spend three minutes with a Boko Haram terrorist in Borno, and prove how well trained and patriotic you are in defending our territorial integrity? Nigeria is a big joke. As long as fools like you can get ahead of other better qualified people, because you happen to have connections, then we will remain the terrible zoo that we are as a country. |
owooba:I dey with you 1 billion percent. Too many Nigerian people are cowards with no dignity and self-worth. I would rather die than go through some bullshit that some cowards subject themselves to. Dirty, lazy, cowardly barely-literate bastards who happened to get employed in the armed forces due to connections with one useless Oba or Emir or senator should never be allowed to feel too important over nothing. I'd rather die by the bullet than put up with rubbish without a fight. That's if it comes to that. These korofo illiterate pigs withiut verifiable school cert are so beneath us anyway, |
It is what it is. It is called life. |
Afam4eva:Anyone who is cursed with a thieving instinct does not apply reason when the urge to steal comes. The urge is overpowering, and erodes common sense. |
xxxtedyxxx:I agree with this hypothesis. We can resort to high philosophy and lofty ideals in arguing about "innate value" and self worth. That's mostly theory. In practice, in our society here in this same Nigeria that we live in, it is difficult to find love (or sex) if you're flat broke. If you're persistent and you are inured to insults and rejection, you might be lucky to get the occasional lay or date every other blue moon, but only relatively well to do guys with the requisite resources have the luxury of consistently switching, changing, alternating, and picking and choosing from the numerous girls available - in their quest for love or casual sex. This is not even debatable. Let's be clear here. The concept of 'having money' is relative. No one is saying that you must be as rich as E-Money or Femi Otedola to tap some ass or find a girl to date/marry. Even if you have a relatively stable job that guarantees a mere N50k every month, you 'have money' in the eyes of thousands of girls that are below that level. It all depends on the girl's expectations/level/etc. Some girls would see you as good catch if you can give her a few thousands (N2k - N5k) in cash or gifts every now and then. Other girls wouldn't take you seriously unless you drive a car (or a certain type of car), other girls would only consider you if you have a certain lifestyle, etc. It's all relative. But the bottom line is that 98% of girls in Nigeria would NOT be patient enough to hang around you long enough to discover your so-called 'innate value' if you're so obviously, outwardly broke (according to their level/expectation)... Unless you have some redeeming qualities (good looks, social capital, ways and means, personal magnetism/charm, etc), but even then, it needs some artificial reinforcements down the line that only money can make possible, otherwise the girl would concoct a fake excuse to dump your dusty ass sooner than later. That's the brutal truth. That's the real world. |
This idiot should stop these ridiculous image laundering efforts. It gets more irritating with each fake gesture. |
If only a 'fairytale' wedding automatically guarantees a fairytale marriage. If only. |
Do these whores have a "type"? Or does some level of money neutralise their specifications? I saw one young, mid 20s, classy-looking beauty with an armless late 40s looking ogre today in a garden (with the man forcefully doing touchy touchy lovey lovey to mark his 'territory' ) and it reinforced what I already knew. Looked and he came in a 2013 Camry... Which is a big man for the girl's level obviously. And she would also claim to other 'normal' guys that Van Vicker or Ramsey Noah is her 'type'. Despicable species. They openly talk about standards and 'types' to make themselves look good in public.... When they have none. |

A convoy.....With a siren blaring hilux van.. armed police escorts, the whole works, for the self-aggrandizing show... Just like the usual worldly E-Money or the typical 419 kingpin or thieving politician would do to show off. Where exactly is the 'godliness' or 'Christlikeness' in all of this foolishness? What differentiates this bald idiot and fake "apostle'" from our usual diabolical politicians, shady businessman, fraudsters, drug lords, showbiz wannabes, and the other worldly characters who lust after this same lifestyle? Our God is a patient God indeed....almost to the point of ridiculousness. He wouldn't and shouldn't blame atheists for doubting His existence. As things stand, I'm increasingly agnostic. |
This guy is just a pathetic, woeful, hateful, toxic loser. My goodness!I I'll be very ashamed of him if he were my relative. Very shameless scum. Get a life.. I know it is beyond you, but at least try! Die trying! |
The problem is a colossal one, Every random girl out there now has a tendency to display some shitty attitude towards you merely because she has ass, boobs, and a vagina.. I'm talking about girls that are inferior to you in every way imaginable - that are nowhere near your level in status, education, knowledge/exposure, experience, accomplishment, and of course, age. Yet there is some kind of arrogance and chip on their shoulders when they interact with you because they assume that you're a randy, brainless dog without self-respect like the foolish wussies that like their meaningless posts on social media and kiss their asses everyday. This is not a woman problem though. It's a man problem. The bleeped up men among us are to blame for giving these airheaded girls reason to feel important. It's an emergency, and something needs to be done urgently. |
Interesting. |
Umunwanyi. Byword for frivolity and triviality. |
I passed through Onitsha the other day en route..... And when my friend dropped me off somewhere along Upper Iweka to find a connecting vehicle to my destination, my alertness level was on RED.. MAYDAY MAYDAY; probably would have killed anyone who came close enough to me to say 'hi'. The fact that I had a big travelling bag and about N120k in cash made it even worse. My hand was tapping my concealed weapon every second, and I was super alert until I left Onitsha. It's a messed up city. Even as an Nwa Afo, I simply hate the city and everything it represents.. Local, lousy, noisy, anti-social, rowdy, unmethodically mad animals everywhere. Awka is definitely saner and far more civilised. It seems all the deadliest and most despicable idiots and dregs of the earth from Anambra State are habitually dumped off at Onitsha to unleash their menace to society. I can't raise my kids in Onitsha even if offered a million dollars. Make it a billion dollars and maybe I'll consider. At least I'll be able to recreate civilisation in my immediate domain and create a lifetime of governor-level security around my family. Nonsense and ingredients! |
uzoclinton:Meaning what? You donkey? |
aminu790:Abokki go find your cow wey lost. |
Pedigree. Street cred. Not these emergency ''Food don Done' activists who foul up the whole atmosphere with their fakery and fuckery. |
aminu790:And yours is what? The world's opinion? Buzz off. |
Ambode would soon lose goodwill if he continues to follow this ignoble 'elitist' and heavy-handed path pioneered by his disgusting predecessor called Fashola. This is not creative governance or innovative IGR generation. It's one thing to take advantage of the massive population of a mega city like Lagos, in a manner that individuals would barely feel the pinch. This needs creative thinking, not the usual lazy approach of plucking the low hanging fruit (I regret being Nigerian because of this idiotic and lazy penchant for the easy option). It's another thing to embark on a senseless, ill-advised and unsustainable over-taxing drive. There are numerous vanity hubs in Lagos - residential, recreational, and otherwise, patronised by money drunk idiots who made easy money and are eager to lavish it foolishly. How about thinking up and implementing some kind of vanity tax? This would yield hundreds of billions annually. Channel your revenue generation efforts towards these areas. Over-tax the so-called 'exclusive' residential enclaves (Osborne Road and its ilk), boat clubs, so-called country clubs and elite clubs (including Ikoyi Club, Island Club, Yoruba Tennis Club, Lagos Polo Club, etc), Over-tax the vanity waste centres like Quilox, 57, Cova, et al et al. They are too numerous to mention. Leave ordinary people alone. If you must raise revenue from millions of heads (to leverage on the population), then the cost per individual must be so negligible as to be barely noticeable. These bastards in political positions must THINK and ideate CREATIVE SOLUTIONS. That's why they were elected or appointed, with massive benefits like plum salaries, allowances, room for corrupt mega deals and siren blaring privileges. If you're not smarter than myself and cannot THINK out innovative solutions other than the regular low hanging fruit that any Ibarapa Poly dropout buffoon can think of, then I personally feel aggrieved that you're there blasting past me in black Toyota Prado and Mercedes G-Wagon SUVs and Hilux pickup vans filled with overzealous police escorts, while I'm standing under the scorching sun waiting for a bus, watching you enjoy the benefits of your incompetence.... You are a waste of space, and should get out of there and make room for those who are capable. |
aminu790:The short, arrogant, champagne socialist, pseudo-Marxist turned hedonistic bastard called Oshiomole? God forbid. |
Bauer1:Don't mind the oversabi idiot. |
I for fear. Tompolo ke. |
That's often the end result of too much gra gra. The landlady, her brother, and the soldiers are in a hot mess cos this tenant seems to be the cunning and stubborn type. He will stay in the apartment for as long as possible, while also insisting on reclaiming his imaginary missing N250k. The soldiers could also have an unnecessary disciplinary action against them to contend with. Let them all brace up. |
mrdino:Of course I agree with you as an active football buff. However that's a different dimension to the issue. We're merely interested in the socio-cultural context of the issue, especially against the backdrop of the wife's (and many female commenters') irrational discontentment with her NORTHERN MUSLIM husband's decision to marry a second wife. |
Tiny23:I is, I is. |
