It is so unfortunate that the brightest of in the SE is about to go down due to his foolish hope of winning the APC's Presidential ticket. Who dash monkey banana? grin

No doubt, I love this guy for is various laudable achievements in Ebonyi State, he could have chosen to be an Ikpeazu. But APC will never give its ticket to anyone who hasn't paid his dues in the party. He needs to curse whoever promised him he could stroll into APC and win the ticket. grin

That aside, Igbos still won't vote him even if he gets the ticket, they would rather vote another Fulani man in PDP.

So I am so sorry that such a fine public servant is about to be ousted. I am sure well meaning Ebonyi people will miss him. But I really do hope he survives. Wish I have him as my State governor, unlike that Dapo Abiodun. grin

I still think arsenal wud pip man u to 4th spot.let's say they drop points to liver pool n Chelsea but I see them beating spurs giving them 5point lead over united.let's say Arsenal looses to united; they wud still ve 2point cushion.United wud always drop point against shitty teams n they wud still face Liverpool, Chelsea.Mind u arsenal ve enof time to prepare for games because they are not playing in Europe.Arsenal all d way.from a Chelsea fan
I know this love from a Chelsea fan isn't straight from the heart...but we will take it grin grin

And yes on paper, it ought and should prolly go this way, but there are so many variables that affect these things...Arsenal has everything in its favour, I hope they don't screw it up....fingers crossed sha

Away to Tottenham and West Ham...though winnable, but those matches won't come easy at all. Coupled with some tricky matches...away to Newcastle and Aston Villa. Crunch games! grin

It is shocking that Arsenal is yet to concede directly from a corner kick this season. Amazing!!! grin

Although I am delighted that we are leading other contenders for the 4th place with a point and 3 games in hand, but still, I am not carried away yet, considering the fact that we are still going to face all those teams. We can only pray for a fit team and good luck to get over the finish line unscathed. The good thing is thayt Arsenal has its fate in its hands.

I tire o...had Leno known, he would have forced a move away too. Because Ram was bought as a back up

You’re right grin this Ramsdale guy na beast.
But the Martinez move prompted Arsenal to get Ramsdale. Remember?
True...but then, it was always going to be either Martinez or Leno...had Martinez stayed, he would have stayed as our number 1, so I doubt Leno would have have waited around to play 2nd fiddle to Martinez. I am sure he stayed because he felt there was no chance in hell that Ramsdale would bench him.

Honestly, that guy need improvement.
Ever since Ramsdale came and compete with him for first choice, I realized that guy was only fumbling cause he didn’t see any competition and moreover, Arsenal made a Mistake of selling Martinez ahead of this guy..
Martinez’s dat helped us win the FA and Community shield...Arsenal dey Bleep up sometimes undecided
Martinez would prolly be crying to be sold by now if we had retained him...he's no match for this crazy Ram grin

ArewaNorth:
Though I may not like Malami but did u ever have a better AGF than Malami?
I don't know ur age and ur knowledge of the past administrations but ur criticism to most PMB officials is likely to be personal because most of them have done far better than their predecessors.
We had the worst justice dispensation system and gang raping of judiciary under PDP particularly OBJ where Ministers, opposition party members, politicians were assassinated for simple raisons. We had the same set of people who allowed President to remove Govenernors illegally without following any legal process, we witnessed the removal of about 3 Senate Presidents and 3 Speakers under just one tenure, we witnessed the invasion of NASS in uncountable numbers, we saw dirty things that I don't know what u would say if it were now and at that time people were afraid to utter a word.
Malami might have refused to advised PMB on that matter because he wanted the law to favour him but it is clear that he technically used a legal backing to have asked for the amendment of the section not ignorantly or by violating any law.
I wonder how someone will hate a person who is oblivion to your existence!
I don't care about any political party, or their pasts and presents....all I care about is a better Nigeria. Go through my comments, I don't mince words when the APC led govt does good, or outscores the PDP in terms of infrastructure. But never will you see me applaud mediocrity.

I don't care who your pay master is, and I care less if Malami knows me or not, but that won't stop me from saying the truth. He had an ulterior motive and obviously misfired, case closed. Malami has made so many suspicious moves, and has displayed some legal ignorance through some his pronouncements and actions since he was appointed, so don't try to paint in good light. After all, he didn't do I willingly, deafening public outcry pushed him.

Other than infrastructural development, the stop to frequent artificial fuel scarcity during festive periods, stop to political assassinations (which of course is being replaced by unprecedented death of the masses)...I haven't seen any other sector this govt is worthy of praise...and I have said it times without number, PDP is never an option.

We can do better than what we have now, and much better than what we had in the past

You have said it all.

PDP took advantage by quickly asking the National Assembly from tempering with it.

Is base on that most of the lawmakers do not even want to go back to the issue.

I don't think the clause will be remove and I agree with them.

The days of using Federal Might and State Might by Ministers and Commissioners has been put to an end.
Apt. Hopefully it stays so. It will even makes more sense if the 3 month resignation is a thing ...then so many people would have been disqualified already

Lol. They saw it and they agreed that the President should sign the electoral act with a proviso that he would send an amendment. The President only signed it reluctantly after so much pressure from various powerful quarters but with an assurance from Lawan that they will amend as requested, they didn’t know that the NASS members were laying an ambush.

That law will never be amended under this current government.
Senators finally have a win over both their State Gov and the Presidency, provided Ghana Must Go doesn't change hands to give it another go.

It was detected, but it couldn't be rejected so as not to cause wahala.
Well, maybe they thought since they have puppets at the hems at the National Assembly, it will be easy to amend it at will.
Politics › Re: Electoral Bill: Malami, Amaechi Barred From APC Primaries by humberjade: 9:22am On Mar 10, 2022
By now, people should know how incompetent Malami is...it is his job to vet these things and advice the President accordingly. But he is too shallow to detect a crucial part of the bill that would eventually come bsck to bite him in the butt. Quota System failure cheesy

It must be a president that reads the books in his office. Unlike the ones that have books as decoration.

Liberia is a not even anywhere close to Nigeria in terms natural and human resources yet we have a crumbling economy, increasing crime rate, high cost of governance, inflation amongst many other problems. Bros, make we change topic abeg.
Look around you brother, which black country is doing okay. Our problem as a race is multifaceted....I have tried to research why black countries aren't making head way, but find it difficult to find a cogent reason. South Africa that is kinda trying, does so thanks to the solid foundation laid by the whites.

Buhari is there today because of youths like you and I, and despite what we are going through now, some youth, for their selfish reasons are trying to sell a Tinubu, although a decent proven public administrator, who is corrupt and have health issues...and another corrupt old man who have no single notable achievement as a public administrator, Atiku. If we are to investigate now, you are prolly rooting for Atiku. grin

Not just the youth, even the elderly will queue to collect rice and a stipend to vote another useless man. I always believe most Nigerians have not suffered enough, once they done, they will stop recycling spent politicians, stop alternating between APC and PDP...parties where corrupt people stroll in and out.

And to be candid, if not because I have a family I love so much back in Nigeria, I for no return there again until there is a glimpse of hope.

That's to tell you he reads them very often and not all those too much organized individuals. He's my kind of person, I only arrange when my shelf don too bad
Well, that can be an excuse...but not cogent enough...does it mean he reads only the book on the top...so whenever he wants to read a book, he draws all the books to the floor, pick his favourite and pours the books back there?

A shelf is there for a reason, to protect books from getting destroyed and allows for easy access to books of interest at a particular time.
