billydragon: Well.....since u have pay slips and money enters frequently its fine to use it...... but its almost empty, means u will make bulk deposits now. So they might still wanna ask where those came from. Its quite dicey....maybe other bosses give their opinion. All the best sir. |

Cmanforall: Yes it means u will share one kitchen and common bath. It might be more than one bath though. Especially for the apartments with 5 or 6 rooms. Studio is just like a room self contained. I think 3 or 4 r apartments aren't bad. Especially if u will have mostly Finnish roommates. They hardly use the kitchen and very quiet. But those asians ehn........... 1 Like |

ooluseyipa: At least 500k. Dont know the current exchange rate. Just make sure that scholarship amount + the amount in ur acct is not less than the amount they specified when converted to naira. I think its 6720 ...not sure. Yes u can use uncle. Its just always easier to use an immediate family because they will.be asking annoying questions like hw u r related, y is he sponsoring u, bla bla bla. But dont worry, most people still get it and the fact that u have a scholarship already makes ur case easier. Cheers! |

sureb0y: Am suggesting u use both. Sell the car, have all the proofs. Then a majority of the balance should come from your sponsor. Hopefully the sponsor also has a stable source of income with good cash flow prior to now, then u shld be fine. |
Travel / Re: Studying In Finland (free Tuition) by iceberg54: 9:02pm On May 07, 2015 |
sureb0y: You should actually do that. Provide proof of ownership and other car particulars etc. And make a document regarding the sales too. Like a signed agreement. For the rest, u need to plan that well. Because u cant just use anyone as sponsor. The sponsor's account also has to be active with a substantial amount in it( after transfering money to ur account) Sponsor must have stable source of income preferably someone that has a salary account. Just consider all options and plan well. They dont waste time in denying once they see any discrepancy. Since u have up to 2 m. Just put 1.5m in ur account and the rest in ur sponsor's. Though i usually advise about 1m in sponsor's acct as well, just to be safe. All the best sir. |

Inufele1: Yes, u will arrive in an empty room except your tutors are very nice and have made arrangements for you. But subsequently, its not hard to get stuffs. You can buy all furnitures in a single place and have them delivered to your house. You can also get for free from people moving out. Cheers! 2 Likes |

adebasket97: h should stand for huone (room) So shld be 2 rooms + kitchen. Solu means cell. (No fear o...no be kirikiri o) Summary: 2 rooms shared apartment. You and your apartment mate shares kitchen and most likely bathroom too and possibly a living room. The 'eh' i cant decode. 3rd option is a whole apartment to yourself. You dont need that. Abi u dey carry babe come ni? Ist or 2nd option dey ok. 2nd option is just more spacious. Just go for the cheapest....lol....no time to waste money. No house is bad here. Cheers! |

adebasket97: You are considering not taking a student apartment? Pls apply for a student apartment asap. You can pay when you get there. Non-student apartments could be as high as 800euros per month. Some are more. Well..i dont know about cities outside helsinki though. Helsinki guys should apply to HOAS. |

I can help with an AIICO guy's number if needed , or you could just go to any of their offices. Cheers Sir!! 2 Likes 1 Share |

Though I advice u to use it. It speeds up the process. But before u book any appointment with the embassy, make sure you are ready o. Funds and documents wise. Those migri peeps no dey smile o. No room for mistakes. You dont need to rush. Be prepared before u go. All the best! |
