I've been thinking deep about religion, Christianity and other Abrahamic religions promoted by the Jews. These religions made us to believe that God is all loving, kind and forgiving and all powerful. But why does this benevolent supreme being allow for evil to exist? God is all powerful why doesn't he remove evil from the world? Why didn't he destroy the devil once and for all instead allowing him to pollute mankind? If he's so powerful and can see the future why does he create or allow evil people to be born?. Why would someone create a population just to watch them destroy each other while he sits looking down at the havoc. I've read the Bible and on a logical level I have found inconsistencies. My brain tells me that all these isn't logical but my heart tells me that it's deeper than I can understand.

Your idea and definition of love is not the Bible's full definition of love BTW.
To help summarize the answers you need, not want. Let me say to you to stop overrating yourself or any human being. Humans are actually less than a speck of dust before the Almighty. We think our actions, fists/fits and deeds are very big, God doesn't. He has condescended to choose of us whom He will, according to His requirements for His Heavenly project.
He will in reality thrash the rest in hell, like we all thrash thrash(what we don't need).

For example if you define the god as the universe then that is where your description ends because any other attribute you try to tack on fails to have any discernable evidence, like saying the god is beyond the universe. It might be true that there is a god beyond the universe but we cannot know that since the universe is a conglomeration of all that exists so how can we know something of what exists outside of all that exists? The most honest conclusion therefore is we do not know if a god exists but an omnibenevolent one definitely doesn't exist.

This is more of a burden and loss on a church. The deeper life that i know hasn't even funded itself to build standard churches and equipment. Where will they get money to build world class university? i understand that every unknown local government wants university in their community but it doesn't just work like that without plan.

You forgot that no atheist has the fear of God and can therefore do and undo. SMH, humans always try to present themselves and belief as the best/holiest. i see. No one is in doubt of the bold, in fact the Bible teaches it. Also, the post that you were responding to didn't talk about bad thoughts in general but about lusting after your neighbour's wife.
On evaluation, you cannot really know the thoughts of a person talk less of evaluate. Only God knows the thoughts, intents and motives of every man and will give proper judgement in due season.

i responded to your saying it is impossible(There is no way to avoid such thoughts) not to "look at your neighbour's wife lustfully". This my friend is very possible by God's grace. i have not looked/thought at my neighbor's wife/wives lustfully in years. But i went on to explain more clearly about different types of thoughts. It will be wrong to group all thoughts together in the context.

i have answered your question comprehensively. When you say "so", it implies that you think i said otherwise. The Bible doesn't teach that anyone has never sinned or had bad thoughts. So the word "never" should not be in question. ALL have sinned.
If you are asking if i have bad thoughts like i explained, NO. i have made a covenant not to think bad thoughts.
If you are asking if bad thoughts cross my mind. YES, bad thoughts cross everyone(including the man Jesus)'s mind but in differing frequencies. Bad thoughts are temptations from the devil usually due to things we encounter/experience. In this case, we cast down and bring into captivity every imagination and thought to the obedience of Christ.

There are different types of thoughts/thinking. A thought can cross your mind OR you may decide to think about something.
A thought crossing your mind is like a bird flying over your head. You can avoid the frequency and nearness of a bird flying over your head. You can also avoid(with high probability) a bird pooping on your head. In plain words, thoughts may flash to you(including evil thoughts or temptation). That one is not really your fault. You can of course decide not to dwell on it or to act negatively on it.
On the second hand, you can decide to think, meditate and ruminate on something or anything. i guess that's the part you guys are talking about. i can decide that i want to think about my life, or an exam, or a speech or my neighbor's wife or sister or daughter. That's what PastorM hinted with the Job scripture. Thinking bad things in this way is avoidable especially by God's grace and even some discipline. There are people who think about sex with women they are not married to, as they are talking to them or seeing them just passing by. This is very avoidable.

The youtuber should go and find real content or find better work, instead of using Selman's name to try and gain traction. Selman hasn't denied the Scriptures in the clip presented, he doesn't say that scriptures are not inspired. He simply said a very obvious thing. It's not God literally talking throughout. He's talking about rightly dividing the Word of God/Truth.
Fall down and worship Nebuchadnezzar/Crucify Him/Let us build a tower is in the Bible, but it is not God's command. We have lessons to learn there but they are not things we should do but don'ts.
