Action speaks louder than voice na. If we criticise Buhari voice on amnesty, what should we do to President Jonathan's action on amnesty?

But we are not ignorant of Abati, NOI, Patience, Okupe etc 'solving President Jonathan away' for the past six years. He is barely consulted on National issues like postponing election and he rarely gives a damn except when told to.

GEJ's manners are already corrupted beyond redemption, so he doesn't even appear as an option. For Buhari, the point of the merger is to win. He cannot win with scripture union party, he'll just be among the 14 or so irrelevant parties. BTW, where did Buhari say a former head of state didn't steal?

i don't trust Tunde Bakare, i don't trust his judgment, and i don't trust his environment. GEJ is surrounded by confirmed thieves and ex-convicts, touts and society misfits. Buhari is surrounded by alleged thieves, technocrats, performers, and those that can at least fake some measure of restraint, discipline, listening ear, hardwork, common sense and integrity.

P. S - i hope Bakare has shifted that seat of his, before i come personally to burn it for him.

Why is President Jonathan spending so much time and resources in the South West? Do you notice that he has barely gone to Ekiti and Ondo state to canvass support from their Obas? Has he been assured by Mimiko and Fayose not to worry? Is this democracy? Why does he seem to believe in settling a few elite to determine millions of votes? Does he support and stand more for rigging? The South West has been severely neglected and funds have been coming in frustratingly late. These funds affect the whole states, the masses and the civil servants. It is a common occurence for them not to be paid for months. But the President is settling Obas in Ogun, Lagos, Osun and Oyo. Are they in charge of the votes or is it one man one vote?
Politics › Re: Live-presidendential Interactive Session With Nollywood Stars by Image123(m): 9:51pm On Mar 15, 2015
The show can best be described as a "dumbing down of the society". Who are the people advicing the President, have they not been paid? How on earth does this waste of money achieve anything? President jonathan has been frequenting Lagos and holding all kinds of meetings in Lagos like it is the new capital. What happened to Abuja, or holding events at different parts and zones of the country? Lagos has been governed by opposition for the past 16years, this only shows how at home they have made everyone feel. It is a testimony to good or better governance that the ruling government can not find a better location to hold their programmes.
i was watching PoliticsToday on Channelstv, where Gerba Shehu was making sense, until they had to link up and start showing "Showbiz Interactive Session With GEJ". This is almost an hour and there has been nothing interactive so far with GEJ. It is just a gathering of entertainers. Entertainers! That is a joke. Entertainers are never a true reflection of anything, their job is to be paid to do stuff. Pay entertainers 1000naira, they will entertain you, in fact 5000naira may get you a VIP seat, and they will do all sort of stuff. Actors and actresses are paid to read scripts for crying out loud. They can act as robbers, homosexuals, wicked in-laws, fake pastors, anything. So, their words hold little or no weight. BTW, most of them made their names before the current administration and without the help of any government. It's interesting to note that most of the performers so far are not from Lagos or the South West. Most of what is being performed has nothing to do with good governance but just mere jokes and intellectual laziness driven propaganda.

2. Read Mattew 16:28. He assured his listeners

If you are not aware of most of the questions, why don't you do your research.

You either dismissed some as new media propaganda or asked where I saw them.

All allegations against GEJ are also from the news media, are they propaganda also?
i did my research and found out that they were mere propaganda, only found on internet blogs and newspaper pages. i will stay with David Mark on this. If you have something credible, please bring it up. What allegations against GEJ? We have video evidence of President Jonathan saying most of the things he is being criticized of/for. Stealing is not corruption, how much did Nwobodo stole. America will know etc. His inactions against corruption and mismanagement, his 1billion food, these are all clearly seen and with substantial evidence softcopy, hardcopy, all kinds of copy.

How can you say that it means human rights. He did not mention civilian casualty sir. Stop putting words in his mouth OK. He did not want FG to attack BH. He even said that BH should be treated like Niger Delta militants who were flown to Aso Rock on presidential jet. Stop twisting fact.

The human rights issue as reported by international media is a rereport of Nigerian media propaganda output. No international media organisation went to the North East. They report what you sold to them, APC..
Interesting, i did not put words in his mouth. The truth is there for all to see, the soldiers were waging war on the North and killing a lot of innocents. Here is Amnesty International's on how our military were opening fire on children, women and other innocents. They have also arrested and detained many innocents apart from killing them. BTW, what exactly did he say? Do you have audio or video evidence, or newspaper demsay evidence? Let's see the context in line and view of other Buhari statements. i've watched and you can also watch Buhari on boko haram, on cnn, al-jazeera, bbc and channelstv. He did not have kind words for them, that is evidence. please, consider the context with these other ones. Even God can be misunderstood if context is not considered, that is quite evident from the various interpretations of religious books. For instance, one can be bigoted to say "godliness with CONTENTMENT is great gain" and interpret that to mean one should be content with rubbish. Nonetheless, several other passages will show and prove that even believers can aim high, plan and work hard.
BTW, many Nigerians thought the amnesty offered to the Niger-Delta militants was wrong and many expected other disgruntled sects to rise and demand for their own amnesty. The government actually declared amnesty for boko haram last year. It was said to be part of the administration’s youths-friendly programmes and policies. i'm having a laugh here, you are not saying anything about the government that DID it, but you have a problem with Buhari for ALLEGEDLY saying it. Have you ever heard that ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS? Jonathan ACTED Buhari allegedly SAID, but you think we should crucify Buhari? No way sir.

Look at my response on this thread to 15 questions. I addressed this. I don't want absolve him totally but I want you accept your blame for the ignoble role APC, Buhari, Emirs, Northern elders and the saboteurs in the army plaid. Blames also goes to the US.
No, all blame goes to the current administration. They are the ones elected and heavily paid top do the job. People are free to talk(freedom of speech). It is the government's responsibility to govern right.

I will tell you why it was necessary that GEJ listened to Northern elders

Insurgency is not a conventional warfare. The enemies hide within the people so you need the cooperation of the people who know them to defeat them.

BH had sympathisers in the population. The imams and emirs that opposed them are all dead.

Over 95% of our gallant officer were killed under ambush. Someone was giving the BH information. We had such casualty when the northerners pretended to support the war, what would have happened if they were openly opposed to it because they do not like the face of the commander? Unimaginable bro. So he had to obey to get a level of cooperation.
Who are the Northern elders and when did President Jonathan listen to them? Would he have listened if they told him to resign office, or not run second term, or become a muslim? According to allegations, you are talking about 2011 or 2012 events. President Jonathan did not do anything until 2014/2015. So, even IF they were advicing him, he was still too late, too indecisive. Driving is not just about turning right or left or just going straight. There is time, when it is okay to go straight and time when you should turn right. In this case, President Jonathan is the nation's driver who turned left late and entered head on collision "o ma se" accident. War is about strategies, a strategy will only work at the right and best time, not every time. The CinC appears to know little or nothing about wars. Some of those that had the temerity to oppose boko haram openly died, yes. That does not mean that those alive today support boko haram. Not every one is foolish or foolhardy. If you live in the North, you don't talk anyhow or behave anyhow. Even president Jonathan said it, he said "if i go there, they will just kill me". That is the CinC with battalions of soldiers at his disposal and billions of naira security vote. He refused to go anywhere near Chibok for months. So, is it retired soldier or imam that you want to just waste his soul? Evdrybody in the North knows they are not secure, so why should they put themselves at risk foolishly by talking against boko haram? It is the government that is supposed to protect every part of Nigeria and make freedom of speech a reality, not just paperwork. When government, President and officials are mute about boko haram, so you expect imams and emirs to do gani fawehinmi and Oyedepo over there in the North? The NA was heavily compromised due to corruption and orders from above, not because of opposition.

Obasanjo volunteered to meet with them to get information on what they wanted, was he in support? They believed he would not betray them because he believed in the cause of islam. His utterances like vowing to spread sharia to all of Nigeria endeered him to them.
This is what i am saying. Obasanjo complained bitterly recently that President Jonathan did not listen to him about boko haram. The Australian negotiator also was not listened to. Here, Davis warned as far back as August 2014 about boko haram linking with ISIS. What did the government do, but to treat boko haram with kid gloves and as siblings. Why should Buhari be negotiator when he knows he will just be wasting his time? Has the experience of obasanjo and Steven Davis not proved so and vindicated him?
When boko haram asked for Buhari, they also asked the government to arrest Modu Sheriff, they asked for compensation for families of its members killed. They also named four other people apart from Buhari to negotiate. Did the government do what boko haram said? Have you castigated or criticized them or these other 4 people for not obeying boko haram? Why is it only Buhari you are not happy did not obey boko haram?

The army are laying their lives for you and I, the list you can do is to support them. You want them to fail so that you castigate the CinC. Did they really lie? This guys were dealing with faceless people. They were getting information they believed were real and only to find out they were false. they informed you immediately and you are using it against them to your advantage? is that fair?
Nobody wants the army to fail, except perhaps those that benefit from the army's failure. There is something called 'once beaten twice shy'. The army has lied to Nigerians several times, so we cannot immediately take what they say with an embrace. They need to win back their trust and that takes time. They lied about the numbers of casualties involved in many of the boko haram attacks, they lied about getting the chibok girls, they even initially lied that there were no chibok girls anywhere, they lied about having enough weapons, they lied about a cease fire agreement. The UN has being practically begging Nigeria to implement arms trade treaty but the government has been very slow and unwilling because of corruption. They would rather give weapons to rascals and ragtag rebels like boko haram, militants like tompolo and asari, and opc and other touts for political gains. What with the ease with which boko haram was sweeping off weapons and ammunition from barracks and police stations etc for years? You think it is APC? Think again. There are people that benefit a lot of money and ask for $billions to fight boko haram. There are people that carry $15million in private jets to fight boko haram. There are monies from the UN and many countries coming in to 'assist' some people to fight boko haram. There are people whose non performance, incompetence and theft can be covered by the blood of Jesus boko haram. If anyone has profited immensely from boko haram crises, it is this current administration.

This is not answer.
What is the definition of major event BTW? What is the answer? Why has boko haram never attacked GEJ or Otuoke or any of his relatives? Like i said, we will need to ask Boko Haram, maybe because the PDP planned it that way.

I addressed this in my earlier response. Go check.

Working with corrupt Abacha is not the issue, the issue is that Buhari said Abacha was not corrupt. Mai Gaskya said Abacha was not corrupt in 2008. You have not answered my question here honestly
You said "the army was trying hard not to commit human right offenses". Are you kidding? In a SoE, boko haram are shooting videos and moving in long convoys and you say army does not want to commit offenses? i don't know whether to laugh or to e-slap you for this! So boko haram is moving around with many cars, flags and ammunition, and the army did not stop them or challenge them because of human right offense? i refuse to smh at this as that would be a waste of energy.
Where did Buhari say that Abacha was not corrupt, the video i referred you to shows Buhari referring to Abacha's administration as that of WANTON corruption. He also adviced that people MUST NOT BE INTELLECTUALLY LAZY. please, come with substantial proofs to your allegations.

You amuse me honestly. you are answering like my friend GenBuhari. Nobody was hired or fired you said. i think you should get acquinted with facts before you come for this kind of stuff unless you were paid to write something wink
Maybe your friend GenBuhari has a point and is saying the truth. Who hired Buhari since i see it is Buhari you are referring to? Fact is that Buhari remains a better leader and manager than President Jonathan. And i'd rather have Osinbajo, Fayemi, Fashola, Oby, El-Rufai, Ameachi, Dabiri, Aisha Buhari, Kwakwanso, and yes Tinubu working for and speaking for me, than Fani-Kayode, Fayose, Sambo, Patience Jonathan, Asari Dokubo, Gbenga Daniel, Alamesaigha and Obanikoro. i don't have to be paid for common sense.

Yes he did. You should rather look for where he said so. [s]Now that you know that he said so, tell me, did he disappoint you or you agree with him?[/s]
The burden of proof is on you. You accused him of saying something about abacha. i have shown you video evidence where he said otherwise. He referred to Abacha's regime as that of wanton corruption. So, you show me where he said Abacha is not corrupt.

See question? Look on the web sir. Obasanjo probed him and has confirmed it. oh boy! Are you for real? I see you are surprised. come out and quickly. You have been sold a dummy wink
It appears you are the one being sold a dummy here. There is no where N25B was stolen under Buhari. Obasanjo cleared Buhari of any such allegations, where were you? See here and here

It is corruption sir. You are not supposed to use any proxy. it means he awarded contracts to himself. It is corruption and it is a crime.
It is in the web. The report of the investigative panel. If you ask nicely, I can send to you wink
No, it is not corruption to award contracts to a competent company or organisation. It is not corruption to employ a competent relative if such relative meets all requirements. Except there is a policy that says NO. Where there is no such policy, it is permitted. You are making mere unfounded allegations, please be substantial. i already asked you, how nicely is nice? Do you need a bribe or a picture of me kneeling down?

No body is disputing that the economy was bad. What we are saying is that he could not turn it around. his actions worsened it. And to buttress his inability to grow wealth, he has not been able to change the size of his cattle since 2007. it has been 150 all along. He has not acquired any further training, wrote no books, no speeches etc. Why will i hand over my company to a manager that destroyed my company 30 years ago who has not developed himself in any way nor acquired any more experience?
If you are not disputing that the economy was dismally bad before Buhari in 1983, then stop telling half-truths. You made it seem as if Buhari made the economy bad. The economy was terrible already and Nigeria was piling debts everywhere during the Shagari adminstration. There were no jobs and the hardworking Ghanaians bore the brunt of the attacks, because Nigerians were deceived into thinking Ghanaians were the reason why there was no job. Just like the current administration blames opposition for everything wrong with Nigeria. Buhari did not receive support from the international community like the UN, UK, US, IMF, OPEC etc. They tried to frustrate his government because it was military. Democracy wasn't working for the common man as evidenced in Fela's frustrations when he referred to Democracy as nonsense and demonstration of craze. Nigerians were not 'feeling' the government and were very excited when the government was toppled. But the international community was more interested in Democracy even if it will kill us. They refused to borrow Buhari money to help revamp the economy or allow him increase crude oil exports. They gave him ridiculous and demeaning conditions. He called their bluff and made deals with Brazil and Italy instead. The super powers saw that Buhari was still making progress and paying off Nigeria's debts despite them that was why they supported and sponsored the IBB coup. Please do not re-write history because of pdp/apc. And stay somewhere, not straddling the two sides of the fence. Is Buhari very very rich or he has just 150 cows? Which one?
You talked about training, books and speeches. It shows off your intellectual laziness. Come back to me on that after you have been interviewed by the BBC, CNN and Al-Jazeera. Or after you or even President Jonathan has gone to Chattham house to speak. You think any riff-raff can speak at chattham house? Chatham House is ranked the second most influential think tank in the world, thinkers are there, not political jobbers and touts. High profile speakers like David Cameron, Banki-Moon, Nelson Mandela, Queen of England, Buhari are the type of people that give speeches there.

What he wants you to believe and you are buying it.

His wife donated 137 million and he borrowed to buy ticket. It is a lie
Have you heard that he had a house in Ikoyi? No you wont know about that

Is it a crime for a small child to be rich?
But you want us to believe that he can not manage more than 150 cows when you try to show that he cannot manage the economy. A man that managed the NNPC when it built two refineries. Please, try to get substantiated evidence and facts, not just propaganda. Buhari's wife did not donate 137million of her money. So what if he has/had a house at Ikoyi? Is he not old enough or handsome enough to? Do you not know for a fact that he refused to collect salary for his PTF job? You are very well aware that President Jonathan's child is richer than Buhari, right?

Life is not getting pleasant for me, it's frustrating ,Yea depressing nd more storming. I'm passing through a spiritual storm right now...a strong one.
When I gave my life to Christ God gave me a gift of singing -can write and compose songs nd sing as well with varied pitch. Before the bestower of that gift I had a dream where someone has stood beside me and saying to me "go and catch fish" and I went to do so.
Thus I know the gift is given to me for an arduous task that need to be completed. As of now I have written more than 120 spiritual songs. I had look forward to starting the music group once I gain admission into University. As that will give me more access to gifted brethrens to fulfil the commission God has chosen us for.
I do feel the task resting on my heart calling to be done with urgency.
Beforehand I'm a Brilliant student and that is no boasting it's Just a simple truth. People do wonder why I have not gain admission despite my brilliancy. I completed my secondary education in 2012 and since then I have been home getting older every seconds. My mate have gain admission and they do wonder why their brilliant friend has not gain admission. What may have been the cause?
I registered for this ongoing JAMB and I believe hardwork is the only ladder to success. Thus, I have no explanation for laziness. And Lord knows I'm not lazy with the brain He gave me. I sat for my exam today only to receive a text stating I had a score of 239 far lower than what I put in there.
This is, of course, I know it's good for some but definitely not for me. All days in the Library reading not for my own sake but for the sake of the helpless. Being a Doc I believe I stand a chance to help many thus, the reason for my effort to accomplish this.
But maybe I'm wrong, maybe education won't be the way I will get to help people. Maybe the Lord is angry with me for procrastinating the mission He gave me to accomplish. For I can see as much as any Christian will do that this,is more a spiritual issue. No one can accuse me not even Satan for God himself declare me guiltless.
That been that, I ask is the Lord angry with me? ,is all these happening to make me note something? I can't Just understand why!!
Brethrens look into my words and give your Spiritual insight. I'm, ready to answer any question if it can help to clarify things.
Wow, just be patient and don't overrate yourself. That is the summary of my advice to you. God is not against you or fighting you. The unfortunate situation of Nigeria is what is against you. Keep on developing yourself though, and never give up on God. Ask Him to help you and keep asking Him, He will help you.
Christianity Etc › Re: Proper Christian Conduct/behaviour To Political Leaders by Image123(op): 11:08pm On Mar 13, 2015
David's christian conduct to political leaders I

1Sa 24:6 And he said unto his men, The LORD forbid that I should do this thing unto my master, the LORD's anointed, to stretch forth mine hand against him, seeing he is the anointed of the LORD.
1Sa 24:8 David also arose afterward, and went out of the cave, and cried after Saul, saying, My lord the king. And when Saul looked behind him, David stooped with his face to the earth, and bowed himself.
1Sa 24:9 And David said to Saul, Wherefore hearest thou men's words, saying, Behold, David seeketh thy hurt?
1Sa 24:10 Behold, this day thine eyes have seen how that the LORD had delivered thee today into mine hand in the cave: and some bade me kill thee: but mine eye spared thee; and I said, I will not put forth mine hand against my lord; for he is the LORD's anointed.

David was a man after God's heart, a man of faith and the sweet psalmist of Israel. He had to deal with a political ruler Saul. How did he relate and deal with King Saul? He regarded King Saul as the Lord's anointed. The New Testament tells us that rulers are ministers ordained of God. David had a similar idea irrespective of the behaviour of King Saul. Remember that King Saul had an evil spirit troubling him and David knew this first hand. David was gifted and worked for King Saul in helping him to be relieved of this evil spirit. Can christians today be appointed by bad leaders or help bad leaders? Yes. David worked with/for King Saul, Daniel worked with/for King Nebuchadnezzar and other kings, Joseph worked with Pharaoh who imprisoned his workers who offended him. David referred to King Saul as his father.
King Saul was a man who had little or no regard for David. Despite the fact that David worked so closely for Saul, Saul didn't even "send him" or know him personally. Not until David killed Goliath and saved the whole nation did King Saul begin to take real notice of David. Yet, David had all the utmost respect for him and even when pressured by peers and friends to kill Saul, he would not. What grace!

agabaI23:
My Questions
1. Why did Buhari say that Attack on Boko Haram is attack on the North?
Honestly, most of the questions posed here remain propaganda to me and mere newspaper talk. Of course, you will agree with David Mark and Obanikoro that newspaper talk is not enough or substantial. That said, there are two things. One, the attack on Boko Haram was indeed an attack on the North in the sense that human rights were violated and much innocent people were been killed and massacred. The international community attested to that as well. Two, whatever Buhari said is irrelevant to Jonathan administration not fighting Boko Haram decisively. The GEJ administration should be responsible enough to take full blame for the Boko Haram crisis instead of trying to sell to us that Buhari and others did not allow them deal with Boko Haram. When did they start listening to or acting pn what Buhari says before they govern? If Buhari had said GEJ should resign, or should become a muslim, would he have done that? GEJ took his own decision and should take responsibility for it. Three and extra, it is very clear the position of Buhari on boko haram. If you have data, you can watch the 4min interview of Buhari recently on the BBC. Very clear stand on Boko Haram. We clearly recall Jonathan calling Boko Haram his siblings and saying that they are in his government.

2. Why did he refuse to negotiate on their behalf after defending them
Why should he negotiate on their behalf when he does not support them? What happened to the foreign negotiator and his reports that did not favour the federal government?

3. Why is it that APC responds swiftly to news of Boko haram attack and refuses to acknowledge the NA when they perform?
Because the Army is not trustworthy. You win trust. The Army has being lying to everybody about different issues from weapons, to number of casualties in each attack, to signing a cease fire, to finding the chibok girls, to differing stances on the Buhari certificate etc. Anyone would take their reports with a pinch of salt and real proof. i do not blame the APC.

4. Why is it that BH has attacked each time Jonathan had a major event like declaration but never happened with Buhari's events?
Well, we will need to ask Boko Haram, maybe because the PDP planned it that way, how about that? What is the definition of major event BTW?

5. Buhari claims to have magic wand to tackle boko haram, why has he refused to attend FEC meeting only to attend when the issue of shifting election was an item on the agenda?
Magic wand? Where did he make such claims? It is not rocket science how our military can/should defeat boko haram. The present administration has simply being non-chalant and indecisive for over 4years. There is no magic wand anywhere. Why are boko haram shooting videos and moving in long convoys in a state of emergency situation? Why send thousands upon thousands of armed soldiers, police and paramilitary to Ekiti and Osun for election when every average person knows that they are more needed in Sambissa? Of course you know that the February FEC meeting was a complete waste of time and money, don't you? When Buhari worked with corrupt Abacha, it is the same ilk that will condemn him. Either he works or distances himself, the people who will vomit will still vomit, let them say.

6. Lets assume you are an employer and you fired an employee 30 years ago because he was destroying your business, if the same employee presents again 30 years after, will you make him the general manager without seeing any evidence that he has acquired more skills through managerial positions? You discovered he has done nothing to improve himself, will you hand over your company to him to manage for whatever reason?
Wrong analogy, nobody was hired or fired. BTW Buhari remains a better leader and manager than President Jonathan, this is a fact not an insult. Perhaps, President Jonathan may know more about animals and zoos than Buhari, but when it comes to leadership, integrity, decision making, project management, resource management and appointment of people to work with, Buhari is better than President Jonathan. i'd rather have Osinbajo, Fayemi, Fashola, Oby, El-Rufai, Ameachi, Dabiri, Aisha Buhari, Kwakwanso, and yes Tinubu working for and speaking for me, than Fani-Kayode, Fayose, Sambo, Patience Jonathan, Asari Dokubo, Gbenga Daniel, Alamesaigha and Obanikoro.

7. Why did Buhari say that Abacha is not corrupt when Nigeria under him was listed as No. 1 and No.3 most corrupt during his regime?
Did he? Where? i remember him on the PoliticsToday Channels interview talking about the Abacha and IBB administration as corrupt. You can search for "FG's Effort In Fighting Boko Haram Is Unsatisfactory - Buhari Prt 2" on youtube. It was posted by Channelstv. He clearly refered to Abacha's wanton corruption.

8. You claim that Buhari is able to contain corruption, why is it that under him as a head of an agency, N25B was stolen. Was it because he lacked the ability to comprehend figures or he looked the other way because his relatives were involved?
i am not aware, where did you get this information? Who stole N25B?

9. Why did Buhari choose to use a company owned by his relative as a consulting and implementation company during his PTF time sideling the board?
Is it a crime to use a company owned by a relative if the company can do the job? If you were an employer of labour, you will not employ your relatives even when they are competent right?

10. Why did Buhari execute 75 % of projects in the North and only 25% in the whole of the south?
Lol, where did you get this information?

11. Considering that the economy performed dismally during his time, companies closed down because he starved them of raw materials, jobs were lost, sacked 30k soldiers, over 55k civil servants, stopped rail project in lagos leading to the loss of $75m, depleted foreign reserve,
devalued the naira from 76k to 89k to $1, he caused scarcity of commodity because forced traders to sell below cost price and broke into locked shops to sell at ridiculous prices when the owners were away, what is he going to do differently?
Actually, the economy was already dismal before Buhari, the Shagari administration had run down the economy. Ever heard of 'ghana must go'? Yes, that was the Shagari administration. The economy was so bad and debts were growing amazingly and the politicians spending like there was no tomorrow(very similar to the current administration). The government then created propaganda and sold it to Nigerians telling them that the Ghanaians in Nigeria were the reasons for their woes, joblessness and problems. That was why they chased the Ghanaians out of Nigeria by force. Nigeria was in TROUBLE that was why the military took over, amidst jubilations in the cities of Nigeria. Are you FFK, you told so many lies in few lines. Well, one thing i am certain GMB will do differently is stop needless wastages. You can see the discipline clearly in his campaigns, very effective and efficient without breaking the bank.

12. Do you know that Buhari had a house in Ikoyi? How many more does he have?
I have more questions but it will depend on your dealing with these ones with honesty....
Lol, President Jonathan's child is richer than Buhari, what do we know?

More questions. Why is the government reluctant to fight boko haram, are they president Jonathan's family?

one of the best actors in nollywood!

her diction is legendary unlike the new breed such as toto dikeh & ini edo(bush rats). our government should start honouring talents like pete edochie, liz benson, zack orji, etc.....
Unfortunately, they'll need to campaign like Onyeka Onwenu and Mercy Johnson and tell tales of how Jonathan administration has transformed their lives if they want anything from the government.

Quick admittance of his mistake after he was caught?? Really?? What if nobody noticed?? Same thing with your stories and pictures about your flag bearer. There's been more sham in the APC in just 2years than there has been in the PDP for the past 10 years and you call yourself "change"? Change from what to what?? Yes the Ekiti tape isn't real!! The desperation in the APC camp is alarming!!
Caught doing what? The Kano crowd was equally massive, that is a fact. It's human to err, and gracious to accept your faults. Unlike the irresponsible incumbents who glory in passing blames and repugnant impunity. That in itself is a change in status quo. Only ignorance or mischief will make anyone say that the ekitigate tape is not real. Fayose, Omisore and the police guy admitted to the tape events.

No human being is above mistake. The crowd at the APC Kano rally was truly massive and similar to the picture. What i love more was Osinbajo's quick response and admittance of his mistake, unlike the common impunity and insensitivity often displayed by the incumbent government. Have you given up on pdp defending the indefensible, like stealing is not corruption, or ekitigate tape is not real but hacked voice etc?

Do you mean they let GMB stand on a seat's back rest. Men that's strenuous and very unsafe.
Let us make plans for simple things like this, it does help.
Yes oh. The real technique is in climbing and coming down, GMB get mind oh for his age. I'm expecting GEJ will practice this stunt, PDP has been copying and dubbing a lot recently.

Old Testament patriachs behaviour and conduct to political is very interesting. If these men and women who do not have grace like we have it in the New Testament dispensation, who do not have Jesus, and Bible and Holy Spirit like is available to us. Yet they manifested proper greacious conduct in the face of evil. We have no excuse.

dalaman:
I told you that human beings do not act like that, remember God did not drive out the people by telling them to leave but commanded that they should be killed, in some cases they were to be burnt together with their animals. Do landlords kill people? Only psychotic people act that way.
God is the Landlord of earth, so where do you think He will drive them to? Outside earth na, the wages/payment/punishment of their sin and of every sin remains death. It is only God's mercy that leaves any sinner alive. Thank God, i have shown you how they had CENTURIES after their iniquities started before judgement was eventually passed. God has ultimate Judge remains the sole giver of life and retains express authority to give and take it.

What do you mean by good punishment? Why should a child be punished for the wrong doings of his/her parents? There is no right punishment because the child is innocent and has done nothing wrong. Why should people be killed for worshiping other Gods? What is the right punishment for kids that mocked a prophet, I'll say some lashes will do instead of sending a bear to rip them apart and kill them. I said God encouraged the Jews to tell lies and steal from Egyptians, God told people to carry out rape and genocide, God killed babies for the alleged wrong doing of their parents. Are these good deeds? You should tell me.
By trying to grab it all at once, you will lose everything and gain nothing i can promise you. God is certainly not on trial here, neither am i on the thread primarily to explain/plead/beg for God's actions. The thread is very clear and easy to stay on point, or you can choose to lose focus and ramble on about what you think of God. It changes nothing.
We were very specifically talking about Jeremiah 42:10 of God punishing the Israelites, and i said punishment is not a good or pleasant thing, and God agrees to it. You do not seem to agree, so do not forget to give us examples of good or pleasant punishment. You mentioned(post 440) "good punishment/good kind of punishment" first, so i asked you what you meant. Now, you are asking me back, lol.

I said God does good and evil according to the bible. I have shown you many evil deeds that God did in the bible. The bible clearly has God doing evil and apologizing for it, but you try to spin it and say that God wasn't happy for punishing the people. No where did the bible say that, you are the one making it up. It never said God punished the people. The bible said God did evil realized he did evil and apologized for the evil he did. Punishment wasn't mentioned any where in the verse. Here it is once again.

"If ye will still abide in this land, then will I build you, and not pull you down, and I will plant you, and not pluck you up: for I repent me of the evil that I have done unto you.Jeremiah 42:10"
Wow, sorry i do not recall you saying that "God does good". That is good to hear/read. There is no spin anywhere, my point is very clear. It is that being good is not determined primarily by deeds but by God. God is the standard, the measure. God determines what is good and what is bad. That is the only sane thing to do. If humans are left to do the job, they do a poor job of it as history and experience proves. Who determines what skin color is good? Humans have tried to determine that where possible. The whites think they are better than the blacks and vice versa, the yorubas think they are better than the hausas and vice versa, the europeans think they are bettr than the asians and vice versa. Who is right? Do we conduct polls to determine this? Who determines the good height? 6ft, 5ft, 4ft, 6.5ft?Who determines, culture? i hope not.
Who determines that it is good or evil for your/my wife to have sexual relationships with your/my friends? Society or culture or feeling? Who determines that it is good or evil for her to have sexual relationships with her children or father? Tradition? Or with animals? i hope these relationships sound disgusting to you, they are to me BTW. But you should be aware that some human beings actually do these and see no evil in it. The point again, remains the need for a STANDARD moral determinant/judge/guide. Being good or evil is not based on feelings or popular opinions, it is based on what God says to be good or evil. What you call evil deed might be someone else's good and fun. Good deeds do not make anyone good, God does. The evil done on the Israelites was punishment for their iniquity, there is no spin to that. It is common Bible knowledge. Jeremiah the prophet and several other prophets prophesied about these punishments when the Israelites sinned. The punishment happened at last in the life time of Jeremiah, when the Israelites were taken into captivity by the Babylonian empire. These are historical and biblical facts. Go and read the bible, it is all there.
Jer 36:31 And I will punish him and his seed and his servants for their iniquity; and I will bring upon them, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and upon the men of Judah, all the evil that I have pronounced against them; but they hearkened not.

When God punished them, then He felt sorry for them and wanted to rebuild and plant them. To be repentant is to be sorry and unhappy, this is normal english in dictionary. You don't even need to be spiritual to see this.
