To be perfectly honest with you, you should avoid entering Wenceslas square.

My Airbnb was just behind the square, and there was a rooftop club there called Duplex. I was disgusted when I went there. Across the road from Duplex was a hostel where a lot of these Erasmus and young travellers were staying so the club was full of 18-25 year old girls in skimpy attires. I wanted to vomit.

The whole area around there is also something called the red light district...which is ironic as I didn't see a single red bulb anywhere. We also went to one club in the area called Darling Cabaret, and to my shock and horror, some of the women dancing there had no clothes on. At all.

This club was unlike any other club I'd been to. It had a lot of artwork in baroque frames on the walls across 3 floors, so clearly the owner was cultured...but why were some of the female patrons dancing around in cages? And why was the whole place dimly lit? In fact that was probably more of a blue light area than red light.

Two of the girls invited me upstairs for a private dance, but I did not go o. I don't believe in dancing privately. A gentleman only dances in public.

Anyway, the final straw was when we went to one place called showpark market. I thought we were going to watch football based on the name of the institution. Instead it turned out to be a huge guesthouse with 55 rooms.

After we paid to enter, we were shown to a what looked like a cybercafe to see who was lodging in each room for some reason. All the girls were dressed too skimpily for my liking in the photos, and wandering around and seeing them in person, they were dressed even skimpierly. At that point I got very annoyed and left there straight for rhe airport, never to return to such a wicked land of iniquity.

They won't be seeing me there again anytime soon.
