Roland17:Oga here no be Yankee oh. Nothing like civil settlement if CPS decide to lay charges |
Seunaj05:It's simply some fungi abi bacteria activity. It's happened in many Rivers before. |
donjazet:Na gay dem accuse you of, you no kill pesin jare. ![]() |
nihilistjnr:Nah bro. Jamaicans will tell you it's not their culture just like you will tell a Jamaican that Marlianism is not your culture. The culture these boys are copying is Chicago gang culture, not Jamaican culture. Jamaicans will argue some of them sell weed but don't do indiscriminate violence outside of dealing with their drug trade competitors. These boys are just indiscriminate predators. |
donjazet:Then take the L and move on ![]() |
donjazet:Guy you are too much on the defensive. Replying to allegations is a sure sign you are losing. Just like in battle rap, never respond to alleagtions, just go back on the offensive and put Raumdeuter on the backfoot. |
Swissh:Ho my God! I was worried an assault charge would be laid after reading she left in an Ambulance, but rãpe charge never crossed my mind. |
Emaprince: Niggas done study search engine algorithms |
hardeycute:Grabbing my popcorn |
nihilistjnr:Guy, do you know the drill crews in London. Name any drill crew and 70% likely it is headed by an African with most members from Africa. East London crews (6th and 7th) dominated by Africans. North London crews (NPK, The 9, OFB, WG, TPL) dominated by Africans. Go to the South - Peckham & Lewisham crews (Zone 2 etc) dominated by Africans. Go slightly West to Brixton, Gas Gang, now Aegons/150 led by an African (Sneakbo), Harlem Spartans and Moscow17, strong African contingent. Gone are those days bro. We are dominating when it comes to violence. One thing we forget is that we are somewhat Middle class Nigerians and we falsely assume all Nigerians have the same aspirations. Most of these kids are sons of lower class Nigerians who came in the 1990s. Their parents are cleaners/janitors and blue collar workers and their children are now in the same poverty trap as the Jamaicans, not only physical poverty but the mental poverty of knowing nothing else but Council Estates. Nigerians are not immune to crime, look at who is selling drugs in South Africa. Which leads me to agree with Kimbeast that the black-on-black crime is a derivative of poverty more than morals/aspirations or ethnic background. Just like we have many Nigerians back home into kidnapping and robbery, and also a wasted generation of Marlians. |
nihilistjnr:This is no longer the case. 20 years ago, we all claim Nigerians are the good ones and Jamaicans are the ones causing all the problem. Now most of these drill crimes in London are carried out by 2nd generation African immigrants with Nigeria and Ghana at the forefront. I hardly see Jamaican names as much anymore on murder reports, mostly Ade this and Kofi that. |
Herbiedeen:Yeah I know that. Point is peeps like CHO would probably try to hire a hotel and oloshos to boot in the same circumstance, or might bring oloshos to the training ground sef if he can't get a hotel. |
OgbaEwon:Hahahahaha. I saw that. Did that guy end up sharing the money? |
Singapore1:Thanks bro |
Leyqute:Cheers bro. I'm looking at LYKKE, STEEM and HIVE as long term holds. and to buy and sell: MCO - buy up to $10 Enjincoin - buy up to $0.12 SNT - buy up to $0.03 Steamr (DATA) - buy up to $0.04 These are recommended by a friend I take advice from on Crypto. Any further insight would be useful. |
airmark:Airmark, so you wicked like this? ![]() |
Leyqute:What's the latest news on the lightning network? Any projection when it might come into play? That will affect it's price significantly so useful to know. I don't think the public will care how fast the transactions are as it is all gobbledygook to them, what will get it widely adopted to compete with VISA/ PAYPAL etc is it will need to reach price stability. It is still a speculative instrument and no major platform will accept a medium of exchange with such price volatility. On another note, can I pick your brain on some altcoins I am watching, if you have insight on their future prospects and how useful/ widely adopted they might come to be? |
donjazet:He is very foolish to get caught instead of paying that olosho what she demanded. I don't actually have much problem with him hiring olosho since he has already caught the virus and may have some short term immunity. If he hadn't already had the virus, then it would be professionally reckless to potentially put himself out of training by catching the virus. I guarantee 80% of young footballers who are not isolating with a partner are hiring olosho to see through this period. This is why I appreciate steady eddy footballers like Eriksson who is isolating in Inter Milan training ground. It takes a level of self discipline these young footballers just don't have. |
DeadPresidents:It's a fücking disgrace! God punish Marina for giving this boy that contract. |
DeadPresidents:No, it was not actually. I forgot this point although aware of it, rather it was a clumsy attempt at describing Bitcoin as nothing more than a currency which is easily replicable and valuable only based on its general acceptance by the wider public, it's perceived scarcity and it's price volatility. |
Leyqute:Hian! You can't squeeze water from stone so all these technical questions will not yield any satisfactory answer from me. OK, lemme rephrase instead of saying technological flaws to say it's utility as a piece technology is limited to use as a currency, as opposed to Ethereum which is used across many applications. As an investor, my only question is what is the use of a product and try to figure out the market for it, the economics that will drive it's price, and what value it brings to society. Am I right or wrong to conclude that Bitcoin is only to be viewed as a currency, and to be valued on that basis? Excuse me for describing this as a technological flaw, I did not know you would eat me for that. |
Singapore1:Na una tech guys go do this one. People like myself and Greatihex go just buy ontop the app jare and let them store it for us. We no fit do wetin pass our expertise. |
Greatihex:Use the one that works with Nigerian banking system cos I don't know if those Western Apps will integrate with Naija banking system. I avoid Binance because I don't know how Chinese-Western relationship will be going forward and what Chinese regulatory oversight is like, but you can only use what's available to you. Like I said, make sure you make a small transaction to set everything up cos you don't want to be fumbling with banking admin when the price is right for you. Speaking from bitter experience in 2017. |
Greatihex:Yeah, due to Covid lockdown. People are moving their money from conventional investments to Crypto cos they are worried what stockmarket will do by the time companies start to announce earnings. Bitcoin in times like this behaves like gold where people remove money from stockmarket and put it into gold. |
Kopfschmerzens:Coogar was a prolific biter who was chased from that section several times but I guess he managed to convince you guys most of those written were his. |
Greatihex:Just download any app that list it - Coinbase, Kraken and Bittrex are the main ones we trust in UK. A lot of people use Binance also but I stay away as they are Chinese. Find the one that works with Naira accounts in Nigeria, and make sure your account is linked to it, for example make an initial purchase of like N1k so when they hit your price point, you are not scrambling around with banking administration. Currently Bitcoin is already near the $10k mark due to Covid-19, so at the top of it's range. You will have to wait some months maybe before but comes back down toward $5k. |
Kopfschmerzens:For the avoidance of doubt, Raumdeuter had nothing to do with exposing Coogar. The three main people that exposed Coogar did not hide the fact (jbee, r221 and Babe) while others in the background also contributed. Raumdeuter was just enjoying the carnage. And even if he did, what is your business defending a crook like Coogar? |
Greatihex:What I'm saying is over the next 2 years, buy Bitcoin when the price is below $5k and every few months you will get the opportunity to sell above $8k. Likewise, buy Ethereum when it goes below $150 and you will get the opportunity within few months to sell above $200. I can't tell you long term that any of these two will blow. Anyone who tells you so is either an influencer, a marketer or has serious holdings and is trying to drive the price up for their own benefit. Same way in 2017 the same people said Bitcoin will go above $100k by 2020. What I am advising is simply to play the game based on Economic principles. Most of Bitcoin and Ethereum are held by very few people who will not sell below a certain price. These are the creators and initial buyers of the coins, for example only 1,000 people own 40% of all Bitcoins. They control the bottom of the market below which they will not sell. That bottom right now is circa $4k for Bitcoin and $120 for Ethereum. So set your entry and exit points according to my first paragraph above. On a more long term projection, Bitcoin is more guaranteed to stick around as a currency (although no one can tell you the price in 3 to 5 years) while Ethereums survival is simply hinged on whether they deliver a truly useful technology which may or may not happen. |
Leyqute:Forget technology. Bitcoin is simply a store of wealth due to scarcity and wide acceptance as a digital currency. I'm not an IT guy but the technological use of Bitcoin as a blockchain ledger has been rubbished since 2016. It was simply viewed as a currency which fulfills the most important characteristic of a currency ie scarcity since there is a finite amount of Bitcoin that can be mined. So any investment decision you make must be made in that context. For example, when people are dissatisfied with conventional stockmarkets eg during this Coronavirus, they switch their holdings from Conventional stocks to Gold, Government Bonds and Bitcoin. Almost every coin released from 2017 to date was built on the Ethereum blockchain which was seen as technologically way superior to Bitcoin but again, even though it was used for creation of tokens, the technology underpinning Ethereum does not quite deliver fully on the promise of a decentralized public ledger which is why they seem to be working on what they call a hard fork, which will be a different token altogether eg Ethereum 2.0, same way the current Ethereum token hardforked from Ethereum Classic token in late 2016. Ethereum though has an unlimited supply and can be mined forever unlike Bitcoin so is not a store of wealth (currency) like Bitcoin. If it cannot be harnessed as a technology, it will disappear in the long run, unlike Bitcoin which has more long term guarantee as a currency for people to trade across borders without fees or for people wishing to hide wealth from Govt etc |
