raumdeuter:Incomplete season and we all know the players downed tools after Eva was demoted. 5 Chelsea players including Eden Hazard were fuckïng her back then. They ganged up to get Jose sacked by reeling out shitty performances game after game. There was no such mutiny at United. The players were happy with Moyes & Moyes was happy with them and yet he was 7th until he was sacked in April(34 PL games out of 38). |
elampiro:He bought Mata. He inherited a title winning squad and he also had ample time to make changes but he was lapping up the euphoria and novelty in becoming Man Utd manager for almost 3 months. Moyes is an idiöt. He could have succeeded if he wanted to but the job was just too much for him. The worst mistake was sacking Fergie’s back room staff and bringing the quacks he worked with at Everton(who had achieved nothing with him) to Man Utd. United went from being champions to 7th the next season. Probably the worst title defence in the history of Premier League. I cannot recall any defending champions that finished 7th the following season apart from Leicester who fluked their way to a title. Moyes is a hopeless manager. Just leave him where he’s at. |
4000 United fans were surveyed on The Athletic to see their views concerning Ole. The poll results are hilarious. 80% agree Ole’s poor tactical approach is why United are currently fücked and yet only 69% want him sacked immediately. This is another evidence that 90% of United fans are extremely retardėd. We cannot continue to blame the Glazers when our own fans have no standards at all. Shaking my fücking head. ![]()

elampiro:And it’s the inability to handle that pressure that has caused the pain to many of these wannabe managers. United is a juggernaut club that was ultra successful for 2 decades. Any manager coming in must be ready to match Fergie’s records because he would always be compared to Fergie and that’s where the problem lies. It’s easy to manage West Ham or Everton where the expectation is low. It’s a different kettle of fish at United where the club is expected to beat every team they face. Moyes inherited a title winning squad and finished 7th. Translation:- He couldn’t handle the pressure. He’s found his level at West Ham. Please leave him there and let him thrive in his natural habitat. He will never be a successful manager in a big club. |
raumdeuter:3 trophies 2nd place finish 81 points(highest since Fergie) 81 points(good enough to win PL in 6 previous seasons) Yet, Mourinho is deemed a failure. Mourinho’s failure is some people’s success. Jose’s immediate predecessor/successor didn’t come close to any of these feats. Ole has spent £400m and everyone termed him successful until last month. |
Oasis007:Rio is the biggest waffler on the planet. I am grateful he’s seen the light sha. At least he’s calling for a change in baton. Gary Neville is still mute. |
Eddie Howe to Newcastle confirmed. All the teams in poor form are making moves to change the status quo except Man Utd. |
melodyogonna:We have a better squad now because the owners decided to spend money - I can’t credit Ole for bringing in Ronaldo or Sancho or Varane. These are world class talents many people knew before they joined United. Where’s Ole’s equivalent of Ruben Dias(a relatively unknown player that Pep got and instantly made a massive impact to their team)? Ole hasn’t discovered any hidden gem that turned into a marquee player - after 3 years. He’s a joke! |
melodyogonna:So you know this and yet you equally claimed Ole has improved the squad? Someone posted a video on twitter(I have been looking for it). It was a clip of Shaw and Maguire trying to play through a press against Atalanta. You would almost cry watching these two players try to beat a press. It was an eye sore. They couldn’t do it. It was like watching an interclass game in a primary school. You begin to ask yourself what exactly do these players get taught by the coaching crew. How can two international England players be so useless in beating a press? |
melodyogonna:The quality isn’t good enough. I agree you don’t need a world class player in every position but at least you need decent players that can accurately pass the ball when pressed, you need decent players who understand positioning(when to pivot and when to go upfront). Darren Fletcher wasn’t a skillful player but go back and watch the old games. He had a good engine in him, he could carry the ball, he was very good at passing the ball, he could tackle and he understood positioning. These are basic skills that you would expect even from year 1 academy players. You look at McFred and everyone knows they carry no threat offensively. I don’t think there’s any rival manager that sees McFred as a threat. They don’t go into games telling their players to beware of McFred. It’s a joke. Ole has done nothing to improve any player in his squad. |
melodyogonna:We have also lost interest. Pogba is human after all. He sees his peers in other clubs and how they are surrounded with a superior supporting cast. He’s been playing with McFred for 3 years. Won’t you be frustrated? |
Mrviktor:Mention one new skill that each of the aforementioned players have added to their repertoire since they have started playing for Ole? |
melodyogonna:Why can’t Ole just watch at least 10 games of the French national team and see how Deschamps set up the midfield for Pogba to thrive? Is that too much to ask for? I will never understand why Ole went for Van De Beek when Partey was available in the same window with more or less the same fee. Ndidi was also an option but Ole turned the other cheek by waxing lyrical about McFred. |
Silentgroper:What is Greenwood doing under Ole that he wasn’t doing before he was promoted to the senior team? Greenwood should be on the same level as Haaland by now. Greenwood has always been prolific. There’s even an argument that his development has stunted under Ole. Ole’s shitty tactics isn’t getting the best out of Greenwood. This was Mason in the under-18….. 31 goals, 9 assists in 30 games.
|
melodyogonna:Did Ole buy these players with his own money cos I don’t understand this improvement you people are talking about. This was the same caliber of players that Jose asked for and he was told to coach the shitty players he had in his squad. When they realized Jose was right about needing quality recruitment, they sacked him and hired a yes man and they gave the yes man what they should have given Mourinho. As for the deadwood theory, the players Ole got rid of are better than the ones he kept. Did he really get rid of deadwood though? What are Mata, Grant, Matic, Phil Jones, etc still doing in the squad? Lukaku - better than Martial/Rashford Romero - better than Dean Henderson Herrera - better than Matic/McFred Young - better than Shaw/Brandon Williams Fellaini - better than Lingard/Mata/Matic Smalling - better than Maguire/Lindelof/Jones So what deadwood are we talking about. Most of these players have moved on to win big titles where they ply their trades now whilst Ole’s special woods have lost 6 semifinals to average teams in the same period. |
macjireh:Ole is the problem. Even Maguire was so much better at Leicester although he should never have commanded the £80m fee. |
Joezinho:Profligacy is Mourinho’s biggest problem at Roma. |
maik99:I agree with you 100%. Let’s even assume Wan Bissaka was so poor at crossing when he was bought. It’s the third season now, we ought to be seeing some level of improvement from him in the final third if Ole’s back room staff are really coaching him. Wan Bissaka of 19/20 is the same as 21/22. No marked improvement in anything he does. What we bought is what we are still seeing. Robertson wasn’t this good at Hull, look at what he’s become under Klopp. I don’t think any player has improved remarkably under Ole. I don’t think any of them has added any new skill since they started playing for him. It’s just a pile of shit!!! |
You look at this Liverpool team and one could tell they are well coached. Every player brings something positive to the team. Trent provides quality crosses and he can score directly from free kicks. Wan Bissaka cannot cross, he’s semi-decent in 1-v-1 situations, lacks the spatial intelligence in the defence, contributes nothing during set pieces. If Trent is a 9/10 player, Wan Bissaka is 2/10. It’s these subtle differences that make Liverpool a top team while United will never win anything under the current manager. |
elampiro:Hahahaha - I knew you would deny this. This discourse started with your assertion that Jose never did well with young players(apart from Porto). I pointed it to you that he did well with young players at Chelsea and I went on to show you proof that his 04/05 squad had the youngest age average in PL history. You asked to see the number of minutes played by the young players to build a case for your argument and that is when it went left for you. ![]() You cited 1600 mins as proof of lack of trust in young players and I cited Pogba’s stat in 19/20. You quickly saw the folly in that point and tried to reverse back by using “whatever happened to Pogba” as a crutch. When you finally realized factors like injury, bereavement, lack of fitness can also contribute to the lack of minutes, your mouth started twitching. You then tried to inject agberoism into the argument by saying my epistle is a proof of a lost argument. ![]() When will you learn your lesson? The more you resist, the more motivation for me to show how clueless you are. Don’t let your dented ego get in the way. Accept your defeat and move on. It would save you from this misery and humiliation. ![]() By the way, is Torres better than Rooney? ![]() |
elampiro:I lost an argument when your postulated theory once again defeated you? Your initial stance was that Robben didn’t play many minutes because Jose didn’t trust him since he’s a young player. Until it was revealed to you that Robben didn’t play many minutes because of injuries. When he played, he destroyed everything before him and he was included in the PFA team of the season. How did a fringe player(your assertion) get into a PFA team if Jose didn’t like young players? Every time you postulate a fake theory, it gets destroyed easily. We are still waiting for your answer if Torres is better than Rooney. It’s been 5 months since I asked you the question and your medulla oblongata has refused to come up with an answer. Elampiro: Chopping Ls since 1964. ![]() |
elampiro:For what reason? Is Pogba a starter for United or not? All of a sudden, your theory has bottomed out. Any time you postulate a theory, it always came back to bite you in the asš. Remember the day you said Rooney finished top 5 ballon d’Or so it means he’s better than XYZ player? I then asked you if you thought Torres(Top 3) was better than Rooney? You disappeared and never came back. Robben(for instance) was a starter for Chelsea but injuries didn’t let him play as many minutes as Jose would have wanted in 04/05. He was their top performer that season. His 1200 PL minutes that season still got him into the PFA team of the season in 04/05. Once again, your postulated theory has defeated you. ![]() |
elampiro:Pogba had fewer minutes(1200 mins) in 19/20 season. So that means Pogba wasn’t a starter for United? ![]() |
elampiro:Once again, the facts have defeated you. ![]()
|
BikeMan:You are making your argument. I simply said playing 3 at the back would protect Ole and prevent scandalous losses like 0-5 at Old Trafford. If you took my sentence to mean United would never lose any game if they play 3 at the back, blame your comprehension. ![]() |
Norwich just sacked their manager. He’s in a better form than Ole. When will this nightmare end? |
elampiro:Checkmate!!!
|
elampiro:His 04/05 Chelsea team were the youngest average PL winners and they broke points record in 2005. So tell us another lie. ![]()
|
nitrogen:They are not the real fans. 90% of those singing fans are tourists. They are just happy to be in the stadium with their new shiny iPhones to record and take pictures. The real fans have been priced out. The real fans watch the games at the nearby pubs. This is the problem with modern football especially for the big PL clubs. The standards keep dropping. Ole(having spent £160m on defenders) has conceded more goals at Old Trafford than Norwich have conceded at Carrow road and you have people clapping for him with such a horrendous performance. Somebody wake me I am dreaming. ![]() |
BikeMan:They didn’t concede 5 in any of those games. |
BikeMan:That’s not what I said. I said 3 at the back is a defensive formation and it would protect the defence more than the normal 4 at the back. Even Chelsea have lost games to small teams with 3 at the back so when did I say 3 at the back is impenetrable. City with all their might could only score 2 goals. It would have been 5 or 6 goals conceded if Ole had played his normal 4 at the back. ![]() |
