1. Yes, it is except for amazon links(amazon affiliate links are cute and are already have their links shortened). Shortening your affiliate links makes your links more attractive and also helps to protect your links from theft.

2. In the description section.

3. Check Konga and Jumia for such products. I am so sure you will see them on those sites. And if you don't, then you may have hit a goldmine.
You will 3rd party shipping companies to help you ship them to Nigeria.
If you check Konga and Jumia and you find the products, you can still make money from their affiliate programs. when you make a sale.
