Nationalize MTN etc ? So they become like Nitel,NNPC etc? We will lose the billions they pay in taxes, unemployment will increase and we will send a signal to the whole world that Nigeria is not a safe place to invest.
The Nigerian government should insist on compensation for her citizens and forget any thought of nationalization.

Politics › Re: Solar Power Plant In BUK Inaugurated (Photos) by higgs: 5:49pm On Sep 03, 2019
Wind mills are not reliable because wind power varies according to atmospheric conditions. With solar panels, You get more reliable output especially with our tropical climate.
Simplyleo:
Now this is massive.

But I don't know why I'm always of the opinion that the use of solar panels for electricity is the most expensive renewable energy generation.

Apart from the cost of the solar panels and its accessories, which is much on the high side as compared to the output power, just look at the area it occupies? Forget all the ish that it won't be fueled bla bla bla, those panels are not rugged.

To me, wind mill is the cheapest renewable energy source. My opinion though.

Foreign Affairs › Re: "South Africa Is For All"—Julius Malema Condemns Xenophobic Attacks On Nigerians by higgs: 7:17am On Sep 03, 2019
Those telling Nigerians to leave South Africa,my question is,should MTN,Shoprite etc also leave Nigeria?
Because You can't stop people from legitimately earning a living in your country while your own companies are earning billions of USD from other countries. If there are Nigerians there who are criminals, the SA police should handle it.
Politics › Re: We Are Endangered In Benue – Igbo Residents Cry Out by higgs: 9:41pm On Sep 02, 2019
The sad thing about Nigeria is that tribalism has turned us into animals that don't value human life.If an Hausa man is being killed, non Hausa's don't care,if an Igbo man is the victim, non Igbo's don't care etc.
I am fully pro Nigeria but I am beginning to have second thoughts.

You are of very low intelligence. I guess most of your family members are thieves, that's why You think we are all thieves.
franchasng:
This is the reality in Nigeria.

All Nigerians working in top multinationals companies in Nigeria are stealing millions from the companies they are working with.

Especially the account departments, procurement departments, purchasing departments, and logistics departments.

Nigerians are so wicked.

This is why many companies shutdown in Nigeria.

They steal from the companies they are working with to live stupid exorbitant lifestyles.

You will see an ordinary company manager or bank manager or supervisor keeping 20 concubines he is training in school, some going on foreign vacation all paid by him, some build houses and buy cars for uncountable women they are sleeping with, how are all these moneys coming about, from their salary and allowanceshuh Is the company their company for them to afford such luxury lifestyleshuh

From President to Senators to Governors to Ministers to Permanent Secretaries to Directors of Ministries to LGA Chairmen to company MDs to Managers to supervisors to drivers to cleaners are all stealing!

All of you working for various companies reading this you know what I am saying, you know how you guys are stealing the organizations u are working for.

Majority or Nigerian Bankers are all thieves, all of them! They connive with fraudsters, they steal from banks, they do shady deals, they cut corners, they steal money belonging to dead people! Majority of Nigerian bankers in positions of authority or have power to approve certain banking activities and operations are criminals, all of them!!!

The only companies surviving in Nigeria are those into oil and gas exploration and FMCGs that are making huge profits to offset the massive stealings by their staffs, if not most or all of them would have shutdown!

Nigerians need total change, all Nigerians are now agents of corruption waiting for opportunity to steal and call it hustling, some call it window, fools!! angry

Make me President and I will jail almost all Nigerians that have occupied any major post.

Criminals!!

Even my upcoming company I laboured to build to the small level it is now, my stupid employees are stealing from me.

I will soon go India go bring juju for una, wicked Nigerians!!

Evil has found a lasting home in Nigeria angry angry

Some FIRS offices e.g Awka are asking newly registered companies to pay 250K for tax clearance. Excessive taxation can actually slow down the economy and ultimately lead to low tax revenues.A more reasonable approach is to tax moderately but ensure that more people/companies pay taxes.

[ATM is a 24 hours self service. As a customer,if You don't know how to use the machine, You can ask the bank staff or security for assistance.quote author=landforeast post=81323141]Some of this security attached to the banks don't know their job. It isbtheit job to offer that help not a customer. Be once you a not among people that will give them money they will throw their face to the good wall. Lol... Have you heard of hydrogen splitting in nuclear physics... Does a nuclear power plant need a boiler to generate steam to turn turbines...
The fission of hydrogen using simple distillation chamber that can fit into that small cylinder can generate up-to 10,000kwh of electricity if done efficiently...
Just ask questions for better clarification. Science is not competition, buy collaboration...[/quote]

Politics › Re: 5T Naira Debt: Buhari Approves Law Empowering AMCON To Access Debtors’ Account by higgs: 5:23pm On Aug 08, 2019
There are cases where the courts can legally remove the veil of incorporation in order to expose and punish individual offenders. In the end,the courts may judge each case on its own merit.
FarahAideed:
So what's the essence of incorporation? I know people with low IQ will applaud this but this is very wrong ..There is a reason why companies are Incorporated and once Incorporated every company becomes a distinct individual before the law and assumes the identity of an entity. AMCON has no right to go after personal accounts of promoters of a company but can buy over debt and takeover the equity and assets of a company whose debt it has bought over .. For those asking is that how people will run away with bank loans please see answer to that below :

Ans: Its the onus of the bank to perform quality due diligence and risk assessment before going into a creditor debtor relationship with any Incorporated entity .
