^^^^ yeah, I read about prostitution, but Women don’t come out in Libyakindaa generalised it |
I read it in an article, Is is true that women don't go out in Libya?
These traffickers have the money; so they are able to rent houses in Libya. They bring in these girls and keep them there as their wives. Women don’t come out in Libya so the girls remain indoors all the time. It is the man that goes out to get clients; they pay to him and he leads them into his house. The girls are kept there like slaves but the man provides food and everything. After the girls have fully paid back the amount stated in the oath, they are free to work for themselves, but they must also pay the man for using his bunker and for bringing men to them since they cannot step outside

|
Pixx don't lie, Folks, whts going on between them? Can sombody tell me plssssssssss?

“It is not salary increase and not a minimum wage. What was done was to address the disparity within the core civil service.” AGAINST the widely reported increase in the salary of Nigerian workers as from July 1 by the Federal Government, Nigerian Tribune can reveal that there is no increase yet in the salary of workers. Top Nigerian media, including the Federal Government-owned Nigerian Television Authority (NTA), had reported that workers would begin to enjoy new salary increase or minimum wage as from July 1, quoting from the Democracy Day speech of the president. But Nigerian Tribune can authoritatively say that the report was due to lack of understanding of the issues involved, particularly the issue of minimum wage, salary increase and pay relativity in the public service. According to President Jonathan, the Federal Government had only resolved the issue of relativity in the public service, which has resulted in distortion in the salaries of different cadres in the civil service and public service. The president said that the distortions in pay relativity in the public service had been addressed and based on this, the new salary scale would take effect from July 1, 2010. The Chairman of Joint National Public Service Negotiating Council (JNPSNC), Comrade Olakunle Olaitan, who led the struggle for the actualisation of the pay relativity, told the Nigerian Tribune when asked to react to the issue on Sunday that: “It is not salary increase and not a minimum wage increase. What was done was to address the disparity within the core civil service.” The president had said in his Democracy Day speech: “Finally, this Democracy Day celebration will not be complete if I do not touch on workers' welfare. It is well known that this administration has never abdicated its responsibility to the Nigerian worker. “Indeed, we support the right of every worker to earn a living wage for addressing basic necessities of life. You will recall that at the last May Day celebration, we assured workers that we will address the problems of distortions in pay relativity in the public service. This has now been resolved positively. The new salary scale shall take effect from July 1, 2010. “Also, in our resolve to address the housing challenge of civil servants, government has approved the release of the sum of N10 billion to the Federal Government Staff Housing Loans Board (FGSHLB) for onward disbursement to eligible civil servants as loans, to enable them to own their own houses. “Let me therefore charge workers to reciprocate Government's gesture by increasing their productivity levels and shunning acts capable of undermining the development agenda of government, knowing full well that they are drivers of the administration's policies. Their conduct and productivity shall henceforth be guided by performance management and the operational guidelines that are expected to be concluded not later than December 31, 2010.” Following the review of the salary of some political office holders and public officers some years ago, the core civil service was badly affected and the development resulted in disparity in the salary of the different cadres in the civil servants. Currently, while the monthly salary of the Permanent Secretary in the civil service is over N1.3 million, the director who is next to the Permanent Secretary receives N140, 000 per month. The Joint National Public Service Negotiating Council (JNPSNC), comprising the eight trade unions in the civil/public service had engaged the Federal Government on the issue for over two years and threatened to resort to a strike on several occasions before the final intervention of President Jonathan. However, the issue of minimum wage and wage increase is still being handled by the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress of Nigeria (TUC) and the two labour centres had demanded a minimum wage of N52, 200. The issue of wage increase had been referred to the Justice Alfa Belgore Committee on Minimum Wage, and the TUC president, Comrade Peter Esele, revealed on May Day (Workers’ Day) that both labour and government representatives on that committee had agreed on N18, 000 minimum wage from the present N5, 500 per month. The Belgore Committee was said to have concluded its work, but the issue had to be referred to the National Assembly for legislation before it could become effective and implementable. When the Nigerian Tribune called on the Chairman of JNPSNC, Comrade Olaitan, on Sunday to seek his comment, he stated that before now, there existed a wide gap in the salaries being received by permanent secretaries and those next in rank, the directors. He explained that in 2008, the JNPSNC presented a memo to the government to the effect that the wide gap should be bridged, adding that they did this to protect the civil service and guard against unnecessary crisis and agitation between the permanent secretaries and the directors. Comrade Olaitan, who had led all the negotiations with the government on the issue said: “We are not saying that what the permanent secretary is currently being paid is outrageous but we have in the core civil service today the permanent secretaries which we can liken to our generals in the military. “We look up to them and believe that the salary relativity should be harmonised so there will be industrial peace in the service. We thank God Almighty for the president who acceded to our request, what has been negotiated with the JNPSNC. The gap has been substantially bridged to the satisfaction of all. “Along the line, the distortion has been affecting all the cadres from level 1 to level 17. Now all the areas, from level 1 to level 17 were actually touched and harmonised. “It is not salary increase and not a minimum wage. What was done was to address the disparity within the core civil service.” |
presido1:I disagree Presido, he should be summoned cause almost all functional Patrol van now were donated during the tenure of this present IG, we all know that Nigerian Police Patrol Vehicle cannot last more that 8 months, before one year everything would have been sold. Example is a brand new Patrol Team Hilux I saw in a filling station with tokunmbo tyres, are they telling us that the Hilux came with tokunbo tyres? presido1:lol I've seen one before A rat hole is better when compared ![]() |
^^^^ GBAM!!! asscend:It's a serious issue, and its shameful when compared to other countries. You are correct here, d senate has a role to play here. Maybe we in nairaland can lead the crusade. |
Its a normal thing in Nigeria to see the Nigerian Police Vehicle looking battered and dirty. It's very rare to see a clean looking Nigerian Police Patrol Team Vehicle except a new one, and it takes them less than three months (after donating this vehicles to them) to give it its normal looks Battered and dirty I pass through Okpara Square this afternoon where they were doing this year's Children day's celebration, as usual they was the present of Nigerian Police, Civil defence and Road Safety with thier Patrol team vehicles. I noticed one thing, the Patrol Team Vehicles of Road Safety and Civil Defence were at Contrast with that of the Nigerian Police, while that of Civil Defence and especially Road Safety where looking very clean, that of our Police brothers were nothing to write home about. Why? |
Everything that has a beginning must have an end that seems to be the case between Jose Mourinho's marriage with Inter and Italian football and also for this season's edition of the Champions League . The media, the referees, rival coaches and rival players have all tried and failed to knock the belligerent Mourinho from his perch. They all hoped for him and his players to fail. But they did not. Instead, as he did at Chelsea, he created the siege mentality, the cocksure, us-versus-them standpoint that has proven to hold the recipe for success. It will not be lost on Mourinho that he has delivered Italy's first Champions League since 2007, Inter's first in 45 years, with a brand of distinctly Italian football. The sweet pay-off for him is that he has stood on the outside and showed the inward looking Italians how to do it. And he can leave the peninsula with two justifiably upright middle fingers. Jose carries all the hallmarks of a genius. He is controversial, moody, confident and paranoid - a true original in an age where mediocrity rules. I suspect he is also incredibly hard working, a lesser known hallmark of a 'genius'. He's worth every accolade and more. He maintained Inter's domestic dominance and gave president Massimo Moratti that which he has longed for since taking over at San Siro. The owner backed his coach in the transfer market and Mourinho's men, the likes of Lucio, Wesley Sneijder, Samuel Eto'o and Diego Milito can stand proudly beside their trainer. The loyalty Mourinho has commanded from the group was as evident at the Bernabeu as it has been all season. Samuel Eto'o, once the great striker, has been converted into a diligent right-sided midfield player. Christian Chivu has scarcely played centre-back since he left Roma. The individual need for glory is foresaken for the benefit of the collective. It is left to the Special One to pick up the media glare. Well done Inter and well done Jose. Serie A has spent the past two seasons ridding itself of its best players. It is about to lose its best coach. Now on his way to Real Madrid, he leaves a legacy in Milan having won a historic treble that the fans will remember for years to come. His time in Serie A was anything but smooth, but in the end it was a boost for himself, the club and the country. Bye Jose Mourinho, wish you success with Real Madrid. Hear Mourinho- After the game, Mourinho said: “I want to become the only coach to win the Champions League with three different clubs.” He previously won the trophy with Porto. Last night Mourinho completed an unprecedented treble of Serie A, Coppa Italia and Champions League wins. He will be paid at least £10m a year after tax — the highest salary ever paid to a football manager.

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo and governors of the South East elected on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party are set on a collision course over the choice of the successor to the outgoing National Chairman of the party, Chief Vincent Ogbulafor. SUNDAY PUNCH learnt that the three PDP governors in the South-East – (Ikedim Ohakim (Imo); Sullivan Chime (Enugu ) and Martin Elechi (Ebonyi) have unanimously rejected the preferred candidate of Obasanjo as successor of Ogbulafor, who resigned his position on Wednesday. Ogbulafor‘s resignation climaxed the intrigues thrown up by his trial for corruption. The governors elected on the platform of the ruling party had on Wednesday agreed to withdraw their support for Ogbulafor, who was accused of corruptly enriching himself when he was serving as Minister of Special Duties in the Obasanjo administration. It was learnt that President Goodluck Jonathan sealed the fate of Ogbulafor at a meeting with the governors in Abuja on Wednesday. Jonathan was said to have asked the governors, especially his South-East kinsmen to persuade the embattled party leader to throw in the towel on moral ground. Consequently, the exit of Ogbulafor has thrown up succession crisis in the South-East, which is expected to produce his successor in line with the zoning arrangement of the ruling party. Although the governors were reported to have settled for a former Governor of Enugu State and former National Secretary of the Party, Chief Okwesiliese Nwodo, SUNDAY PUNCH learnt that Obasanjo insisted that a former National Auditor and acting National Secretary of the party, Chief Benard Eze, who is one of his acolytes in the South-East, must succeed Ogbulafor. Investigation by our correspondent showed that Obasanjo was vehemently opposed to Nwodo, whom he sacked along with former National Chairman of the party, Chief Barnabas Gemade, when he held sway at Aso-Rock. Already, Obasanjo and the governors, it was further learnt, were jostling for the backing of Jonathan in the battle for the leadership of the party. A source in the Presidency told SUNDAY PUNCH on Friday that Obasanjo and the governors had met separately with Jonathan on the contentious issue before he travelled to Rivers State, on a two-day official visit to the oil-rich state. The source said Jonathan advised the combatants to sheathe their swords until he returned to Abuja on Friday. The source added, ”The exit of Chief Vincent Ogbulafor, as the National Chairman of PDP has led to succession crisis in the South-East of the country. “In line with the existing arrangement, the position of national chairman was zoned to the South-East. It is clear that President Goodluck Jonathan, who is the national leader of the party, has also given a nod to the arrangement. “But former President Olusegun Obasanjo is challenging the governors of the PDP in the zone, namely Ikedim Ohakim of Imo State; Sullivan Chime of Enugu State and Martin Elechi of Ebonyi State, on the choice of the new national chairman from the zone. “Former President Obasanjo is insisting that his boy, who is a former national officer of the party, Benard Eze, should emerge as the new national chairman of the party at all costs. Former President Obasanjo, who is still basking in the euphoria that his political son (Jonathan) has taken charge of the Presidential Villa, is eager to take over the structure of the party. “The former President is obviously enjoying the limelight that the new political dispensation had offered him and he is desperate to install Benard Eze to show that he is fully back into reckoning. But the PDP governors in the zone have vowed that Benard Eze, would only clinch the position over their dead bodies. “The governors are backing a former Governor of Enugu State and a former National Secretary of the party, Chief Okwesilieze Nwodo, to take over the leadership of the party. The former President (Obasanjo) and the governors are mounting pressures on President Goodluck Jonathan, to do their biddings. “They have met the President (Jonathan) and he asked them to wait until he returned from Rivers State, for amicable resolution of the impasse. But the former President believed that his relationship with President Goodluck Jonathan may help to push Benard Eze through,” added the source, who pleaded that his name should not be mentioned in print. Meanwhile, the source also said the rating of two former Senate Presidents, Chief Anyim Pius Anyim and Chief Ken Nnamani, before Jonathan by Obasanjo nailed the former lawmakers and sealed their consideration for the coveted party position by the President. SUNDAY PUNCH gathered that Obasanjo convinced Jonathan, who initially considered one of the former senate presidents that he would be committing a political suicide by allowing either of them to emerge as the helmsman of the party. It was learnt that Obasanjo persuaded Jonathan, that either of them would become uncontrollable as head of the National Working Committee of the party. The source added that Obasanjo reminded the President about the ”uncompromising and uncooperative posture” of the duo as senate presidents during his administration. Obasanjo was said to have told Jonathan that Nnamani in particular scuttled his third term aspiration. The source added, ”The hopes by former Senate Presidents Anyim Pius Anyim and Ken Nnamani, to emerge as new National Chairman of the PDP were sealed by a damning report on them by former President Olusegun Obasanjo. ”The report which was presented to President Goodluck Jonathan allegedly projected them as disloyal personalities, who could not be trusted with such sensitive position. Former President convinced the incumbent President that Anyim and Nnamani, would assume full power as national chairman of the party. ”He (Obasanjo) reminded the President (Jonathan) about how Chief Ken Nnamani, scuttled his aspiration for third-term and the originality of Chief Anyim Pius Anyim as senate president. His report apparently discouraged the President from considering either of them as successor to the outgoing national chairman.” Source- http://www.punchng.com/Articl.aspx?theartic=Art201005164214834 |
James Ibori, the fugitive former governor of Delta State who was arrested in Dubai yesterday at the instance of the UK police, is reported to have been granted bail with his travel documents confiscated while the UAE authorities consider extradition requests from the UK government. But our sources say Ibori has no intention of standing trial, and may be planning to escape from Dubai at all cost. Mr. Ibori was detained overnight by the police in Dubai on charges of money-laundering and conspiracy to commit fraud. The Press Bureau of the London Metropolitan Police told Saharareporters this afternoon that the UK has filed an extradition request with the Dubai authorities. The Nigerian government has also indicated interest in participating in the extradition processes that will lead to a full trial of Ibori either in the UK or Nigeria. Saharareporters learnt earlier today that soon after his arrest in Dubai, Ibori's delegation, led by former Ekiti State governor, Niyi Adebayo, met with Jonathan Goodluck late into the night to discuss terms of Ibori's surrender to the EFCC. It was unclear if Jonathan already knew Ibori had been arrested while he was meeting with Ibori's team. SaharaReporters has learnt that although EFCC operatives are billed to fly to Dubai tomorrow to meet with the Metropolitan Police in connection with Ibori’s arrest and extradition trial, Jonathan has instructed the agency to be tactful and not to be high profile in their involvement. His instruction has to do with the fact that he doesn’t want to be seen by Ibori’s benefactors as being responsible for his arrest in Dubai. There is indeed cause to believe that fate has thrust the arrest on Jonathan’s the laps to give the world cause to witness if he will handle it the same way as his predecessor. Meanwhile, information emerging from the Southwark Crown Court today shows that the trial of the greedy governor's associates there is close to an end. The defense team, which is made up of pricey top UK lawyers, ended their submissions yesterday, and the judge began wrapping up the trial today hoping to conclude on Monday. The jury is likely to begin final deliberations in the case next week. |
Fugitive James Onanefe Ibori has issued a eulogy to his former friend and political associate, former president Yar'Adua, who died on Wednesday. But the eulogy is being received with derision, even by members of the Yar'Adua cabal of which Ibori was a leader until his recent disappearance after the EFCC declared him wanted. One of Yar'Adua's associates told Saharareporters that for all the protection and support Ibori enjoyed under Yar'Adua, he ought to have been brave enough to appear at his burial in Katsina. The source, who didn't want to be named, told SaharaReporters that Ibori should have shown courage by coming to Katsina to pay his last respects to a loyal friend the way his adversary, former EFCC chair Nuhu Ribadu, dramatically appeared in Lagos and visited Gani Fawehinmi’s family before his final burial. Another source told SaharaReporters, however, that Ibori is mulling a surprise visit to Yar'Adua's wife, but he had not been sighted as at the time of filing this report. The following is Ibori’s eulogy, as reported by his media assistant, Tony Eluemunor: Chief James Onanefe said that the long illness leading to the death of former President Umar Musa Yar’Adua has denied Nigeria the opportunity of knowing what a true Yar’Adua presidency would have achieved. Calling Yar'Adua a veritable agent of change, Ibori said that the former President reduced the tension in the land when he instituted the Government of National Unity, thereby giving the members of the opposition parties a sense of belonging instead pursuing the winner takes it all policy. In that peace-making vein, he sought to end the militancy in the Niger Delta region by granting amnesty to all the militants and thereby challenged them to embrace peace and development. That move alone nearly doubled Nigeria's revenue as oil production doubled from a lowly 800 thousand barrels per day production level to the 1.8 million barrels a day we presently produce. Ibori said that Yar'Adua was a visionary leader whose dream was encapsulated in the much-admired Seven-point agenda, which would have totally transformed the nation if illness had not hobbled him. Yet, pushing back the darkness of the reign of impunity and despotism, Yar'Adua introduced a bright new dawn as he embraced the rule of law, making the courts matter" as they should. Saying that Yar'Adua's long illness provided a trying period for the family, Ibori prayed Almighty God to grant the Yar'Adua family, including his aged mother and his wife Turai, the fortitude to bear this immense loss. Ibori said that the greatest honour that Nigerians can do to the departed statesman is to embrace his ideals and ensure that despotism and reign of impunity is not allowed resurgence in Nigeria. He advised that , as people mourn the passing of the former President, they should remember to thank God for teaching Nigerians a lesson through the Yar'Adua Presidency; that power must be wielded responsibly and only in the service of the populace; not self. He prayed God to give sweet repose to the soul of Yar'Adua, who proved that a leader could be transparent, eschew duplicity, and refuse to hound his critics or see divisive politics in everything, even as he respected the independence of the other arms of government, and was committed to electoral reforms. The result was that he respected the basic human dignity of all Nigerians.

the funniest part I watch on tv last night was when she arrived the presidential villa yesterday morning to see Turai before prayers, immediately turai came to meet her she knelt down and cried uncontrollably, more than Turai self, Turai herself was not crying at all and was even looking at her, if I did not know Turai I would have mistaken Patience to be the chief mourner. |

Prof. Wole Soyinka's interim statement on Yar'Adua's passing What passes for the Nigerian nation is nothing more than a tragic arena, and Yar‘Adua is only the latest tragic figure. The vampires, including those within his own family, turned him into a mere inert resource for their diabolical schemes. They have a reckoning with their conscience, assuming they know what the word means. One can only hope that, while mouthing sanctimonious platitudes such as ”Power belongs to God,” they have now learnt that the politics of Do-or-Die cannot guarantee who does and who dies. They must stop playing God. I pray for the repose of the soul of their latest, much abused innocent victim. Wole Soyinka |
And it came to pass that on the 10th day following the threat of a certain greedy woman’s declaration that a surprise awaits the nation, her words came to pass. My people i am happy to announce to you that Tuari Yar’adua killed her husband in order to bring her words to pass. Turai the god of Aso Rock does not take her words back. Someone will die instead of her words to go without coming to pass. When you hear of an eminent surprise coming to a person, you would naturally feel something good is about to happen. Turai surprise however is not the surprise anybody should wish to expect. The woman is simply evil. Her heart is so dark that charcoal couldn’t compete in a colour contest. A woman so devilish to the point she sworn that her husband must die in power. Such a woman is not supposed to be a human being. Everyday I think of the mess she fed the nation and the inhuman treatment she gave her sick husband, I often fast and pray that the gods don’t allow her type cross my path. I would have thought that the likes of Bathsheba, Jezebel and Cleopatra were the last know wicked people in the world. How was I to know that Turai Yar’Adua is more evil than the combination of the three drama queens? I call on the Yar’adua families to give Turai hell for killing their son. There is no doubt this hell-accepted and shameless woman killed her husband. About 10days ago the Sun Newspaper and some others in the same media propaganda published a story from Turai saying that the sick and almost dead (if not at the time) Yara’dua will be back to office in 10 days. Our dependable Sahara Reporters warned everyone to look out for the 10 days surprise this greedy woman and her class of power drunk idiots will pull. That 10days surprise is the official announcement of Musa Yar’Adua’s death. How did she know he will be dead in 10days if he wasn’t dead all along? To allow this satanic woman the privilege of mourning her husband is to add insult upon the injury. She should at this minute be arrested and charged to court for murder. She, her friends and associates that Collaborated in the enterprise of killing Musa Yar’Adua should not be allowed to go free. There is so much a person can do, Turai’s conduct was very bad on all fronts. Everyone of them that participated in this killing must be made to face the law. No nation should be lied to in this magnitude that Turai and her killers cabal blindly lied to Nigerians. I have prayed for the angels of death to carry Yar’adua away since his presence constituted nuisance in our polity. The whole episode was uncalled for and disrespecting. They the cabal insulted our common sense in every way. Imagine the lies upon lies that came out of this rubbish? All because a particular evil woman wanted to prove to the whole world the effects of her powers. At the break of the news yesterday I joyfully hosted my friends to a champagne party being that the gods finally answered my prayers. I have no sympathy for the people that feel as if a human being died. The manners Turai handled, kidnapped and packaged her husband suggest she wasn’t a human like the rest of us. As far as am concerned Musa Yar’Adua died long time ago. I am rather disappointed that some people just realised this fact now. Why must we allow Turai Yar'Adua, Yusuf Tilde, James Ibori, Tanimu Yakubu, Michael Aondoakaa, Col. Mustapha Onovieda, Dr Abba-Ruma, Abdullah Garba Aminchi, Isa Yuguda, Bukola Saraki, Senator Adamu Aliero, Dimeji Bankole, Shehu Inuwa Imam, General Abdurahman Dambazau, Sunnews, Mr Nduka Obaigbena, Daily Trust Newspaper, Ojo Maduwkwe, Aliko Dangote, Sarki Muhtar, Segun Adeniyi, Timipre Sylva, Ibrahim Shema, Adams Oshiomhole, Gabriel Suswam, Garba Lado, Mahmoud Kanti-Bello, Senators Ibrahim Ida, Usman Sa'idu Nasamu Dakingari, and the rest of the cabal get away with murder and lies? I don’t get it at all, so you guys mean to tell me that the stupid religious bigots that lied in the name of their various gods will just escape justice in Nigeria after lying to the nation? I am not in that God will judge thing. These guys should be arrested now and our lawyers look for any known law that prohibits the conducts. If there is no one, the National Assembly should immediately pass one in retrospective so that these foolish people enter jail. Of what benefit is it to the Nigeria man that Jonathan declared public holiday for a man whose passion was to die in power. Yar’adua has fulfilled his dream of being another Nigerian imposed President who died in power. Now that Turai 10days surprise has come to bear, Nigerians and the Yara’Adua’s family should immediately give her a new surprise. Turai should know that those who oppress the people die like rats will die like rabbits. UMARU YARADUA died like a common rabbit amongst other insignificant rabbits. Who would have imagined that our people will celebrate as if to say a tyrant’s died after the gods intervened to liberate the masses from Sani Abacha? Today is a good day for Nigerians and Nigeria. The gods that answer by fire has liberated Nigerians from the wicked clutch of Turai and her evil cabal who carried on as if there would never be a day like this. I am particularly happy that Musa yar’Adua is a Muslim whose body will be buried within 24hrs so that we can all forget there was ever a certain Musa Yar’Adua. This will also frustrate any possible surprise from Turai and her kind. Nigeria and Nigerians will always come on top no matter what the evil people do. This should be a warning to all those who think they can toy with the lives of 150million people and go free. IBB take note. May God not have mercy on the souls that seek to impoverish us forever when their time comes, and may the hottest part of Hell be reserved for them. |

chidichris:the security men are Aboki, while the crowd itself are also Aboki, the more reason why its not wise for OBJ and Jonathan to go, moreover its OBJ that the Aboki's are accusing now of being responsible for Yaradua's death, and if he had gone there they would have skin him alive, but couldn't Yaradua have refused? Or was the bait too much? Maybe it was long throat, he should have think of his health at first. |
I will not have, so I don't think it would have been wise for him to, , but I did not see OBJ , was he there? d man fear aboki, the fear of aboki is the beginning of wisdom ![]() |
My Nokia E90 was stolen yesterday, I spoke with the thief about 30 minutes after he stoled the phone and beg him to return it that I will give him something, he refused, but later ask me to send him N7000 worth of airtime that he will return it, I also refused, cause I was not sure if he will return the phone after using the air-time. However he promised that he will talk to me again today after I assured him that I can part with cash in a neutral venue that he chooses for us to meet, but since then till now he has switched of the phone or maybe removed my SIM and put another SIM. Please who knows how I can destroy that phone, thanks |
Moderators aisha2 & kosovo I do not know where to start this thread, please help move it to appropriate section. I decided to share this so that others will be careful while buying petrol from any filling station. I was on my way back from Abakpa (Enugu), I went to drop my generator with the mechanic, I had already made up my mind that I will service my wife's car today since I will not be working today thanks to the public holiday. After dropping the generator and on my way to the car mechanic I decided to buy N2000 worth of Petrol for her at a Filling Station at Fed Housing, Trans Ekulu, one of the filling station there is selling N65/Litre while the one I wanted to buy with was selling N67/Litre. I decided to pay higher because the other Station is notorious for selling (Adultrated Petrol) Petrol mix with Condensate. To cut long story short, immediately I arrived at the filling station, the lady attendant was unusually nice while the guy with the nozzle was attending to a lady buying with gallons, after the lady they sold for an elderly man with 504 salon car, I heared when the man told them he needs N1000 worth of fuel in which the male attendant set the dispenser at N1000 and sold for the man, after which I told them I need N2000 worth of Petrol, before I could turn my eyes, the guy had already started pouring fuel into my tank, I checked the dispenser meter and everything was OK, it was at this point that he apologised and told me that he programmed N1000 for me that he will programme another N1000 for me, all this while the female attendant was with me talking and showing me areas of the car that have been hit by my wife, after dispensing the first N1000 worth of fuel, another male attendant took over and programmed another N1000 and started dispensing, it was at this point that I was duped, as the female attendant drew my attention to an irrelevant thing on the plate number, and before I turn I saw 14.9 Litres and N1000, I was satisfied and I pay them N2000 and drove away, I was somehow apprehensive as the guy was too fast in dispensing the second N1000, so I was just watching the car fuel gauge and noticed that despite the fact that I had fuel before + the N2000 (29.8 Litres) the gauge was not even up to 1/2 tank, I turned back, when I arrived at the station I called their attention to my fuel gauge and wanted to make trouble, they quickly dispense another N1000 worth of petrol to me. Tricks: While I was busy checking the plate number with the female attendant, the guy stop dispensing into my tank and press last sales after which he showed me, I must confess the guy was damn fast. Please watch-out for this new tricks |
usbcable:gbammmmm!!!!! u hit the nail on the spot my bros, truth need to be told this Barca guys regardless of whose ox is gored, before the match against Barca, knowing who Mourinho is I said that with the score line at 3-1 It'll be easier for three camels to simultaneuosly pass through the eye of a needle than for Mourinho to throw away a two-goal cushion.Again, [s]there's no way Inter will not score in Spain[/s] So anyone who thinks Barca will overturn this deficit and qualify ahead of Inter sure deserves a prime spot in the GUINESS BOOK OF DELUSION. I was right here, though Inter did not score cause Mourinho change his game plan at the last minute by removing Pandev for Chivu, He simply showed Barca why we call him the "Special One", |
