Hello Everyone, Good evening.

Please I'm a graduate of Account Education. Completed my Nysc. Please I want to migrate to the UK as a teacher and I would really appreciate some guidelines as to how to go about this as I want to start making necessary arrangements as soon as possible.
Please I will appreciate any insight.

Thank you all. Await your response.

I got a failure delivery notice for your email. If you don’t mind dropping your business number or alternative email. Mine is not too public. The last time I dropped it I got a few strange visitors. Kindly bear with me.
Yeah, I did mention I don’t have access to that email anymore. I’m not a business person, lol.
It’s a shame there’s no alternative means of connecting with each other.

That said, Nairaland really needs to improve and plug in new functionalities. It’s failed to add any new thing since I’ve first come across it some 13 years ago. Who knows if it’s deliberate though? Or perhaps due to the absence of any competing product in the same space?
TravelRe: Living In The Uk/life As A UK Immigrant by icon8: 6:15pm On Aug 06, 2020
Mamatukwas:
Send me a PM please
Is the PM same as sending an email? I’m not sure how private messaging works on Nairaland but I’ve sent an email request anyways.

However, I don’t have access to the email I signed up to Nairaland with, if that’s going to be a challenge.

Is there an alternative means of reaching you? Perhaps your business number that’s already in the public domain somehow?

N575 today.
£500?
I accept to credit your GBP account first, then you credit my NGN account as soon as you receive value.

E be like sey home office done do me 419 shocked

I called the home office covid-19 immigration support team to ask if I have to pay the IHS because I’m a front line NHS staff. They said I shld pay but apply for a refund. They gave me email address to contact to get a refund after payment. I made the payment and sent this email with all my details and application number about 2 weeks ago.

I got a reply today saying:

Thank you for contacting the UKVI NHS Team.

On 21 May, it was announced that the Home Secretary and the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care were to work together to exempt NHS and health and care staff from the Immigration Health Surcharge.

Officials in the Home Office and the Department of Health and Social Care are working through how to implement this change and full details will be announced in due course.

In respect of employees that work in this sector, the Immigration Health Surcharge will continue to apply until such time as an exemption is in place.

Please continue to check the GOV.UK webpages, as this is where updated advice will be published. The latest information and advice can be found here:
https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-advice-for-uk-visa-applicants-and-temporary-uk-residents

Kind Regards,

UKVI NHS Team

I think you are posting all this to pepper your wife maybe she is also a nairalander undecided.
To that lucky woman, who refused to sponsor this man via spousal visa, I really congratulate you as the most lucky woman, this man would have frustrated hell out of your life in UK wink. About 4 weeks ago, you were here seeking for advice, but today ...you are here to abuse the system. I keep telling people... Don't bring that frustrated dependant if all his or her love is based on just using you to travelling out wink
How exactly? When she can easily fling his sorry ass back to where she brought him from? Rather, she’d be the one to make his frustrated life a living hell! Edo is not Lagos o grin
