This is citizen oppression indeed. There should be a regulatory agency monitoring the execution of these contracts to avoid underhand dealings. The drivers could try to cheat. You get a loan under certain terms and conditions, when it's time to pay, you raise sentiment and personal issues into what was clearly spelt out in black and white.

Dont get a loan and start a venture just because others are making profit from it, do a self analysis and check if you have the financial stability to weather any small storm. Don't expect that once you start, profits starts running in (as you were told).

Never borrow to start a business, save or look for grants, only borrow to expand a profiting business
