especially in Nigeria.

First, Uber drivers in Nigeria already make much more than minimum wage.

Second, many Uber drivers in Nigeria switch between different providers such as Bolt.
Are they going to be designated as Uber driver or Bolt driver or will they be considered
workers of all companies they are affiliated with?

What this judgement basically give drivers in Nigeria is the equivalent of a government employee
earning minimum wage and with health insurance.

I don't know any Uber driver who is at the level of a minimum wage worker in Nigeria.

A better approach is to investigate the unique issues facing Nigerian Uber drivers and work on
that rather than envying the British drivers who operate under different circumstances.
