@bro superior1, thanks for d words of exhortation. To every man/woman of God, sometimes d man(flesh) may sometimes want to show its ugly head so dats y we all should live by the scriptures.
@all, do you know dat every jot and tittle in d word of God was inspired by God? (expecially d original text dat was later interpreted to other languages).2 weeks ago i came across some videos by late Grant jeffrey talking about "The signature of God"
1. Science can give fancy names to so many things.. But the truth is that there is a demon that causes that to happen.

This demon sometimes may press down a person or sit on the person.. It chokes the spirit of a person which makes a person unable to move but he/she is aware of the physical environment at that particular time.. The person even loses his/her voice..

It's a spiritual thing. Not physical. It's a demonic manipulation on the soul of a person.


The way to break free from this demon is simple. You simply need to have a strong desire to break free. You have to use force. Relax a little, then push your body forward with force and you'll be free.

Also, you can plead the blood of Jesus and command yourself to be free.


Remember, demons feed off on your fears.. Meaning, the more you are afraid, the greater strength they have over you.. So in this case do not panic at all.. Or else it will be difficult to break free from this so called 'sleep paralysis'.

Hello people of God. I have bn having some strange n embarrassing experiences for some period of time. I discovered that when asleep, something like a being would come heavily on me and before new it, I would be struggling helplessly to get out of this mess. To even shout or lift a finger becomes difficult. This could linger on for 2 minutes or thereabouts and after I manage 2 get myself out, I would have released in my boxer though this happen occasionally. At times, it start as a dream n then before I new it, d struggling begins. it even happens at d middle of fasting n prayerand all attempt 2 get out of this mess has nt really helped. Any helpful advise please?

according to the spiritual law of polarity a thing can not exist except in direct relationship to its opposite in the lower worlds. meaning a mountain can not exist if there is no valley and darkness can not exist if there is no light.

extrapolating this to the discussion at hand it goes to say that a problem can not exist without a solution. and the funny thing that people do not know is that for most problems the solution is never far away or inaccessible and is always so close as to be ignored .

another way of solving a problem is to raise your spiritual vibration above the area where the problem exist then will you be able to see it more clearly and also see the solution that always lies close to it.

no problem greater than man is ever given to him and finally every problem given to man is to help him to expand his coonsciousness and bring him closer to God.

You know the accustomed habit of waking up as early as 5am, bath and be on the way to work before 6:30.
Sometimes, you stop the ringing alarm and enjoy 20 more minutes of sleep only to open your eyes and see 7:30am on your clock (you would be shocked ofcourse)
So I happened to be opportuned to close by 3PM in the afternoon today, got home to my new found hours of freedom to sleep and sleep and sleep. I went straight to sleep, switched off my phones.
I just woke up an hour ago, without a second thought I knew I was sooo late for work that I overslept.
I dove into the bathroom, washed up, dressed up and still scared of looking at the time, picked my handbag and left the house.
Getting outside, everywhere was wtill dark and I thanked my stars, went to the junction to board a bus but noticed two things;
1: shops are open by that early??
2; too many people are outside for an early morning plus everywhere was too noisy and a heavy traffic. I became confused and that was when I decided to check the time for the first time.
My brothers and sisters, the time was 8:27PM still on today 24th Jan. Ok oo. I am back inside the house but sleep no gree me again. I guess I am not the only victim here.
