Breaking News on Skysports says Arshavin has gotten on that Plane (or is it Jet) heading to London.
So hopefully, Arsh could be a gunner by end of day Tomorrow.

21.57 Zenit St Petersburg claim they have agreed a fee with Arsenal for Andrei Arshavin. However, the Russian club say the Gunners are struggling to settle personal terms with the playmaker.
