Crossing from one province to another to work is even wahala, and to think that the population of the country is just over 36million. My advice would be that whatever you do either sask or ontario, do it fast...regulatory exams are becoming harder and getting more expensive...
If you get your qualifications in Sask, you would be sble to use it to work in a different province in the future once you pay the annual practice fee to whatever province you move to. You might also want to check if you would need to log practice hours in your initial province before you can move to another.
