I don't know about other countries but in Germany, girls will usually smile at you, answer you politely when you miss the road and ask for direction, she might even direct you with her google map to your direction but all these things na courtesy.
Don't take it as greenlight. She usually (from my experience and the experience of my fellow guys) might even collect your number but never message you unless you are the first to message.
The chatting later gets boring and any slightest provocation might lead to blocking. It might be working for others, but it has not yet worked for me.
As a sharp guy, I initiated a conversation with two white girls during our fresh bird's party and collected their numbers hoping to have my first white sex but my effort was dulled and bruised.

I was the one who informed them that they might actually be making a mistake as some applicants were receiving double and triple payments whereas some applicants have not received a dime. They promised to investigate and take action based on my report.

Well I want to let you know this,
If you didn't receive the double or triple payments and still got the refund message (though I haven't seen anyone), just ignore.
They will rectify it.

If you received double or triple payments and YOU ARE SURE that you don't stand a chance to get APL, don't refund. It's your on piece of national cake as some unscrupulous elements will posit!

But my fellow applicants, if you have any hope of getting APL when it comes very soon, please on behalf of your family and those whose lives through you will be affected positively by this job, REFUND this money ASAP.

Bro please stop lying unnecessarily, yes you sent a message to NNPC but you got no reply, if I am wrong send a screenshot of the reply you got, you are sounding really shady, I am in 2NNPC groups and we know ppl who have or have not gotten alerts so it's easy for a smart scammer to sieve out numbers if it is truly a scam but still guys keep the money standby and be ready to refund as it is the right thing to do.
