He should keep his tip...what happens on the field of play today determines who nicks it. History and pre match favourite doesn't win this kinda match...tactics, hard work, patience, and luck wins this kinda match....so whoever wants it most and shows it on the field will carry the day. I pray it's Nigeria, any tourney without Nigeria makes it boring for me to watch, even if na first round or second we comot, make dem still hoist our flag abeg. Good luck SE! We are solidly behind you from this side ![]() |
How it is suppose to be...not some failure of a President and Governors who took forever to appointment their aides and still ended up appointing sets of disastrous failures |
2braithe:Most are prolly based abroad with different time zones and work schedules |
Yeah...2014 in Jourhanesburg CBD...MTN Taxi Rank to be precise...Broad daylight...was with a friend...we were accosted by two rough looking guys with weapons...we beckoned at a soldier who was passing by, he studied the situation for a second and walked away...I accessed the situation, told my friend in Yoruba that we needed to run...I ran as my legs could carry me without looking back...my friend was unfortunately robbed of every valuable thing he had on him. |

This one too will soon be sacked...Governors hate who questions or challenges their authority or ideas ![]() |
Perfectbeing:If the new estimate (4m Euro) of the 125km rail project (new and renovation) in Germany cost 2.4trillion naira...while the renovation of a 200km rail project in Nigeria cost 80billion naira. So tell me what your point is exactly. Yeah, you know what, that's exactly what I am gonna do; "forget it"...I have no time to be pressuring my brain to know what someone who is 1,900 miles away from me is thinking. Ciao |
Happy girls, may you all go places...was impressed with the highlights of their matches I watched. Can't wait to watch them play in Costa Rica |
Perfectbeing:780 billion Naira...so what's your point? |
When other countries were busy building infrastructure at very decent costs, Nigerian leaders were snoozing and stealing themselves blind. Now, we are paying through our nose to have these things in this age and times when other big nations have moved to better things. Better late than never though, I pray whoever (APC or PDP) takes over from Buhari continues from where his administration stops. If anything, kudos to this govt for prioritising infrastructural development; the only sector I give them a pass mark. Bogus or no bogus, they are getting it done, unlike those who do groundbreaking, release money for and end up doing nothing. Between I am not saying some persons will be not go home loaded, but these things are now hyper-expensive. It took long enough for us to start investing in it with all seriousness. Example in Germany Hamburg/Bremen-Hannover new line (in planning stage, 98 km of new construction plus 27 km of upgraded line, two tracks, on pretty level ground, max. speed partly 300 km/h, partly 160 km/h): old estimate 1.3 billion €/a newer third-party estimate 4 billion € = about 10 million to 32 million € (depending on which estimate you pick) per km of (two track) line length. |

olu77:To some extent you say? Well maybe you are right, yes, we might not experience a direct hit. But the ripple effects are better imagined. Economies of the world are intertwined, and as evident with the skyrocketing cost of all sort of products as a result of the ongoing war in Ukraine, imagine the impact of a full blown war in Europe. And considering we have in quantum clueless leaders, and countries that relies majorly on imports, it is going to be catastrophic. And remember, despite being an oil producing country, we still import virtually all the refined petroleum products we consume are imported. International waters on whose corridor these goods gets to Africa will be shut against cargoes, because war ships and submarines will take it over. Cost of things triples, no monies to pay salaries as African govts won't be able to make money, the people will start protesting, the military will take over the streets, and all hell will break loose. I can keep going on and on. |
Kayrubu:I know he can't win a nuclear war against NATO, but what happens to the human race afterwards? Polluted waters and land...have you watched the documentary on the Hiroshima and Nagasaki atomic bombs. No one wants to practically find what the effects would be. Any itchy fingers pulls the trigger firstly, MAD (mutually assured destruction) is guaranteed. |
When you push a snake to a dead end, it turns back and faces you...I pray this man doesn't get frustrated to the extent of triggering his nuclear arsenal. olu77:I know he can't win a nuclear war against NATO, but what happens to the human race afterwards? Polluted waters and land...have you watched the documentary on the Hiroshima and Nagasaki atomic bombs. No one wants to practically find the capability of either side's arsenal or the potential aftereffects of a nuclear war. Everyone needs to stay level headed. Carrot and & stick should go a long in resolving this issue. Any itchy finger pulls the trigger first, MAD (mutually assured destruction) is guaranteed! |
If dem cut the supply of Gas to this country now, dem go dey cry upandan. Well, they can do small sakara since we are in spring already. But still, it will be a huge blow to them should Russia cut the supply. |
Please speak louder for the promoters of war in Europe to hear oh...Nigeria go too hear am if this issue lingers for long, and even worse if war breaks out in Europe. Some African countries might survive, but countries like Nigeria that imports virtually everything and anything you can think off...it is better imagined |
Smart move...but the yam pepper scatter scatter that would play out after the convention will be very large. Buhari's nonchalant attitude and poor leadership for the APC is what is causing this confusion and disorganisation in the party. But who cares, anything to rule out both thieving ancestors (Atiku and Tinubu) is good enough for me. I don't want either of them running on APC or PDP platforms, let them join other parties to waste their stolen funds. |
iCauseTrouble:Go and read his exploit as the coach of Fortuna Sittard...but the reason he said he was sacked is the main reason why he might never get a top job again. He's even too temperamental to coach any team, but he's a decent coach |
abobote:IMO, the guy lacks the political clout and financial muscle to contest and win...the election will by won and lost before 4pm on the election day. |
Joker ![]() |
Even without interacting with him, his face alone looks scary...even with the tie, I will feel jumpy seeing him behind me in a quiet park
|
As far as they use the loans for laudable projects anf have workable means to pay back...I only pity states without commercial deposit of mineral resources, miserable IGR and yet borrowing anyhow...their future generations will either pray for or curse them... ![]() Every State on earth is in debt |
Auba's departure from Arsenal is the best thing that could happen to both parties... He's happy where he is...hitting it back to back...and Arsenal is doing great too...I am sure if he had stayed behind, he prolly will still be struggling in North London, and by extension, Arsenal too Happy for him Most players who leave Arsenal grudgingly end up lighting up wherever they go |
MonkeyMods:But Ganduje is Tinubu's no 1 supporter in the North...if that was the case, no close ally of Tinubu would have been allowed to come close to holding a key position for that convention. |
Who will grant this educated slowpoke audience...only if they have nothing meaningful to do with their time. ![]() |
legallyminded:5-2 on aggregate ![]() At least 3 goals diff sha ![]() |
legallyminded:Well, that's another way of looking at it sha...Unlike Juve, Villarreal losing scandalously to Bayern won't make news. Wisdom will not kee you ![]() |
What does it profit a certain Villarreal to beat Juventus just to face Bayern in the next round...oma shey o! ![]() |
cardoctor:Yeah, if she wants to sound like an ancient or biblical scholar ![]() |

One mumu said "she should have sounded more polished by using words like LovePeddler or prostitute instead of ashewo" ![]() Jokes apart, that was an all time low from Mrs Obiano, an outgoing First Lady of a State...what happened to leaving on a high. She just had to ruin the occasion. Pathetic!!! Look beneath the fame, wealth and position of some of these people and you see their ghetto being shining as bright as the sun. She just had to choose that time to embarrass herself and her husband in the full glare of maybe 25 million or more viewers. Come collect a brain reseting and head gear untying slap join. Choi!!! ![]() |
