No Police patrol in the area or none was notified within minutes of the incident.
No prompt and decisive manhunt for the culprit because things like that can only be sponsored by victims.
There will be enough time for the driver to fix his car or change color and get back on the road.

RIP to the victims. The bereaved family will be made to pay to tidy up the mess.

I am not blaming the boy for prescribing septrim to d deceased. Steven Johnson's Syndrome is a very rare side effect of septrim, it happens in lyk 1 outta 100 patients. D deceased in question didn't know if shez allergic to sulfur or even septrim, nd m sure even if d prescriber asked if d girl was allergic to septrim she would hv said I don't No. Givin septrim is not a bad idea atall... Mind you there are varieties of drugs which also causes steven johnson's syndrome too and people take them everyday without the side effect, cause d syndrome is a very rare adverse effect. Be that as it may, RIP to the dead.

Please may I ask the qualification of this 19year old boy? HE WAS GIVING A PRESCRIPTION. He has probably prescribed septrin to 100s before now.
Unless you say that if the girl had gone to a clinic or hospital she may have still lost her life.

A lot of factors can cause the hymen to break including rough play by children!

As much as I don't hold brief for the teacher in question, I also doubt the possibility of a teacher fingering a pupil right inside the classroom!

If that child was defiled, its most likely a man that did it and the child is scared to mention his name!!

But I think that child does not know what happened to her and her mother was desperate for answers and she gave her one!!!

99.99% of the accidents that occur in Nigeria don't find victims quickly rushed to hospital. A very important missing link to saving life. FG please do something.

One of the impediments to this is the reception sympathizers would get from the hospital or the police if they take responsibility at the scene. In most parts of the country you have private clinics or hospitals evenly distributed. If Clinics are not just a business in Nigeria then they could do more in providing casualty or trauma care at least at the first hours of an incident. Most persons will redeem the medical bills of their loved ones if they find out that the got the needed care after an incident or at least happy that their life was saved.
One of my suggestions on a NL post was that the Fed ministry of health, State health ministries and NGOs should do something to ensure that clinics or hospitals can get some support so they can receive and attend to intensive care or first aid arising from accidents or disasters, this including ambulance services. It is better if a doctor examines a patient minutes after an accident and he is the one to declare the person dead.

Money is now being saved on petrol subsidy , this a good place to put 25% of the saved funds, for the benefit of all Nigerians especially those who might be so unfortunate to be unknown when incidents happen.

See what this office can do within the police force to an inspector, then imagine what he has done with ordinary citizens before now.

In the advanced countries, the identity of suspects are released as soon as it's known to security agencies. Here the identity is kept secret. These people need to be exposed.

Corps member cannot move around with police escorts, they are Nigerians. Death can come to anyone at anytime, everyone just has to keep praying. These are end-times. I wonder if we are not already seeing the rapture. To the almighty God, death is just a transition, to man it's scary and painful anyhow it comes.

Security agents are now using their skills rather. If robberies go this way it will surely discourage robbers from risking their young lives .
