I have an observation to share . Hopefully some can help .
Just purchased an Accord 07 model.
I have a complaint about the AC system.
Anytime the compressor picks.. it comes with a violent shudder which vibrates the car seriously..
I'm at a loss cos I've never experienced such high level vibrations coming from a compressor..
The AC chills well anytime any weather .
Just when the compressor picks..
What could be the issue?
Any opinions?

The engine oil is at 50% life
Will need a change when it drops to 25%
After the change you can reset oil life back to 100%

What if servicing was done recently?

It refers to the engine coolant temperature sensor.. there's one under the radiator drivers side. I discovered it wasn't connected. Couldn't even find the plug.. the ecu wasn't reading it

A leaky exhaust pipe is a SURE reason for higher than normal fuel consumption. QED.

If the leak is before the MAF or between the exhausted manifold and pre 02 sensor, yes fuel will drain.anything after that.. fuel consumption isn't affected.

If you visit power holding 4 dialog and nothing come out kindly remove the meter and purchase your own meter cos that will carry yr own name simple

One meter per residence..
They won't register another meter till they retire the old one.

P2185: Check ur ECT ( the thermostat is removed and the fan is running direct once the ignition is on).

P0135: Air-fuel sensor to be changed (it is behind the engine, on top the exhaust manifold)

P0141: Oxygen sensor to be changed (located under the car, attached to the catalyst compartment)
I guess ur car is an i4 not a v6.

NB: Oxygen sensor is longer (wire) than the Air-fuel sensor. Test the sensors very well.
Also, I guess catalyst no dey ur car again

I'm not sure if the catalyst is there not not
The car was wired direct with thermostat removed initially but I've reversed it back to factory specs .
I've already planned purchasing those two sensors . I'll probably need the part number.. how does one test the sensors to know if it's still working optimally?

i drive a. 2k5 honda accord, ii αve a problem.

While i'm driving i notice dat after i slow down or wen i want ϯo re-accelerate sometimes, the engine vibrates (shakes) until i lift my foot off the throttle completely, bt wen i put my foot back on the throttle it moves normally.


i thought it was the spark plugs causing this, but i've changed the 4 plugs with new ones but it still does same.

a mechanic said it's probably from the fuel pump.

Any ideas wat it is

Lv8 civil servant in Lagos State doesn't earn up to 80k now talkless of 12 years ago, except you are referring to FG workers.. even at that. They don't earn that much now.. and we've had two salary increases during that period.

5w30 engine oil for modern engines? When a 2010 Camry uses 0w20 engine oil, and it is not available, what will they use now? NNPC SAE 40?

That engine can also use 5w20/30.
