The Swedish Migration Agency recently revamped its work permit processing model, prioritizing the swift processing of applications from highly skilled international professionals.

This was made effective as at January the 29th.

The updated system aims to address Minister Malmer Stenergard’s concerns regarding prolonged processing times impeding Sweden’s talent attraction and retention efforts. The previous “certified process” for large companies, initially involving 20 companies but expanding to 640, was found inadequate, leading to inefficiencies and delays.

Furthermore, it also seeks to address concerns regarding prolonged processing times that have affected Sweden’s ability to attract and retain talented individuals, thus maintaining its competitiveness.

According to the former Migration Agency director-general Mikael Ribbenvik who had advocated for this reform, it emphasizes the need to focus on attracting highly skilled workers

According to him, this targeted approach will empower Sweden to compete effectively in the global talent arena.

Faster processing time through categorization
To achieve faster processing, the Agency will introduce a revised application sorting system.

Applications for work permits will be categorized into four groups (A-D), with Category A getting priority. By also sorting based on occupation and industry, applications can be ready for decision-making, thus speeding up the overall process

Applications falling under Category A will be processed by specialized international recruitment units, ensuring a maximum processing time of 30 days.

Better support for employees
In addition to expediting processing, the Agency will provide specialized assistance for employers seeking highly skilled personnel, offering:

Tailored customer service: Available via phone, email, and potentially in-person consultations.

Project-specific aid: Extra support for significant ventures with substantial recruitment demands, such as battery manufacturers and newly established steel plants in Norrland.

Industry involvement: Ongoing partnerships with industry and employer associations to meet their informational requirements and enhance application accuracy.

Driving Sweden’s competitiveness
The Swedish Migration Agency’s new work permit processing model marks a significant stride towards attracting and retaining international talent. Guess people needs to learn the basics of how this market works and acquire basic skills of investing before jumping into it at least........or even if they jump into it, should make frantic efforts to learn how it works and equip themselves with investing knowledge......and not continue to liken it to crypto or MMM.

If I should put down my own experience here(maybe I will do that somedays sha),you will be shocked.I tried several channels to escape the evil manipulations before I later got my well deserved freedom.

I know you have this opinion because you haven't experience the sad part of the supernatural (I pray you will never have such encounter till your last days),but trust me,the supernatural truely exist and it affect our reality somehow.

One sad thing about life is that some people with wicked and evil heart can manipulate the supernatural,thereby waging war on some innocent victims and adversely distorting the victims reality(such victims might be extremely intelligent,acquire all the certificates in the world,work very hard like a slave for numerous years and still not have anything to show for his hardwork.until he gets delivered from his adversaries).


Another sad thing about life is that the affected victims might not quickly realise that some forces are against him on time,thereby giving his enemies the opportunity to afflict him for so long and waste some years of his youth(some victims end up realising that they are under heavy affliction when they get to their old age,by then,it becomes a little too late).


Another sad thing is some victims somehow know they are afflicted,they get to know very early but they failed to start working on how to get delivered on time and so some chunk of their time here on earth get wasted due to their nonchalant behavior(I'm an example here,the several weird dream of seeing masquerades chasing me,getting bitten by a snake and seeing crocodiles didn't catch my attention at first until things start getting out of hand and I start landing in several troubles then go out for divinations and I later got to know the root cause of everything going on).it's a long story sha.

Did you know that feeling as if someone is pressing you while sleeping??yes,sleep paralysis??you know it,I bet you always think it's a scientific phenomenon.

I believe some spiritual adepts have figured out a way to use this so-called sleep paralysis as a means of waging attack on innocent victims.

There are some that do not require you to be resident in that country. At best they ask that you have EXCELLENT written and spoken English - NO HEAVY ACCENT. Some would require you to be familiar with American English. So you know it is FAMILIARIZE not SE.

- You would also need uninterrupted power supply.

- A noise cancelling headset with microphone. Make them no hear “ekaro ologi de o” or “condemned iron…aluminium”

- Stable and backup internet connection.

- A quiet and proper workstation because your back go hear am.

- They pay entry level customer service $3/hr to $5/hr and you would work 40hrs a week or more.

- You should also be familiar with CRM and Ticketing tools. Mostly Zendesk and Freshdesk. They are things you can learn in a day on YouTube.

- For your portfolio, create a google slide of bespoke customer service responses to various situations. Mostly, DELAYED DELIVERY, MISSING ITEM, DAMAGED ITEM, REQUEST FOR REFUND…etc. These are the recurring issues in customer support for e-commerce and majority are e-commerce firms. Close it with your name. Make it look real and sell it as your sample responses while working in similar capacity for another client.
