@op, one shouldn't ordinarily lose one's job over infidelity but if one's job is in the sphere of intelligence /spying / state security, where pillow-talk and agent provocateurs can lead to the death of many, then one really ought to know better. |
shymexx: Zimbabwe is actually a more organised and better country than Nigeria, to be honest...Don't mind them. When all one has ever known is Nigeria, one tends to believe the hype. Giant of Africa ko, empty-headed braggadocio ni. As for the 'pilgrims' , fools, money, easily parted. |
sucess001: i dont get...since the police knows the hot spots...y dont they go secure it? why tell us to avaoid it like its not part of Nigeria? Thank you ojare my brother. That is clearly too simple, too logical for our police force. |
DailyNews: .......It is also no secret that the Igbos are the catalyst of economic and infrastructural development in Nigeria- reason other tribes don't want Nigeria separated cos they know if Igbos leave, their land will be like ancient deserts with only huts. .....Do you honestly believe that? ![]() #delusionsofgrandeur |
a1solution: ARE YOU SURE HE SETTLED THE BOYS SERVING HIM WELL? BECAUSE THAT MAY BE THE CAUSEAnd that's a justifiable 'cause' in your mind is it? ![]() |
234GT: Hello poster. I dont want you to believe you have any spiritual problem. In february, I failed an interview with a good coy. I was down for about three weeks. My father brought a pastor to pray for me. He told me I must come for deliverance in his church. I must spend three days in his church, after which I must leave Abeokuta, because I can never get a job if I dont leave Abeokuta. I told my father I was not going to the pastor for any deliverance. My father insisted I went to the pastor. He believed something was wrong with me spiritually because he expected me to get a job easily. I had a 2.1 and my final cgpa was 4.11, so he felt getting a job would be a stroll in the park for me. I am a christian, but I believe that what you believe about yourself will work for you. I did not go to the pastor, and I got a good job six months after. Free yourmind and your job will come when you least expect. Keep trying.Thank you ojare my brother/sister. Spiritual problems ko, swallowing of all manner of supersticious bollocks ni. @OP keep your head up. Keep trying. Dont ignore the self-employed route |
HNosegbe: Guy, read your bible and provide me with ONE instance where prayer ALONE, UNACCOMPANIED by a change of attitude and corresponding decisive action, changed anything. The least corrupt and most peaceful countries on earth don't go about "praying" and mouthing the name of God at every opportunity, but they instead use their God-given talents FOR THE WELL-BEING OF SOCIETY. We on the other hand are SO religious and yet SO ungodly.x 1000 ![]() |
Myne White: What about Nigerians in Naija? . Exactement! (as they say in certain parts of Chipping Norton) |

yuzedo: I don't want to reveal too much because the internet is a small place and he is a public figure. He or his kids (or any of my relatives/his relatives privy to the encounter) may be reading. You are entitled to your opinion. Me,i'm just proud of the nigger. He has proved over the years that he has balls of steel.. The internet is such a small place, he/his kids may be reading and you're so proud of him you honour him with the title nig*er? wow, cool ![]() |
@George, slightly off-topic but,........... with your previous group order of panels/batteries (I've forgotten which it was), what was involved at the port in Lagos? Did you have any import tax or other payments or any other wahala? Is the tax based on the value of the goods (or arbitary I'm about to agree a price for a batch of batteries and panels but I've no experience of Lagos ports. Any suggestions? Thanks |
nass07: Where are Our churches and mosques, they need to assist the govt in this. They are busy counting tithes and erecting pa systems. ![]() |
blexxonmak: @ George_D. What really does it take to go off grid completely@blexxonmak, one can go off-grid with some of the set-up displayed here. It really depends on your [b]load[b] and the level of autonomy you want. I'd go for hybrid (with wind and/or generator as complimentary sources to solar) if I were you. @George, please don't consider me rude for answering your question. @All, thanks for a great thread. I hope to contribute by sharing my own installation. |
muskeeto2: More prayers and fasting please.. the God of Abraham, I sick and Jacob seems to be deaf. As you can see from the replies to your teasing so far, the 'Isickness' is deeply ingrained. Only Allah can save us ![]() |
chelseabmw: Wow..........So common Ethiopia that just gained their independence that day here.....Na wah ooo....Nigeria nor dey shame self? If 'Common' Ethiopia, as you put it, can successfully operate a National carrier without the benefit of oil and other natural resources. Is the greater shame not that of your 'uncommmon' more savvy Nigeria?. I swear, Nigerians are a 'special' breed. |
@riker1981 are you serious? The report cites the leaked data as being on a website owned by a Nigeria-based newspaper not a private / chat site. ![]() |
Men of god God ko, thieving, self-servicing bast_ards preying on the gullible and desperate ni! ![]() |
It's an indictment of Nigeria and Nigerians to see people urging Mikel to pay. What does is matter if its a week or even an hours pay to him. Paying would most probably open is family up as prime kidnapping targets in the future and encourage more outrageous demands. If I were Mikel, I'd use however many year's wages it would take to buy the best private army I can get to trace and teach the kidnappers a lesson and a half. |
The shame is not in the state seeking power from Cameroon, rather it is in the fact that the so-called Giant-of-Africa (in mouth only) cannot generate enough electricity of it's own despite an abundance of natural resource and man-power. Giant cess-pit of Africa |
How many crazy things have I done? I remember having sex with a girl under a car when I was about 7-8 years old . We were caught by a mallam and I managed to escape. I still remember the look of shock on the face of that mallam. He must have been thinking what kind of Sodom and gamorrah is this Lagos? Aged 10. a group of us went jumping, initially from the first floor, of uncompleted flats in Festac onto building sand on the ground. We dared each other to keep going a floor up until Chinedu broke his leg. His poor dad had to look after him, missing a few weeks of work. A whole 3 months after Chinedu had fully recovered, he chopped a whole day of cane from his dad for that escapade. ![]() At around 12 nobody could understand why a previously responsible, reliable fetcher of water from the well like me was letting the bucket slip from his head repeatedly. Little did they know that I'd had my very first encounter with palm wine from my parent's secret stash. Come see mumu jjc like me drinking it like water only to find I couldn't walk straight afterwards. I chop cane dat day but palmy sweet sha. Then there was Funke, ahhhh Funke! where u dey? ![]() |
