Politics / Does Any Court Have Right To Order Inspection Of Nigerians Who Are Not Charged by here: 8:28am On Jun 24, 2015
I sincerely need sound opinion or cited cases on ordering of any court or tribunal ordering ballot papers to be inspected by "a party in a case".
This is because I think the integrity of the evidence is damaged(which voids the exhibit) and also I never signed during my registeration with INEC to share my personal details with anyone except ofcourse the court has powers to call for my details and no one can stop them but ordering for an individual or body who is a party to a case have access to my details is what am not ok with more expecially my finger print and not like they are obtaining to surrender to court, they are to inspect obtain it and store it where the court does not even know. I thought that is why its wrong to ask personal details in public;like no one has right to ask you questions like how old you are or even if your married in "public".

This is in reference to what is playing out in elections petitions tribunal. But again I am mindful that these are courts of records and anyone could cite cases but I think this is also a point that needs to be driven to the apex court and lets have it sealed : "does any court has right to order my personal details like finger print be obtained by a party in a case, stored by them and even shared with whoever they want without first consulting me or seeking my consent, or should the courts only allowed by virture of my rights allowed to appoint an independent expert who can obtain it, inspect and submit obtained details to court with his findings?" Yes if there is another dispute all parties can be given observer status and if result still contested another expert apointed and results compared.

Sentiment aside I believe this is an issue that is wrong and judicial decisions that are harmful to my personal rights are wrong, as I have not commited any offence by voting and if the INEC feels they need to show their sincerity and openess it should be a factor by asking I waive that at registration. Please what do you think?
Politics / Re: Deny Peterside Access To Electoral Materials, Wike Tells Tribunal by here: 7:58am On Jun 24, 2015
Someday without being biased we will come to terms that it is against law of evidence and exhibit handling to allow parties to a case have access to originals of an evidence. Even in electronic evidence you simulate 3 copies and any party can have as its same and can be worked on. Also brings to question the proceedure for handling as the forensic body is new in Nigeria and all the opposing counsel needs is bring a finger print expert to come testify and destroy all the procedure the expert used since he might have done all he thinks he knows and not what is generally accepted procedure. Again that depends on the tribunal's understanding of evidence from the technology deployed but in all certainty the integrity of those evidence is destroyed.

To show you the tribunal doesnt understand this new procedure, why not appoint an independent expert and both parties can have the results and make submissions based on the exercise and give them obeserver status if you want, but you expose the biometrics of Nigerians and other details that are supposed to be private to unknwon parties appointed by complainant. But as always when you expect INEC to know their functions they wouldnt, you that is the independent party in the suit except otherwise can ask the court to allow you appoint an expert to inspect and let other parties be present to observe and thereafter make submissions on results except the complainant alleges INEC was compromised then the tribunal can appoint an independent expert. I never signed off for my details to be shared by INEC with anyone and since I didnt, no court has the right to order to inspect my details when am no subject of any criminal investigation.
Politics / Re: Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa Files Suit Against Buhari Over Delay In Appointing Ministers by here: 3:06pm On Jun 22, 2015
I believe not many will see the wisdom in this, call it attention seeking that will be unfair but some of these judgments will serve as cases to be cited in the future when some issues arise and more so will check those who feel they can decide when to perform a particular act when elected. It shouldnt be looked at as targeting the present government even if he intends to. How else do you think 60% of our SANs got it if not for some of those cases.

One of these days you will also find lawyers going to court to ask the court to decide how long a road construction should last considering its effect on people's daily lives, why water supply should stop in major towns if satelite downs are not to be supplied any many other things bothering the common man. It shows our judicial system still has hope.

I think we shouldnt just dismiss them but demand they go to court also for better things, like there are millions of Nigerians in police cells detained without court order and many in prison and have even stayed for more than the offence they were charged with and still in prison simple because the trial has not ended.
Politics / Re: Tambuwal Visits Hospital At 2a.m., catches Sokoto Staff Unaware... by here: 9:37am On Jun 22, 2015
Nigerians are heartless, yet they will blame the government for everything.
How can patients be made to sleep in the dark, imagine the other acts allowed yet their salaries are paid. A friend was once given an antibiotics only to discover its expired, this is even because it had the pack but imagine where it was dispensed and no dates.
Our problem has been us not government, just the little the government has provided should atleast be allowed to be used by everyone, but hell no.
I feel sad when like presently the government is expected to fight corruption, yet its the common man who enables it and seeks every means to make it bad.Look at the public service bunch of low people who should see to it that it works but no,they are all out to grab and sleep on shifts.

Modified: But again, rather than blame public servants, i think there are supervisors and Medical Directors to Permanent Sec, someone is not doing his job. Even a dirt collector has a supervisor, how come these are not properly supervised and we are talking about attendance no one has said quality of service. Who has inteviewed any of these patients?

Politics / Re: Hear What The Constitution Says On Elections Of Nass Leaders by here: 7:23am On Jun 10, 2015
"but a member may before taking the oaths take part in the election of a President and a Deputy President of the Senate, as the case may be, or a Speaker and a Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives"

The law is subject to interpretation and where there is such they might seek interpretation and all actions taken by anyone to interprete personally shall be sanctioned. Notice the above bolded, it can also be said to mean ordinary business(taking of seat) of every elected member is assumed to mean the first seating after the election of the officials, also it is left for the CCB to comeup to say if a law was breached and charge such members to the tribunal if need be; but again it can be an issue that the elected members are new in town and had no official residence and hence were on transit until after settling in so had no personal fund to move around moreso have been engaged officially at ICC for their induction programme which always ends during official hours and CCB offices always closed at 5pm or even worse case they have filed and signed in court but the aides failed to deliver it for some administrative reasons. The court will be convinced to see the date on the forms when signed in court(which you know our country, a specific court can backdate and sign).

These are just few of the many ways, I just wish we can let this pass and focus on the real business of governance and legislative duties

Note the criminal code:
" 22. Ignorance of the law does not afford any excuse for any act or omission which would otherwise constitute an offence, unless knowledge of the law by the offender is expressly declared to he an element of the offence.
25. A person who does or omits to do an act under an honest and reasonable, but mistaken, belief in the existence of any state of things is not criminally responsible for the act or omission to any greater extent than if the real state of things had been such as he believed to exist. "

I was educating an audience once on my fears for this and no one listened because I was not an authority in the field and lacked facts,am happy someone has.Yet we fail to realise this is a danger and worse still our medical system here is so low cancer is still to us like malaria is to the white man (not fully understood).
My basis for feeling this was wrong is based on the Japanese instance of smoked fish which increased the cancer rate such that that area has the highest rate but someone argued that smoked food is more healthy than the cooked yet they do not get the point "the wood and smoke".
I am also looking at the home warming system in most developed countries as a factor in the cancer rates from the fire system installed in houses but until that is also proven.

Politics / Re: I Am Not Happy That Buhari Mentioned Boko Haram In His Speech by here: 6:54am On May 30, 2015
OP it was really a blunder I thought as much but understand 98% of posters here are driven by emotions and not knowledge so this your post stand a chance of being ridiculed. All these years of our pain there is one thing I did appreciate about Nigeria press they have understood the terror group and did avoid giving them the publicity they desire hence not much pictures and ground reports, whether this is lack of reporters willing to volunteer is another theory but understand again Nigerians are sentimental and leaders dish what we want to continue to control us.Imagine if he had talked about his strategy without mentioning them but its same way they don't understand the implication of their careless statements like economy is broke,it has its implications but average Nigerian so desperate to be treated well love it and careless how it hurts them while these leaders I doubt if they ever allow professionals vet their speeches other than mere speech writers

Politics / The Real Northern Crises-place Of Black Magic by here: 8:18am On May 28, 2015
I am not writing to criticize the region but to draw our attention to real situation and ask for possible recommendation based on those with experience.
The nation has always existed in two directions by the way it is policed, northern/southern approach; while in the south policing is taken seriously and much intimidation based on the percieved violence and community instances of constantly denying their own when found wanting in societal values this is also as a result of eroded respect for tradition institutions. But can you blame the authorities when it is now seen that the highest bidder gets the kingship except in some areas where it is still reserved. This has led to when the Ogoni's decide to go communual and engage each other, the authorities have no problem invading and using maximum force and close communities will sanction it hoping their brothers are finished from the map maybe so they can takeover their land or deep rooted hatred no one can tell but its always the case. The charms of the Ogonis which is learnt to only be conquered by the use of hot water can therefore not hold once the authorities who are willing to sack the entire communities gets to you. Notice in this case it was discovered but no one can tell how; same thing is applicable in most regions in the south, whether its other communities that expose these no one can tell but the authorities find a way to bringing down even empires that ordinarily wouldnt be easy to, except for some regions of Edo state where it was said even the war didnt get to.

Back to the north, this way has shown the negligence in the approach used here. While the issue can be tied to the Penal code used here operationally a law enforcement agent cannot in most cases walk into a compoud and condult an arrest when in the south in some cases like around 2001-2002 a police officer could shot down a full grown man in broad day light only for the watchers who ran for their lives to sight him approach the corpse and remove the weapon from the body of this human, how he knew he was carrying a weapon no one could tell. In the north most of the high way robbers are never reported same thing as Benin Lagos route when over the years its been cases of robberies and nothing is done, the perculiar points are known and the armed agencies even have road blocks there but it is known that at a particular time interval the security forces will withdraw from the roads and all night drivers know, you must cross these points before 12 midnight, for some parts of the norths its the other way as its broad day light sometimes 4-6pm and drivers will tell you their exact escape route but nothing ever gets to be done. Back to my analysis if the north, this became clear when the hunters could face the Boko Haram and the military couldnot and infact in each encounter or patrol it has been the hunters who were at the front and even had cases of reports that the hunters rescued our guys who were ambushed. A retiring general said " I hope we can document some of the victories for lessons", it said alot as new cadets before they pass out must understand the different natural technologies that are perculiar to each region and how to stay alive. The security agencies must understand that it was not cawardice that 300 officers fully armed ran away from their post to another country and now we hear another 200 was dismissed. When you go to the front you understand sometime, aside the other forms of morals officers get, they also listen to the tales of those injured who are brought back and it sends panic. By this I am of the opinion that the foreign forces who ran away on thinking their information was leaked erred,80% of me says no one did. These guys combine their faith with other practices for protection and even intentions of opponents are revealed. I will give you an instance, in Abuja the security of most areas in satellite towns lie in hands of "Busu" boys, their barely carry anything but its also known that the secret is armed robbers or persons with negative intentions when they come see the area and compounds they secure as empty plots or filled with dirt and other things so they can never come in. When they stop working in that area give it one month, you will be robbed and police that is 10minutes away with all the gun shots and phone calls to the police station will not showup till 2hours after to arrest all boys in uncompleted buildings, go to Airport road,Karu, Kubwa and other areas and ask and infact someone was killed in Karu days back and cars snatched and Karu being locked no one would expect they escaped but they did and the police at the popular CBN junction always in their cars resting. When they say the girls are missing, I find it hard to believe any force would make any impact except detailed help from locals. I say this because no one has asked how was the event of 1980s that president-elect flew into North-east was solved, he knew who to speak to and get answers and for some reasons the north like the south is not disposed to opening up to strangers and we would expect this fate would be repeated and the region would be properly policed, except ofcourse its on purpose that the area is left as it is;imagine the rate of unreported killings in Katsina by brothers just in a fight, is it from the traditional pratice of weddings by the people where violence is used to decide who gets her and each male contestant will attack the other until his life is almost taken and the winner gets her, while hospitals battle to save the lives of the loses or that the rich ones now pay someone to undertake the contest? It could surprise you the girls we all pray for to be found might be right under our noses because it takes one to believe when you experience the effects of these traditional cultures. Go to Benue and ask how few men can sack a village or the towns in Kaduna and Plateau states. Another cases not noticed are the cases of cow thieves, it is said that when they strike they can steal more than 100 cows at ones, do you know the funny part? once they leave you cannot find them, where did they go no one can tell.

What do you think could be done? What culture do you know about in the country and how can it help the authorities overcome such in times of violence like these? Apologies for the long writeup and errors

Why compare the only 2 governors aside Duke who has given us hope in the last 16yrs.
I think this thread is in bad taste and does not encourage what each has done.I expected two threads, dedicated to each and stating what should have done and atleast let the incoming hear and understand and let states like Bayelsa,Rivers,Delta and Kaduna amongst others bow in shame.
Not fair, if you look closely you also discover none has achieved anything in employment generation,we are not saying government employ,we are saying open up the employment opportunities and consider it a critical sector and also health.

What is the essence of this thread? I expect live pictures too of Abia and Ebonyi not internet pics. Sorry about this but not happy you compare this two.Imagine if Nigeria were to have Fashola President and Akpabio vice, imagine how nice that would seem

Thank you my sister, we always shy away from the truth. I have firsthand experience. I would not allow my daughter to marry from another tribe, unless it is a last option. Marriage is not a bed of roses and the thorns are multiplied in an inter-tribal marriage.
Just reading I can feel whatever it is you went through. Do you think you can share atleast one incident and how it was overcomed, role of both partners and maybe someone here might learn, thats the purpose of this thread and to call on everyone to watchout for foreigners married into our homes to ensure they are fairly treated.
Webmasters / Job Bank For 36 States Of The Federation(contest) by here: 8:44am On May 18, 2015
Dear Moderator/Members I have an idea I think can help save alot and I need contribution and suggestions.

I like to start a contest for web designers for a purpose;I have realised that the employment market is not regulated and for some reasons the government seem to lack clue about where to start. But I believe for instance it we have a mandatory job site for each state and later on LGAs for every employer who wants to recruit for roles in each state must advertise on that site even if they also advertise on their career section but applicants only who submitted applications through these states operated sites can be employed. This why we can tell how many job openings are in each quarter, candidates can be sure atleast they do not have to pay money to apply for jobs and above all all companies must recruit atleast those who applied as regulatory agencies' laws will be adjusted with time when they see it works to ensure underhand dealings do not occur. Imagine if all positions offshore are advertised and an agency of government goes to check proceedure. This does not stop jobs allocated to host communities but they should atleast apply so these jobs are not sold as we hear. The essence of this is from here even host communities can borrow this idea and establish a portal for jobs in their communities.

This is as done on Canadian Jobbank www(dot)jobbank(dot)gc(dot)ca notice that this has not stopped careers(dot)hr(dot)gov(dot)nt(dot)ca which is for a territory.

What do you think and if you volunteer for this we will like to have you indicate interest.

There's no marriage without challenges. My mother reminded us while we were growing up never to marry outside our state and town. I used to tell her that the success and happiness of a marriage is not dependent on where an individual marries from but on God's favour. Those that married "within" are not better than those of us that married "outside". Speaking from experience, what will be will be. If a bad and wicked man marries from or outside his tribe, that has nothing to do with his nature of being wicked. May God give us good men and women that will produce happy homes irrespective of the tribe!
Imagine if your mother wasnt the peaceful type, imagine your mother inlaw was like your mother but violent about her wishes how do you hope to gain acceptance?
This wasnt to mean its wrong to marry outside, but a bid to find solutions. I have always suggested couples not to be located in each other's town at early stages of their marriage but that has been difficult considering not everyone has such mobility and maybe one is settled already there. What instance have you seen, what pressure did they face and how was it handled? Thats the essence of this thread

i think it depends on the individuals getting married & the kind of families they come from. i have friends that married from the other tribes & they couldn't be happier. i know people who married from their villages & the turbulence in their marriage can unseat the titanic.
True but due to absence of statistics this post was actually meant to ask for feedback on issues observed and suggested solutions. Was not meant to paint getting married to other tribes as evil.
Someone might startup a thread on same tribe, regional marriage thats ok but I feel there is much pressure associated with getting married to different tribes based on how much hate and feelings we observe.Permit me not to accuse any tribe by mentioning names but assume for instance a marriage between an easterner and westerner and the easterner is a girl and they are both based at his place and she doesnt have a child first 5years of marriage.Reverse this case and tell me the outcome if it lies just on both and suggest ways this can be handled and sanity maintained.
Years ago a movie came online and the prophet was taking advantage of her and the whole scene was recorded, anything could have driven her into such madness but thats one case.
I might be wrong but show me 5 widower you know who remarried but 1st wife was from another tribe, I can bet 3 remarried from their own tribe. Why is that, what changed?
What instance have you seen and how were the pressures of different culture, tradition and perception of your people handled, thats my question
Politics / Why Does The NNPC Not Import Petroleum Products? by here: 10:01am On May 15, 2015
This is never intended to put up a negative publicity but my personal sincere opiion after being on a line for fuel for hours.

I am not detailed in the oil and gas sector but I do know that we have a 60+%/30+% agreement with companies in the country whereby they drill and take 30+% and we 60+%; of these given to us about 10-15% is sent to local refineries when they operate optimally for local usage and above 50% solved at the international market through the crude oil sales partly located in the London office.

In March 1988, the NNPC was declared a commercial, integrated international oil company whose functions were to explore, develop, produce, process and market crude and refined petroleum, its by-products and derivatives at internationally-competitive prices in Nigeria and abroad(The Economist). Due to the fact that refineries cannot meet up local consumption we resulted to imports and this was supposed to be done by both the NNPC and marketers(for some reason the NNPC I doubt if they import because if they do, how come these constant pressure from marketers?).The only excuse we get is the NNPC does not have the capacity to import but I have the following questions:
a.When the drilling firms hand over our crude how do we store it,how come we have the capacity to store that and even manage office in London for sales and export but we do not have to import and store imported products and have to rely on private marketers and farm tanks?
b.There is the arm of NNPC that is in production and due to that they do not have the capacity to drill, they contracted Transocean and other companies to drill for them. How come these can be achieved and same cannot be done with simple importation.
c. The template of the PPRA has so much charges and tax, how come of these meant just for local consumption the government cannot waive such and receive these from marketers at the ports, what will this cost us?
d.They claim we do not have storage but they have not told us,the refinaries if operating at 100% can serve us locally and yes they are not working up to that for refining but there are pipes laid over the country and if these imported products are channed to these refinaries storage they can be pumped to stations for discharge. Are we also saying the pumping capacity of the refinaries are also down? How come some stations still load programmed vessels?
e.The marketers are given a license and only import from OPEC countries, how were they selected? How come some were in the news saying they have a template and means to import at cheaper rates but have not been replied? Does that means more marketers want access and are being denied?
f.The PPMC says they are the ones receiving the crude and transfer to refinaries and imported products, store at depots and distribute, how transparent are they and who checks them? Has it not gotten to management of these systems the much fraud and pressure in programing of vessels such that their are outlets that do not ever get allocation and products and even when they get allocation has to pay to recieve products and yet even those who cannot get were given licence to open filling stations?
g.Another matter for another day is why are there filling stations in residential areas, who will be held responsible for any incident in the future?
h.Why are the marketers who are Nigerians willing to subject us to this constant hardship and government willing to play along by always embarking on blame games?
i.Why will government agencies and institutions have reserved stations and dumps while Nigerias lineup all day at filling stations and some cannot even get to work as no vehicles in instances of scarcity.
j.Are we sure we are ready to make the NNPC independent as they are asking in the PIB because in all fairness these guys have not shown any capacity to self sustain. An agency where an average manager has approval limit of over 2M and can award over 20 contracts in a year and yet always not being able to meetup and we think we should allow them without a monitoring agency? Has someone asked why the approval which was raised to 5M limit was never approved implemented?

I apologize if I didnt say all I had in mind but I hope the incoming government can look at this necessary sector that affects every living Nigerian.
What you do think is the problem, guys?

How does this constant daily alarm by both sides help an average Nigerian on the street.
I had hoped to see the template to achieving some of all the promises and an assurance of what can be achieved but no,as always how Nigerians are treated.
I just wish Nigerians can understand elections are over now and begin to ask the right questions rather than sit all day online here attacking each other's geo-polical zone(which we didnt chose to be born in).
I wakeup each day since after the election hoping to see committees have been setup to review atleast one sector of the economy or even the outgoing publish stages of each sectors and projects that cannot be completed so the incoming can look at and assure Nigerians how soon we can have them but as always we are at their mercy. They decide when we get anything at their own time.
Dear God please touch the heart of our incoming to atleast treat us with such zeal as we saw in the campaigns

It actually points to few things like his dress sense(most who do are those who barely suitup to work but earn really nice) some these field workers who travel alot. Its very common in those remote small hotels finding men comeout to request things from reception with boxers and am like didnt they pack nice clothing for this man?
Get him nice house clothing and more than two and for yourself too and make him see you change into yours and he will follow.Dont nag hím into it.
Correction those men dont care if you can read their size because by nature looking at the fingers of the male and female can tell you his size or how deep she is(another class for another day), so do we niw have to hide our hands,no.
Pls I know I might be driving too far but watch that recentment so it doesn't grow.Little by little things addup and 10yrs some are tired.

I think I will be tendering my resignation letter by friday or monday.
I value my life and am too young for this controversy.
.
There are things you walk into it changes your life, you just did.
I would have said go beg for your career and assure him no comments and move on as its non of your business who is bad or not but here he threatened you and its not going to stop. You are very unlucky here as affairs are easy to be noticed and aside you someone else knows but kept cool only you walked in on them and I think you carry this holy self around and you cannot guarantee no one would leak it and its assumed you did and you are either dead or regret not having an evidence to see protection.

My suggestion:
1.Get a phone that can record and call the woman, just say you are sorry walking in on your boss (mention his name) and her and that you hope to respect her marriage but you are not sure someone else might and its assumed its you so she should advice you.
2.Go to your boss and repeat same but in this case appologize, save your exit even if you finally leave but leave with dignity.
3.with these two recordings, duplicate and save several places.
4.Go to the nearest police station and make an entry that you are sure your boss intends to harm you for what you saw him do and demand you are not reporting for an arrest just to notify them, ensure entry is made and avoid mentioning your office address but state his names and those of the woman, police will make an entry and you walk away;also state the evidence you have and text.
5.Get a lawyer, find a good firm and ask them to petition the Commissioner of police and IGP and if you can find a paper to send in your story
6.Approach your supervisor and tell him show him the evidence you have but request he should honor you sacrificing your life for him by keeping a sealed lips, see things for himself and reclaim his wife or take any action he deems fit but please should let you not be reason or part of his actions
7.You need to act fast before the tide turns to you and you are setup and chased out of that office.
Resigning alone wouldnt save you
Wish you goodluck

If you have not collected your PVC and have been to your collection centre and have not been able to still collect, please do the following and lets hope someone would come here and read and address the problem; this is because the blame has always been on voters not going to collect them.

1.Give your ward/unit name and location
2.PVC number(not all numbers incase that's risky)
3.Reason why you have not been issued.

Mods please you can edit my post if you really understand my intentions.

If for instance you were told your PVC is not there, please tell us your location and a few info to verify and lets get to know what's happening on ground.

Hope this helps

It is wrong to ;
1.Always dig up a negative picture of another tribe when trying to prove a point. I think it makes one show how low he is,imagine such person in position of leadership.
2. This post didnt try to tell us the medical history of Jaja, same way everyone always made joke with Zimbabwe President but we all know he has a condition and no fault of his.
3.assume the wrong ones have always been in positions,no dear not Jaja, did you know he resigned once? Did you know he received our instrument of independence and for his uprightness resigning when military struck few hours, the coupists protected him refering to him as honest?
My point is you should have used someone low,not Jaja, a man who left his practice abroad to come negotiate our freedom,a man who helped save Mandela.Do not know what your reasons are but I think its unfair

That stage in a country where lawyers are so clueless all they ptefer is write a letter to the IGP because either they dont know what to do to get justice for their clients or too lazy to face law enforcement agencies head on is sad.

Worse is that stage where in a country, with over 30 persons watching a police officer with less than 5 ammunition will arrest a non violent person, restrain him/her and begin to beat living light out of him/her and people will watch, not even anyone make an attempt to privately record it even if they cannot do anything. I have only seen an army officer interven at Apo once when at that Shoprite junction police officers after arresting and cuffing him where beating and hitting his head, trust me was a slap from the army guy to one of the officers stopped the madness.

Dont help anyone you see and send these bad officers away, someday it might be you he will find irritating and many will read your story.

Certain states you just look at and you shake your head, not because the leaders are mean but the people I don't have the words to describe them.

How is he bad when the people elected him for 8 years and he is also going to represent them.Lets assume he bought delegates how about the general elections? Why for once cant the people vote like Osun and Ekiti and say this is who we want. To show you how low the people are the Gov,wife and Son were even contesting but then again who else is there and what does the opponent have to offer

I was at Aba,men! How did you guys survive. Its a miracle living with such dirt.

Stop asking God to punish anyone when you fail to do your part,it only makes you more miserable.

I feel for them but then again they brought it upon themselves and I can only wish them all the best.

The people of Abia, ruined Abia and will continue till they change and use their cards. What is really wrong with them? Imagine a state in that region the governor calling the state's money his money.

People deserve who they get, keep taking 500 Naira and voting for them and expect divine help

To be frank with u, I have so much to tell u that I simply don't know how to start. Unfortunately I need to move now however here is my verdict.
1) No one claims that Amaechi himself is a saint. On some issues I do not support him. Example was the rivers money for rivers people policy Crap that backfired. He was smart enough to quickly back pedalon that bullshit.
2) love him or hate him, Amaechi remains the best governor rivers have ever had in recent times based on achievement on ground.
3) does this mean he couldn't have done better despite dwindling income, distractions and detractors? Of cos he could have done better.
4) if am to choose between Amaechi's wisdom for Dakuku or shepopotamus wisdom for wike, this is no brainer, Dakuku gets it.
5) u talked about Amaechi's performance during first tenure, one of the core brains behind it was Dakuku as Commissioner for works.
6) if I don't want Dakuku, them am stuck with tout Wike.
A known failure as lg chairman of one of the richest lg in Nigeria.
A known failure as minister of education. What he couldn't acheive for months, a new minister did acheive in less than 24hrs.
A billionaire who have no life or major source of income after politics.
This is no brainer, the Apc option is a better alternative if we are not to even consider ethnicity. [/b]
If you look closely,I didnt say I prefer one to the other.
I didnt also bring the Ethni card, but if your reason for refusing Wike is because is Wike then there is a problem with your judgement(Not rude). Because aside that they fell out, what changed?
They said Wike took money and didnt do a project,I asked how come EFCC was never notified but he was nominated for minister.
We deserve better and if Fashola can come I will vote for him than Peterside or Wike.
But really cab you answer me,what is Dakuku's masterplan, what guarantee is he giving us like if he doesnt achieve 35% in 2yrs he will resign, can he do that? I didnt even ask for 60%.
How is Dakuku different from Wike?
At Wike's screening,Wike said I raised that igr of the LGA that Abe here said if every chairman can be like Wike everyone would be happy(something close),do you know clearance required affirmation of the nominees state senators, did Abe and other ever tell the Senate this man has a questionable character, can we take it Senator Abe and others decieved the Senate?
What has Amaechi done the last 6yrs how is it different from Katsina?

Toktee:
say the truth and shame the devil,no governor can survive what Ameachi went thru in the hands of pdp in the state and national level and survived, gej and the wife fighting him while obua, bipi, wiki etc on the other hand, yet he transformed educational system in the state, bring back peace to the state, what else do you want?
As obj frustrated Tinubu of lagos state, that is exactly what Ameachi is going thru, yet transformation continues.
Try to understand me,I am no fan of pdp either though who I vote is my choice but how can you compare Obj/Tinubu and his case.Lag had their funds held,Rivers had their money with igr to them, aside instances where fg refused to countersign any foreign funding like the water project for God knows why we are the Treasure Base,we dont deserve this. You always cite corruption at FG,how about Rivers and the lgas.I cited the furniture case, deny it didnt happen.
Pls dnt debate with me on Education reforms,I can seat him down and tell him how he scored less than 25.I Really wish he had more focus, what stopped the greater ph,why is their so much traffic and dirt,we have companies running in the states who can absorb our graduates, check Akwa Ibom list whenever Mobil recruits.Even galley hands at Kitchens abroad oil sites earn well instead our oil companies are taking graduates as roustabouts.
Imagine the energy with which he fights FG,if he dedicated it to work for Rivers people.
Cross River also lost oil wells to Akwa Ibom, the governor didnt raise hell's gate.
How did the issue start, what was the government's plan for relocation or compensation on water front demolition.Even in Abuja indegiens were compensated who didnt have anyone, how could he not consult properly and reassure the people.I guess thats why some villages have no drinking water for water pollution and we have commisioners for environment.
I give it to him for what he did with militancy, wish he dedicated that energy to other areas,do you know if not for not not to accuse him wrongly one would say he did that to enable him use the security vote like its happening up north where they tell you the state is helping the military buying them vehicles
We deserve better dear.

I like this man for something, he learnt alot.
While I detest some of his hidden intentions I see him always trying to be the one to tell the story and before you know it generations will believe him and what you and I knew wouldnt matter.
A long time ago wise men learnt to put their experiences to paper,it doesnt have to be the truth but generations to come will seek for what to believe and maybe theirs will be the only version told which might seem reasonable.
Dont judge dear even in a war two commanders never have same experience but what beats me is why no black man ever wants to write about it

For weeks, Wike was busy going around soliciting for delegates vote. I followed his activities and not once did he highlight his Blueprint on how he intends governing Rivers.
What the fool kept saying throughout was..... Amaechi insulted Jonathan, amaechi insulted shepopotamus, Jonathan is our man, Jonathan is our son......etc
What does all these rants got to do with how he intends governing the state.
Wike is clueless. He has no vision. Very empty and no clear cut on how to govern the state.
A man that believes sacking Nigerian lecturers as solution to end strike will be a big calamity if such is allowed inside the brick house.
I really wish we are in that stage where we look at each candidate/party and see their opnion about certain things like infrastructure, education,Healthcare, social services etc but you can bear with me that the APC has none.I just left Rivers and dear we dont deserve this. Yes the present man did little barely 1st tenure but men its Rivers State, the Treasure Base we are not Imo or Nasarawa.
My point if it will take pdp to unseat this group and they can show us what they can offer in any lgas they win so be it.Do you know after 2011 election under this administration each LGA chairman changed furniture with over 80Million each? and not even the govenor said anything.Do you know they awarded most contracts to the LGA chairmen and party faithfuls who did terrible jobs that some lgas have no roads like Oyigbo where the only road is the one done by Shell, try going to the airport evening through Igwurita and if you face the traffic divert to your right to beat that traffic, the indegiens say after elections Amaechi abandoned them but if you ask again,a son was awarded the contract which didnt last 1yr.
I feel funny when people feel they can predict Rivers election, that morning will tell(for those who understand you know what I mean).
People dnt understand the difference between Lagos APC and Rivers APC,while the Lag guys have their plans for Lag,what can we say is the plan for APC handlers in Rivers for Rivers not like I buy into pdp but trust me if we had this kind of contest each time Rivers would have been better of as no lord would sit over us for 8yrs and still want to decide who succeeds him when looking at his tenure you will weep

what about Classics?? I think U.I is the only school that offers it. Late Bola Ige studied it before going abroad to study law. Funny enough my dad wanted me to study it first and then study law as a second degree. But my mum would have none of it. (thanks mum).
By the way, music is not a funny course at all!!!
In some places Law is a second level of studies, you need to have had minimum 2 years of post secondary and pass LSAT or LNAT to show you can present a logical arguement(1 part of the exams though). Maybe he saw prospect in that. I can understand you never had chanced of being enlightend on the course like most persons but people even gain admission and finish the course only to discover they did the wrong course, thats why we say 1st degree is nothing, doesnt make you a specialist. Some know what they want and others have to pass through and figure out for themselves, neither is wrong
Education / Re: Funny Courses Offered By Nigerian Universities by here: 9:19am On Nov 01, 2014
They are not funny but very useful courses entailing some level of specialization. Most times its driven as a result of some of the requirements done abroad to certify certain individuals to work in their fields.Notice in places like Lagos, Abuja and PH where certain schools are collecting higher fees is as a result of having individuals with higher specialty in these areas unlike in general schools where children are bullied to learn
EARLY CHILDHOOD
Very useful as it prepares teachers to teach specific ages 3-5 some call it early years. Notice in real instance children are now driven to make children read at 6 instead of Nigerian case that is lazy and wants children to read at 9. This is like Cert III done in Australia which is a 6 months training

PRIMARY EDUCATION
This is for teachers taking 4- 11 years.

DRAMA
Let me quote diferencebetween dot com for difference between drama and theatre
Drama

Drama is a word that comes from Greek Dran, which means to do or perform. It literally means action. Drama has many forms and must be construed as a generic term taking on many forms, one of which is theater. The act or process of performing a play in front of an audience is dramatization. Drama can be an episode of life, such as 9/11, a section in a DVD library or a library of plays, or it can be a fiction full of emotions and conflicts.

Theater

Theater is the personification of a drama on stage. It requires space, individuals who play characters, and people who see the act (audience). Theater is a collective effort of many people, dramatist or a playwright, a director, actors, and technicians to make audience believe that whatever is happening on stage is real. Theater is a very important performing art, and with passage of time, it has taken many new forms such as television soap operas and even movies, where there are rehearsals and takes whereas, in the theater, there is no such facility for the performers.

I believe there is a difference in their curriculum and most people will never understand till you undertake both, that doesnt mean there might not be same courses undertaken

FISHERY.
Agro studies have developed into branches like engineering and others and no one can disqualify any our researches can prove is worth our time

ADULT EDUCATION
This is not only in Nigeria, most schools abroad who take it either makes you take a major thereby making you a specialist in that field for persons above primary(11yrs) and also most graduates of this also tend to dive into education management

HISTORY AND INTERNATIONAL STUDIES EDU.
When the crises of South Africa was on, ANC supporters who went to Europe to study some majored in African Studies, can you explain to me why such course existed in Europe and had students? Until I see the graduates of these courses has no jobs then I can tell. But do you know some courses offered by UN to Asian guys are related to these and you find them in field offices all over the world

I understand most Nigerians who gain admission get to school because they were asked to or feel is what society wants and its been difficult getting people to understand studies help shape your skills and somehow you need to have a major and not just be a graduate
