Factory reset didn't solve??...

If the Auto brightness was misbehaving I'd say its a sensor ish
But if the manual and auto ain't working
You might need a third party app
Go to play store and look for Lux and download it

Okay thanks

Itzneowizy:
i still don't get.
Are u saying that the Auto brightness isn't working that u have to manually increase it or decrease it

If not...if the screen is just bright as u say...try disable The Adaptive brightness. And hope u have no third party app installed for controlling brightness

None works, the manual increase or decrease nor the auto, its just on a high level of brightness, no third apps, I just even did a factory reset now

Docile Nigerians, that's why heartless politicians keep wrecking us with one hand, rubbing our heads with the other and we keep smiling, That is how a supposedly enlightened individual says even if it take 40 years let's be patient it would come!!! 40years? I reject even 1 extra year of waiting, while others are content waiting because of fear of angering the cancellation gods I pray God looks at me with mercy so even when it comes I would be way better and not even need the job, Egbon Jarus them that have moved to better things don't have two heads.

Feel free to sleep on a bicycle forming patient dog...by the time all the bones have been shared by lions don't cry foul.

If Tax and Pension weren't deducted by the company, then you need not worry about that.

Get a reference letter and Paystubs to validate your employment

Get a statutory declaration to prove that your salary was paid in cash, have it signed by your MD or CEO and notarized by certified NBA lawyer.

They just want you to prove beyond reasonable doubt that you were paid by cash. That's all. Don't complicate. If the company doesn't pay tax, and you go ahead to include a tax certificate, I don't know if that would fly.

Sir do you mean payslips? What of in a case that the company pays tax (for their business) but doesn't remit for the workers, would one have to pay the back tax by oneself?

Case scenario- contract staff for two years (no tax or pension deducted, paid cash), full staff for one year plus (still cash but tax deducted on payslips, no pension) what should be the line of action sir?

It is impossible to do MSc in IT with Bsc in political science. Yes, there are coding camps where you can undergo IT training

What about someone with a bachelors in Civil Engineering ? Can an msc in IT work? Or e would have to start afresh?

Depending on how you want it. If you wanna go with the sponsorship letter route, then 2million naira will be Ok if you very very economical and lucky to get part time job within few weeks of arrival (But sponsorship letter is a more risky route).
If you wanna go with block account like me, then budget at least 5million and be very economical

Sir please why did you say sponsorship is risky?

Just be careful with online dating sites , i have watched too many episodes of first 48. There are bad people everywhere but easier for people online to mask their bad qualities.

Hello Babyvet, I am guessing you are a lady and over there, please can you share some insight on how the dating scene could be for single African women, thanks

I think it is tough for everyone - both males and females - but it appears to be easier for the males because they make the move, while the females wait for others to come for them first. In the West where everyone tends to mind their own business, it is very hard for people to make a move to you first when you are different - black, foreign, etc - unless when they just wanna hit on you for a one night stand, at the club, or something along those lines. So, the best solution is to be brave enough to make the move especially when you're black or different in some way. Not to say people will not make advances toward your cousin sister or others in a similar situation, but the truth is that it is not as common here as it is in Nigeria where every man would be rushing her. Here, people tend to mind their business a lot, therefore, when she gets here, she shouldn't be afraid to shoot her shot, because waiting may cause her to wait for longer than expected.

Forwarded as received...I guess over there no one cares if you shoot your shot first as compared to here that it could look demeaning or weird...thank you Oga mi

Sometimes, you cannot avoid mentioning Nigeria. In my case, my wife asked me as a direct question on the first day we met.

It is clear that your thought process is different - who studies engineering and goes to get a masters too

Your grammar is different - no wanna gonna cheesy

dressing different - no tattoos or sagging pants

Your demeanor is different - no too much noise making

Then I knew about soccer which 'nobody' in the entire country knew Jack about.

She definitely knew this guy was not from here so she asked...
Where are you from?

Oga Macky, I hail o, please what about females migrating to the US via masters route? How is the dating scene for them? I hardly read stories from females that have migrated, abi single ladies moving to the US isn't that rampant? My cousin sister intends to travel for her masters and I overheard her mumsy telling mine that she is scared of her moving alone especially as she isn't married yet, she is fearful that she won't be able to find someone to settle with, she just turned 26, If some males find it difficult to settle with reasonable ppl what about black African ladies? Any idea of how it is for them over there?

Abeg any one with info pls feel free to contribute.

You just come. Three years from now nobody will hear from you again. When you eventually visit Nigeria 10 years later all your friends you left behind will be running things majorly, that's when you will finally realize you made a great mistake. The happy mood for someone who travels to the US. last for just 12 months. After 12 months eye go clear

How do you mean running things? Would he be sleeping on a bicycle overseas? Most ppl who most times regret are those who did not pursue a career path, settle with their new country culture and ethics and lazy ones, in this same 9ja ppl suffer for years and years same also overseas but with God and hard work, shame, stagnancy and poverty would be far away from you. May God bless us all. Amen

True bro, I have long learned to seek relationship advice from experienced men and not Bleep boys, most bad mouth your relationship sometimes out of envy while keeping theirs intact, if you find a good woman cherish her Biko, Bleep all those alpha males bullshit, girls yaapa but good women no plenty for market.
