Why do people keep saying east africans look like arabs? They look nothing like the arabs/middle easterners i know.They look unique, you know that look that automatically says ethio, somali, eritrea, kenya etc.

There are other extractions of Igbo even in the heart of Igbo land that have other names but know they are Igbos just like we have Ijebus etc,  Igbos have Ikwerres etc,  And the Igbo language comes in different dialects but with a central Igbo dialect just like there is a central Yoruba dialect.
