Sorrow but I think Russia can detect anything that goes on her airspace except if it's a war time though they may not shoot down all especially if it's a multiple attack at once in a close proximity. I like all Nigerian languages, but Yoruba language requires energy for someone to make sense of what you're saying. Igbo language is so romantic in my ear, while Hausa language is so fierce.

During my NYSC back in 2014, I was promised 50k by a LGA chairman in Plateau State for building a massive library (a CDS project) for the secondary school where I served during the launching ceremony, but Kobo I didn't see. You will need to write and pass GRE, and possibly TOEFL, especially if you want to get a fully funded program. Those exams are actually expensive. More than my salary.

I'm considering something like that if I have tangible money in my hand. We should all engage in agriculture down the south to solve the food crisis issues. You can see that food stuffs are far cheaper in the North than anywhere in the south.
