Personally, i have no doubt that if that Nigerian police man had barked, 'step back!' at Chinese tourist and pointed his gun at him, the Nigerian police man would have been called monkey, animal and all the racists epitaphs known to man.
When one thinks of it,pointing gun at tourist is marginally worst than letting tourist take picture with your gun.
I think a royal palace guard wading off a tourist, a potential threat, where the said tourist could end up being an ISIS sympathizer and blow himself up or stab him, he is following protocol I guess. This is incomparable with an armed officer giving out his rifle to a civilian to take a casual snapshot. And then also very ignorant as to be seen in the same shot. This kind of officer is a risk, hazard to the force itself.

Are you really serious that you wrote a post, a publication, ..this way. Young people need to learn some ethics and learn how to write in English. While growing up, my mum taught me to write a letter, I would write a letter to her, and took note of thing like when to use "Yours faithfully" or "Yours sincerely". Reading this crap makes me ashamed.
Therefore, no one should be held responsible or all should be held responsible? If you politicians do not get it right this time, the youths who have their future uninsured by you all, and their lives at the brink of being wasted will rise up and hold all of you responsible. Nigeria is annoying. Such waste of time and resources. Every time we have the same undetermined people playing them selves back into government to continue from where they stopped.
Abeg who is that person who was charged sometime for stealing money and then was asked to refund like less than 10% to get off the hook. Make him pray say EFCC no remember him matter. Now you refund with interest.
"The Pregnant wife of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, (IPOB) Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, his wife Uchechi Okwu Kanu has finally delivered a bouncing baby boy.
Reports reaching us have it that, Kanu's wife who has been pregnant for months now, finally put to bed a baby boy, his husband Mazi Kanu is still under detention in custody of Department State Service DSS under president Buhari's order."
Just curious, were there any complications warranting the use of these phrases?
Who kileed Dele Giwa Who Killed Marshall Harry Who killed Funsho Williams Who killed Rt Hon Okon Uwah Who killed ALFRED REWANE Who killed KUDIRAT ABIOLA etc etc
This fire is beyond what any one can fight with bare hands or buckets. Is the fire service anywhere close or there by now? The only thing any one can do here is to make sure everyone else is out of the building and no life is lost. If there is no heavy equipment to fight this fire the entire hostel will be razed.
otiigba1: Why do they have to put their photos on the bags of rice? I don't get!
If they don't put their photos on the bags, how will we all believe the rice came from them and eventually thank them for using the people's money to buy rice for the people?
What do politicians do?.....seek for attention, by getting people to mind their views, whether true or false, through thick and thin using fact or propaganda.
If PDP had moved Nigeria forward in the past years, Nigerians would have been scared today of putting things in wrong hands. All the looting in the past years and failure by government to build a successful nation was under PDPs watch.
Whoever the parents of this kid are, they should not be carried away by what they per-sieve as her talent. Whatever she is encouraged to do as a child should be woven with decency. Just like talking and writing. Would they permit her to act adult, in a movie just to be a star? would they allow her sing a romantic song? As a minor she cannot completely understand all she is doing and may not be able to distinguish between the consent of her loving parents and the lure of a stranger.
