I may not know much about other local and State buildings in Nigeria but have you seen our state of the art headquarter church in London?

Exactly the point my brother, DL doesn't solicit for funds or receive all kinds of funds like many others. And because this money will not fall from Heaven, it will be a heavy burden on the people. Maybe not on people in London because anything coming into Nigeria from outside is big money usually to Nigerians.
i know DL majorly sources funds internally. Even that internally they will still question and filter. You need to see the way people give outside DL in Nigeria, then maybe you'll better understand.

Asides from the headquarters and the school at former IBTC which were both built for looooong periods and at big budgets on the church membership, most of the local and state churches is not too good. This will be an unneeded burden on the church at this time. It's better for an interested billionaire investor to do it than make it another project for the members.
