Meaning he knows the job already, plus he's from Katsina. COS na man-know-man appointment,.not a political one. Buhari will not even know.5% of what was on Kyaris plate due to his health issues. Kingibe will know 50% of them.

You guys are very funny. So if Adaboye for example see Buhari death or any high politicians death you expect him to come forth and mention his name to his congregation that I see Buhari or this so person dying?
They should be more specific

If a Governor dies, I want to hear Governor, not politician

Same with a Senator. I even want to know the region.

These bozos will not hesitate to prophesy the death of a Nollywood star every year, they can even start with that.

Ok

I see a big politician dying in early 2021. I also see a big thing happening in 2021. Thirdly i see a shocking thing happening before this year runs out.
Anyone who titles himself prophet is invariably a charlatan.

If he knows anyone else famous that will die from Corona, he should say now, because there will be many including Pastors. We don't want to hear reactive prophesies after the fact.

None of them predicted Corona, none predicted Abba Kyaris death. We are set for a long year of reactive prophecies as more and more die.

Even El-Rufai and Atikus son are looking suspect, having not shaken off the virus approaching a month now. It's usually from Week3 to Week 5 that the virus claims life if your immune system cannot shake it. If he knows something, he should say it now.

The improper use of PPE poses more risk in the transmission of diseases including this virus than people understand. Use PPE only if you can follow the steps of wearing and removing appropriately has been my mantra. This is because the improper use of PPE is more dangerous than someone sneezing next to you.

When someone sneezes next to you without covering their nose, you are already conscious that you may have been exposed but with another person using PPE improperly, you get the false sense of security but you are actually at risk and worse part, you don’t even know it.

I watch people after they use PPE in stores/ public places and I just laugh because they are taking the virus or whatever they are protecting themselves from home or have successfully passed it around.

I would rather people use their bare hands in public places, sanitize as often and then wash hands/ body completely when they go home.
I'm telling you. Someone was showing off their Ankara face mask. I asked if they wash it with each use and they were confused. I kuku explain all the above and told em that's why I prefer disposable PPE, so I can quicky remove and sanitise after every action. There's not much sensitisation about proper donning and doffing of PPE out there.

All Chief of Staff round the World are very powerful. Many times the President is just the final signatory to what COS has investigated and decided. Check Obama and Rahm Emmanuel. The weaker the President, the more falls on the COS. When you have a President with Health Issues, the COS starts making Executive decisions.

CPAP theoretically may offer some benefit in terms of how we understand COVID-19 to attack some patients.
However how do you decide on the right settings to use in your specific case.
High flow nasal oxygen and CPAP are all options but if someone really requires them then he/she should be in the hospital.
Forget hospital for now bros. People calling NHS now are being told not to call back unless they are struggling to speak with breathing difficulties.

I will ask my sister who's a nurse for a good setting. Na she dey manage my bro-in-law equipment for house.

I am not sure what role CPAP plays because you have to remember that CPAP still involves applying pressure so that the theoretical damage that can be inflicted by ventilators can also be inflicted by CPAP as well. However CPAP is less efficient and therefore you are maybe causing structural lung damage without giving much oxygenation benefit.
There is also the higher risk of aerosolization and transmission of infection with CPAP. In summary i think critical care physicians, emergency physicians, radiologists, and pathologists (carrying out autopsies) have to come together and discuss their findings before a consensus can be reached on how best to treat COVID-19 patients.
Understood. Do you think there might be some marginal benefit in keeping a CPAP at home for early stage?

My brother in-law suffers with COPD and keeps a Bipap, nebuliser and such. From there, I learned about these things and bought a nebuliser and some saline to get my lungs in some shape for Covid. Had thoughts on a CPAP but dismissed it but this is making me have a rethink.

I understand u and commend these strict preventive protocols u take....It's just that I doubt someone like Buhari or Yahya Bello could've maintained that strict level of protocol ni.

Let me give a graphical example. Yahya bello as a Cas study, after that handshake he exchanged with Kyari, I'm sure he observed the Muslim prayer few hours later. Now the Muslim prayer requires u to perform ablution which involves washing Ur hands with ordinary water, rinse Ur moth with water, dip Ur hands in Ur nose, clean Ur eyes etc.

He didn't use soap or hand sanitizer that could've killed off the virus( the period the picture was taken, use washing of hands and use of hand sanitizers were not top priorities in Nigeria ó)

So I just find it surprising he's negative.
Yeah, even with touching your face, virus could be on your cheek and not make it into your mouth, nose, eyes or ears so it is possible he shook hands with all these guys and still came out clean.

One of my colleague who got tested and confirmed infected her husband and daughter but not her son within the same household. Same with Davido and Chioma. So it's not 100% guaranteed that everyone you come in contact with will be infected. Virus does not have legs to crawl into everyone's mouth or nose.

I can't do without touching my face especially nose and eyes
That's why you keep sanitizer on you at all times. Soon as you touch anything outside your house, you sanitise, then you can touch your face.

Are we actually supposed to believe Yahya Bello is negative despite 3 personal staff of Abba Kyari had been confirmed positive?
As long as you don't touch your face, you should be fine. I watched a video from a Doctor who works everyday in ICU who said it is fairly easy to stay away from Coronavirus if you develop certain habits, most important of which is not touching your face.

I'm surprised I haven't caught this thing yet, but my wife and I maintain strict protocol of sterilising our hands often and not touching face unless hands are sterilised. Even when I go to work, or my wife goes, it's straight to the office. I keep sanitizer on my person at all times and sanitize any time I leave my office. When we finish, we spray down our clothes with disinfectant before entering the car. Even the steering wheel, gearstick, seats etc get sprayed or wiped down with disinfectant wipes. Soon as we get home, straight to shower and put the clothes in the washing machine etc.

Same with going to the shops, I only go once a week and I can't take a shopping trolley without disinfecting it, also wearing gloves while pushing it. I must stay 2 metres from anyone throughout shopping, and still have my surgical mask on. As soon as I leave the shop, I remove my surgical mask and gloves and throw them away and sanitize my hands immediately. Many people get infected doffing their gloves or mask carelessly and touching their face after touching the outside of the mask and gloves while doffing. As I'm shopping, I put the fridge and freezer items in a separate bag and soak them in soapy water and wash them as soon as I get home, take a shower and wash my clothes. Dry goods stay in the car boot for a few days, for example the shopping I did on Thursday is still in my car boot till now. Make the virus die there first. Even before I bring it in the house, I will still spray it down. Same with letters through the post, I set them aside for few days before opening.

Maintaining these protocols as well as giving everyone 2 metres space I believe makes it fairly difficult to catch Coronavirus.

Not a bad line up. Maybe i would move Beckenbauer to the back to partner Baresi, push Maldini to LB and bring Matthaus to partner Xavi in midfield.
