Reallyhuh? The same Buhari that Condemned Jonathan's administration for partnering with foreign soldiers?

Didn't Buhari promise to tackle BH alone? Almost 400 people have died since May 29 alone. How many more deaths before we will see to an end of this madness dear President Buhari?
Jonathan's administration had Chadian soldiers and other soldiers IN NIGERIA supposedly fighting boko haram. That was what Buhari condemned. Nigerian army was looking so helpless before the world and Chad and co were sending in people like no man's land. This is different from meeting with neighbouring countries to shore up their borders and move their soldiers OUT of Nigeria. Opposition doesn't mean you should be dishonest or stop thinking, please.

So what answers did the reporter get ? She went to interview Mugabe, will you say that she succeeded? She was not intelligent enough to get Mugabe's audience and you want us to praise her, right ? Smart journalist would have gotten Mugabe to address the issues she raised, even if briefly. But, she could not. She should enrol for further training, I suggest.
What training? Adeola Fayehun is a decent journalist and one of our finest at the present. She's daring and going places. i'be seen her interview President Jonathan.

How? What is respect? Are we to respect criminality and irresponsibility? i respect the MAN president Jonathan for his position and as a human (human dignity). i have no respect or partiality for ACTS of criminality. If GEJ had held on to power, that would be a criminal, unpatriotic act leading to anarchy and other violence.

we are saved from death.
imagine life without death,
It is called everlasting life.
John 3:16, For God so love the world, whosever believe should have everlasting life.
it's a beautiful thing.
Some people say they will soon get tired of life.Because of this, God has designed eternal life in such a way that we live aboundantly (continous life after death ) without we ourselves being conscious of what has been happening
Yes, we are saved from eternal death because of our faith in Jesus. Faith in Jesus is a practical thing, it is not a passive idea of being born into a christian house or family. Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. That substance and evidence has to be in God through Jesus Christ. Our faith or trust should be in Jesus, not in being born in a christian family or religion. Of course, genuine faith in Christ produces works of repentance, for faith without works is dead faith. Faith in Jesus is not dead faith. Anyone who has faith in Jesus will show fruits of repentance.
Politics › Re: The False Accusations Against Ngozi Okonjo Iweala by Image123(m): 8:44pm On May 23, 2015
Sweetguy25:
Her duties are the management of government finances and formulation of fiscal policy.
Okay, remember that she is the coordinating minister of the economy, not just the finance minister. Being coordinating minister of the economy is not ceremonial BTW. Also remember her first stint as Finance minister and the 'controversy' of her being paid more than double other ministers and also being paid in dollars. I'm sure we can safely assume that her current deal with the government is better than that. She is been paid and should do her job, not just be ceremonial.

Now, to her "duties" of managing government finances and formulation of fiscal policy. For we lay men, fiscal policy is the use of government revenue collection (mainly taxes) and expenditure (spending) to influence the economy. So, we are saying that NOI's job is to use government money(revenue) and spending to influence the economy POSITIVELY. What have we seen instead, government money has been wasted and mismanaged, it is as simple as that. She's not been able to account properly for TAXES which is the textbook definition of government revenue collection. Nigeria's government revenue collection is largely from oil and has remained so under NOI.
Fiscal policy can be used to stabilize the economy over the course of the business cycle. NOI has been unable to effectively do this as she has neither POSITIVELY influenced government spending or helped with revenue collection. Nigeria's main revenue collection is oil based so we miss the textbook definition she learnt in school which is taxes.
NOI has failed to spread the wealth in Nigeria despite been one of the most powerful women in the world according to Forbes. Not to take anything away from her classroom brilliance or whatever achievements she has in the past or future. The focus is on the present, which is the GEJ administration. In her term with the GEJ administration, she has not down well. She and the CBN work together, they either pass together or fail together. Your OP trying to shift the blame from her to a faceless CBN is comical. Any achievements she claims about macroeconomics or GDP growth is in conjuction with the CBN. And that period was a Sanusi period too.
If you insist on separating them, well, CBN deals more with MONETARY policy which involves interest rates, lending rates and supply of money. We have had no major complaints in this areas. Fiscal policy which we both know as NOI's job involves savings and investment in the economy, and the distribution of income. Ngozi's term has not made savings but incurred crazy debts. They have not made GOOD investments in the economy, and of course that income has not been distributed to us. Only politicians have been sharing the loots freely.
i'm sure you know, or should know that NOI has not been able to stabilize prices or help the naira despite dipping both hands and legs into our reserves and taking OVER 400billion naira this year alone. When a person spends over 400billion naira and is unable to achieve result. When a person is unable to do the job of effeciently cutting government expenditure when that is her job. She has not done well. She should have honorable resigned loooooong time ago instead of being the lying face of the GEJ administration. People respect her and therefore believe her, but she used that advantage to give bold-face lies for the government during her term.

Sweetguy25:
Ngozi may go down in history as the most famous Minister of finance Nigeria has ever had. I doubt if previous ministers of finance were scrutinized and castigated as much she was.

But let me ask please – What crimes did Ngozi commit that she is so much vilified and abused by Nigerians? Why do Nigerians blame all their economic problems on Ngozi? Is it because she was conferred with the ceremonial title of “coordinating minister of the economy”?

I have found out that many people who accuse Ngozi of destroying the Nigerian economy are blatantly ignorant of how the Nigerian economy is setup and the duties of the minister of finance.

For starters, there are two ways of controlling an economy – Fiscal Policy and Monetary Policy.
Fiscal policy is the use of government revenues and expenditure to stimulate economic growth while monetary policy is basically the use of money supply (e.g. interest rates) to stimulate economic productivity.
Fiscal policy in Nigeria is maintained and managed by the Ministry of Finance while monetary policy is managed by the central bank of Nigeria.
I find it highly hypocritical that nobody ever accuses the CBN of not doing enough to stimulate economic growth and employment. Incidentally, majority of Nigerians are ignorant of the duties and functions of the CBN.
It is the duty of the Central bank to control and manage
- interest rates;
- inflation;
- foreign exchange reserves;
- the national credit system;
- exchange rates
In Nigeria however, we often accuse Ngozi of depleting our foreign reserves, we accuse her of the high exchange rates; we accuse her of unemployment; we accuse her of inflation; we accuse her of everything wrong with the economy. These aren't her duties.

Ngozi does not control exchange rates, the CBN does
Ngozi does not manage or control our foreign reserves, the CBN does
Ngozi does not control inflation, the CBN does
Ngozi’s job is to manage the revenues and expenditures of the federal government; how your state governors spend their allocation and revenues is not her concern.

She has carried out her duties to the best of her ability and I can’t think of any previous minister of finance that did a better job than Okonjo Iweala.

Nigerians should learn to apportion blames to whom they are due

Blame the CBN for inflation
Blame the CBN for high rates interest
Blame the CBN for not managing the foreign reserves properly
Don’t blame Okonjo Iweala

Thank you.
i will be merciful and not pieces your post literally.
Please, what is Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala's duties, you didn't say?

When you hear people saying give your life to christ what are they trying to talk about?
to give your life to Christ and to repent from sin are two different things, christians mixed up these things and caused confusion for themselves.
while repentance from sin means to change from your bad ways which will never bring salvation, because even Muslims can repent too, To give your life to christ simply means to join christianity if you were a muslim or any other religion outside christianity.
salvation is Christianity or the Christian religion itself and not any other religion. Jesus is the founder of Christianity just like Muhammad founded islam and Abraham founded Judaism( the old covenant ) which God has rejected.
Therefore, Jesus is the only way to God, that means, Christianity is the only way to God, it is the only approved religion where men ought to worship in spirit and in truth. that means, all other religions that came long before Christianity came to earth including Judaism, were all thieves.
John 10:1 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He(the high priest of every other religion, example, Abraham. Jesus is the high priest of Christianity ) that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold(through Christianity ), but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.
And also
Matthew 24:23 Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.
This is simply saying,if any religion(example, muhammed ) that comes after Christianity has been established on earth, that disciples in Christianity should not believe in such religion but remain in their christian faith.
note: Christianity is our faith, without Christianity our faith it is impossible to please God. You must believe in Jesus, not in muhammed or Abraham or anything else.
Therefore, if you were born into a christian home you are saved.
Now that we are saved, our priority as christians is not to be going to church, our priority is to think of something good to better this world through love.
Love everybody alike, be it christians or Muslims or whatever.
our opinion is Christianity is the way because we were born into Christianity. Muslims says Islam is the way, because they were born into Islam, so is all the religions.
But opinion does not matter.
What you say does not matter ,what matter is what you do.
And what you should do is to love everybody alike irrespective of the religion.
currently, my brothers fiance is a Muslim and he love her so much, he intend to marry her but family problem arises.
To me, i will marry the Muslim i don't care, that's what i told him.
Saved from what or who?

Yes o, the clean General that worked under the incorruptible administration of General sani Abacha. In fact, Buhari has this to say of his late boss in June 2008.

"All the allegations levelled against the personality of the late Gen. Sani Abacha will remain allegations. It is 10 years now, things should be over by now." “ten years after Abacha, those allegations remain unproven because of lack of facts”.

There was the allegation of missing $2.5billion when he was bNNPC boss/Petroleum Minister. We are yet to see a comprehensive audit of the NNPC books in 1977-1979

The incorruptible Baba jailed Ambrose Ali for donatin #100k to his party when he was Governor, but accepted Presidential bus worth 50 million naira from Rochas Okorocha, accepted multi-millions from Atiku Abubakar, amaechi etc to fund his campaign.

The incorruptible baba was brought into politics by equally incorruptible Maryam Abacha, Wife of Sani Abacha.

The incorruptible #Baba saw nothing wrong in giving party flag in Kebi state to Abubakar Bagudu, who was Abacha's partner -in-loot.

Ooooops!!!! Buhari is as incorruptible and clean just like Obasanjo and Abacha...

According to the bible(specifically revelation), those that were killed unjustly cry out to "god" for vengeance, does that mean his won't take place and those lives would get no retribution?

Ultimately this would mean "god" wasn't just as it turned a blind eye to those killed then also decided to render mercy to the killer instead on the account of acknowledging his existence only....

Imagine a human court run in this manner, where your crimes are instantly forgiven if you "honour" the judge, would you find such a system just?
Lol, it doesn't exactly work that way.
