Good ad for the Trump supporter. What's similar is everyone who knows Trump believes the same thing, whether privately or publicly. All the people in this ad are his current CURRENT sycophants and CURRENT greatest supporters. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P43wDpKQxaM And a good interview of a top Republican operative who has helped a lot of Republicans win office. ‘He’s Destroyed Conservatism’: The Republican Case Against Trump’s GOP Stuart Stevens was a winning GOP operative. Now he feels terrible about what he’s done to the country. https://www.politico.com/news/magazine/2020/08/19/interview-stuart-stevens-republican-case-against-trump-397918 |
justli:Bravo! You've hit every one of Fox New's talking points. 1.) I doesn't seem like you actually watched the convention. It was highly rated by Dems and Republicans. 2.) The Dem states are generally the most economically successful. They are the states that actually support the Red states by giving more to the Federal gov't in taxes than they get back. Because of their diverse economies they usually attract a lot of foreign investment and thus why they were hit hard first (flights from Europe), NY, Mass, California. They shut down and the rest of the country didn't and guess what. Instead of breaking the back of the virus the Republican states per Trump's directions closed late and opened early, wasted the lock-down and now the virus is spreading wildly in those states and now to the rest of the country. We have already 170,000 deaths due to Covid. 3.) You've probably picked the one poll that shows him close. The incumbent President not winning but close and your crowing about that? Check out https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/polls/president-general/minnesota/ It lists all the polls for every state. Trump won via our Electoral college(he lost the popular vote by more than 3 million) with around 10,000 votes total in 3 states in a down election against an unpopular woman (America is sexist and racist). Ask yourself, do you think Trump has gained or lost support? Or is there anyone who voted for Clinton who you think would say they would now vote for Trump, or are you more likely to find someone who voted for Trump who regrets that vote. I'll tell you, it's the latter. How does Trump win now, against a man who's less unpopular? |
seanwilliam:An app where you can see opinions of real Americans? You mean "real Americans" posting from a troll farm in Russia? I'm Nigerian and live in America and he is absolutely correct. Trump is supported by the very stupid (white people without a college degree) and some very very wealthy, who are so wealthy they don't care about the health of the USA, just being able to cash in on the free FED money (that's why the stock market is so high in the mist or a recession) and the decreased regulations. Which one are you? The USA in on course for 300,000 dead due to Covid by Dec. (per one study by a respected University). Tell me why anyone in their right mind would support that. I'm actually ashamed so many Nigerians support Trump. We are supposed to be smart people, act like it! |
I'm sorry. Just wrong. To give you a background. I'd probably be one of those "acceptable" black people white people like to talk about, you know the "non thuggish type". Highly educated, top schools, doing well, etc. etc. I've been pulled over by police at least 8 times, 3 at gun point(one time they thought my friends and I were robbery suspects and were surrounded by 3 squad cars with guns pointed at us), once standing outside my super elite high school (someone claimed I had a gun; I was 15) while waiting for my mom to pick me up and arrested once (for asking a cop for his badge number when he tried to kick me off my predominantly white campus about 10 feet from my dorm because he thought I couldn't possibly be a student there, in fact he told me I should get off campus (in this instance I was told it was my fault for asking a cop for his badge number)). My friends and I (all very successful African/African Americans) were having a discussion yesterday about how they were going to talk to their children about being a "black male" in America. Even given their socio-economic advantages, it was even sadder to know that they would have to have these discussions with their young children. Watch the video of that "Karen's" interaction with that Harvard educated bird watcher and the "efficiency" in the words she uses to get the maximum police response. "African American", "threatening". And this is a woman who probably voted for Obama. There is a history of systematic racism in this country that is ingrained in its DNA. There are people alive today who lived in a time when the US was segregated and thus there are still people alive who believed in segregation and taught that to their children. I assume most white people over 60 are racist, just because that is most likely what they knew or knew from their parents growing up. And that kind of indoctrination no matter how much you think you've changed doesn't go away easy. America has a solid foundation? What is this foundation you speak of built on? The US fought a civil war largely because of slavery. The losers, the ones who wanted to own Black people, still fly their treasonous flag (confederate flag) in some statehouses today! My friend and your view, I wish you luck! tex73: |
Chuky7:I think you've moved to creepy territory. |
flowjoe:You're right he is resilient. Only a man who has filed 6 bankruptcies(while basically stiffing all the small businesses he owed in the process) could have made it to be president. As to his astute business sense, there was a study done that if Trump would have simply invested the so called "small loan" his dad gave him(yes, his dad gave him most of his money), he would be worth 2 billion now. How much is he worth? Not 2 Billion. No one knows because he won't release his taxes, bust some think significantly less than 1 billion. I think you should find someone else to be a fan of like Warren Buffet. |
sammhi:Lol. You continue to prove how little you know about US politics or government. 1.) Your facts are wrong. Trump won 30, Hilary won 20. Stop reading whatever nonsense you are reading. 2.) She doesn't have the spread of what? Look into the states Hillary won where they are and the economic activity of those states. I'll, make it easy for you. Hillary won all the coast states, i.e all the high economic/educated states. Trump won the rest; the states where you are allowed to marry your sister. 3.) On Biden and his medical records, you should probably examine the sources where you get your information. That is absolutely not true. And btw, we just had the president of the US(Trump), say that we should study injecting our bodies with disinfectants and light to treat Covid. It forced Chlorox to put out a statement that people should not inject Bleach, forced our FDA to tell people not to inject themselves with disinfectants and caused a spike in poison control hotlines in some states from people drinking disinfectants. It would be a comedy if this wasn't real life. And lastly. I think you should stfu about the Americans being Babies. You are in Nigeria, and our(Nigerian) government can barely get their shit together. And you want the US to be as tough as Nigeria? It's like some people aren't happy until everyone is struggling just like them. So, yes, I'm happy not having corrupt assholes as leaders, I pray that one day that Nigeria is as just as much "Babies" as America and life is as easy and as stress free. |
coluka:Trump won by 80,000 votes across 3 "battleground states". Try to find anyone new who is now going to switch their support and vote for him. You won't. Yet you will find A lot of people who did vote for him who said they wouldn't again. Add that to the fact that he won in a down election (people didn't come out to vote), with a historically bad female candidate (Republicans have spent decades caricaturing her). Biden isn't Hilary (he's a white male to begin with) and people are fired up to vote. This won't be 2016. The only chance Trump has is if Covid scares people from going out to vote. That's why he's fighting against States allowing mail in voting even though he himself votes by mail. He knows he can't win if everyone is allowed to vote. Ask yourself, why a politician would be against allowing everyone to vote the same way he votes. It's a politician who knows he can't win unless he disenfranchises the vote. And people are scared to say Trump is going to lose because of the ghosts of 2016 and how they thought they underestimated him. But historically, a president with a ~40% approval rating at this time esp. in a bad economy, doesn't win. |
sammhi:Trump is working very hard huh? He's played golf for about 22% of the days he's been president and at his own properties(where Us tax payers have to pay to get him there, pay for the Secret Service to get there, and pay for rooms while he is there, at this point probably 4x the amount of time Obama did. And you remember when Trump criticized Obama for playing Golf? You don't need to name them, but ask your friend what promises Trump has kept. Also during the 2016 election, Hillary was more trashed than Trump, remember how the media went on and on about her servers? All the while Trump ran a damn fake University to steal money from people (He settled and paid out settlements to his students when he got elected). Yes, Trump got more negative coverage, but he did infinitely more negative shit,(Remember, grab them by their P*ssy?). If your friend is Nigerian and in the US and thinks Trump is doing a great job, you probably need smarter friends. |
sammhi:Listen, he has a 40-43% approval rating right now in the midst of a Pandemic. Generally leaders polls go up when bad ish happens. You don't live in the US, and I'm sure don't read much US news, but you do sound like you listen to Fox News. I often wondered what it would take for the US to look like Nigeria. I don't anymore. I spend a lot of time in Nigeria and it's pretty scary to see the US going down that road. Imagine the corruption in Nigeria, that is what Trump is turning the US into with the consent of a willing Republican party. The list is soo long. Every day is some new craziness, some new norm that is broken (firing FBI chiefs, telling his government to investigate people, firing IG's, trying to steer federal contracts to his private companies, the constant lying, the self dealing, shit, his son in law basically runs the country, not giving documents to our Congress, basically stonewalling all attempts at oversight, Not complying with subpoenas, holding up Congressionally approved money to a country unless they announced an investigation into Biden), things any other president would have successfully been impeached over or just resigned over. It's exhausting and alot of people are tired of it. I can't wait till November. Do some googling. |
Nuel4:This is the typical mumbo jumbo typical of Trump supporters. You think by stringing enough words together.. you sound smart... but to those who know it betray your ignorance. 1.) Ask yourself, what is the US form of government? Where do the states derive their power and the federal government. What powers are set aside for both? When there is an emergency doe the Federal Government(President) get more power? Answer those questions and you'll realize how stupid the notion that Trump couldn't do more is. That has been the problem, he hasn't used the powers he has. Listen to Obama's recent critique. There is no long term national Covid strategy. He has decided to leave it all to the states even shutting down our CDC"s guidelines for reopening, because he thinks he can escape blame that way. 2.) In terms of testing. Google "per capita". Now ask yourself where does the US stand w/ respect to the rest of the world in per capita testing. A hint, if a nation has 5 billion citizens and does 25 million tests and a nation has 25 million citizens and does 25 million tests. Which nation is doing a better job with testing? 3.) Re: Ventilators. There wasn't enough ventilators so people asked him to use the DPA (Defense production act) to build more. So, after weeks of media criticism, he said he wouldn't. Guess what, he finally did use the DPA to force GM to produce more ventilators and we have enough. The criticism is that this stuff should have been done in Jan. when the US's intelligence agencies (not the WHO) told Trump we were facing a pandemic...not in March after a month of criticism. 4.) There are numerous studies on Chloroquine and Covid. In fact there was a massive study released today (though not randomized or double blind, but still the best one out). Go read them and answer your own question. In fact, you should go to the CDC/FDA site and see what they say. You know the US CDC/FDA, the government agencies Trump is in charge of. The agencies' and scientists' opinions he flouts by still taking Chloriquine. 5.) I generally don't get my news from TV... but I do read. I think you should as well. Read multiple articles on the same thing and ask yourself while reading what bias the site may have, what bias the writer may have and judge the actual FACTS they use. Dig deeper my friend. A mind is a terrible thing to waste. |
GuestLog:Well done. You'll be like Trump in know time. Selling idiocy to idiots, for self promotion. Well done. |
Nuel4:So much wrong in this post. Is Fox News now "mainstream media" in Bed with Democrats? https://www.foxnews.com/politics/fox-news-poll-biden-more-trusted-on-coronavirus-trump-on-economy I generally think Nigerians are smarter than most. You are making me rethink that. I live in the US. We are nearing 100,000 deaths due to Covid. While Trump is running around taking Drugs(Hydroxychloroquine) his government is warning against and studies say is dangerous, talking about injecting disinfectants to treat against Covid and refusing to wear a mask because it doesn't look good. And this is the person you are supporting? You get the government you deserve... No wonder Nigeria is in such distress; people like you. |
flowjoe:You love him why? |
Martini101:Yes, it is our right to not specifically be singled out and discriminated against, because we are the most successful US immigrant group. https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/elections/2020/02/24/new-trump-travel-ban-could-keep-african-immigrants-out-us/4861122002/ But, your argument is a non-sequitur. My argument is comparing who has done more for Nigeria, Trump or Obama. |
Exc2000:Again, go read about the Obama response to Ebola. He specifically made efforts to stop it in W. Africa so it wouldn't spread to the US. SO, he made efforts to eradicate it in places like Nigeria. Here is a source on his policy. https://obamawhitehouse.archives.gov/ebola-response In fact this guy you know worship (Trump), tried to force Obama and the US to stop any US doctors who went to help Ebola patients in W. Africa and contracted Ebola from coming back to the US. He is a f'ning Asshole. I'm not sure what drug you are talking about in re: to drugs. Why don't you source me a link if it exists. And yes, he has tried to stop asylum for people in distress. He had to be sued in court. He even tried to prevent cruise ships of sick people from coming back to the US. He said, "He liked the numbers(Covid) where they were" https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/video/2020/mar/07/i-like-the-numbers-being-where-they-are-trump-video |
Exc2000:This is this Nigerian mentality I hate. He disses the country, calls us a shit-hole, sets up policies to explicitly prevent Nigerians from immigrating into the US and you think he has done more than Barack Obama. Why don't you actually do some research in terms of US foreign aid and then come back and post. |
flyingpig:Should probably read more about the US. Worst president ever. 40-43% approval rating right now during this pandemic. If it wasn't for the fact that he has a propaganda arm in Fox News, he wouldn't even have a chance this fall. |
faithscharms:Forget the law for a sec, think of the legal and moral implications of this stance. Legally, what would stop any thief from just forming a church and donating all their illicit gains there? It would be a gift after all, right? And morally, how can a church that is flush with money knowingly refuse to give back money they know to be fraudulently obtained and donated. This is a Christian church (you would think) after all. US Law: http://www.wkpz.com/content/files/Giving%20It%20Back%20-%20Returning%20Donations.pdf From the article "When one steals property or money the ownership does not change. The thief cannot give away something he does not own. So, if the thief gives the church stolen property or money, then ownership remains with the original owner and the church is obligated to give it to the rightful owner." |
Addicted2Women:Sounds as if you've never been to "America". I live there and I've dated a lot of beautiful women, and none have smoked. |
Rajahbite:So, you haven't had sex in 2 years but still got tested monthly? And mysteriously you somehow contracted HIV, found out last week and yet are unconcerned as to how that happened? Ok oooo... |

If you mom slaps your wife (outside of your wife slapping her first or doing something outrageous (trying to harm you or the children)), you have to make it clear to her that if she can't respect your wife, she won't be allowed in your house again. Even the Bible is clear on that. That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh. -Genesis 2:24 Some of these replies are quite disturbing. |
Wait, you sent her 10k and then she broke up? Did she become born again in the interim? I've dated many a girl who wanted to abstain (well initially). The answer for girls I was serious about was doing everything I could to honor that, i.e. staying in a hotel when I saw them. Sorry, I think she just upgraded you(found someone else) and got 10k in the process. |
