When this case gets to court someone would be so rich he doesn't need to work again,all he needs is a good lawyer.

I would believe that the main reason UBC stated that on their website is regarding minor/children of school age that intend to study immediately the arrive with parents. Your friend's baby is still very young and filling a study permit application may just not be the perfect move because they will be conditions on the permit that the baby must meet.

However, IRCC also mentioned that minors already in canada(visitor visa) can go to school( pre, primary, secondary) without a study permit.
With that being a plus, your friend should apply for a visitor's visa for the baby as an accompanying minor while filling his/her study permit application.

There are opportunities to extend the visitor's visa as an accompanying minor.A major one is the fact that your friend will be a student and on a study permit.

The part of concern is the "Details of Intended Study in Canada" for the 1294E form for the baby
what should be filled in the following sections:
Name of School
My level of study
My Field of study
Address of School
DLI Number
Duration of Study
Please advise with what type of information to fill here as I someone once said leave it blank but the Name of School keep indicating required and for level of study should it be not applicable?

I think what happened last night was natural.The visit of the 3 DJs made everyone go more limits,TBoss danced and Bisola so drunk she was dossing by herself in the changing room and not to forget the epic fall of Efe and Marvis in the dancing floor after being so drunk.Maybe the party, maybe the visit of family earlier.

This was why I created a thread days back,the academic environment must show it wants to advance.The crop of lecturers are so bad in their teaching methods it makes no sense at all.
Nice move I must say,if your evaluation is less you don't get to be assigned courses despite you studied in MIT or Yale. Did anyone know how Uibadan was so good? Students had their publications with their lecturers and these were published.In most cases now all you hear is no one can graduate with first class or the first class is so much you wonder yet not 1 single publication or academic advancement,just memorize and pass.
I have seen this in NDA PG school and it's so efficient and helps the lecturers improve with students feeling appreciated
