If you are Atiku, you will be going for a strongman in the South with money and rigging machinery that can deliver you one or more of Delta, AkwaIbom or Rivers and has money to mobilise. Also Southern Governors kicked against him as VP. If Atiku should alienate the Southern Governors by picking Obi, he is creating a big problem for himself. Wike, Udom, Delta and co would not back him and fund him like in 2019 if that were to be the case.
